Description
VEHICLE SLIDING GLASS ARRANGEMENT
The Related Art
The present invention relates to glass frames used in vehicles.
The invention particularly relates to sliding glass frames used in transit commercial vehicles (bus, minibus, midi bus etc.).
Background of the Related Art
Sliding glasses are used in vehicles such as bus minibus, midi bus etc. The used sliding glasses have flock rubber pipes to provide sealing and movement of the glass. Flock rubber pipe fails to perform its functions due to external weather conditions and makes opening-closing of the glass difficult.
It seems that in windows of some vehicles used at present are arranged in style where upper part of the windows are in open-close for ventilation purpose and some in non-open-non-close.
The vehicle glasses used for ventilation purposes are known. In open or close positions of those glass vanes, a distance between them are continuously seen and such distance causes a gradual difference between glass vanes.
The said gradual elevation causes some negative results in terms of sealing. The moving glass vane is positioned in the profile completely surrounding the fixed glass, and channels located side by side inside the profile forming the frame, and moving vane moves within the said channel.
In addition, due to the distance between the two vanes, undesired objects such as rain, snow water, dust etc. penetrates into the vehicle due to external weather conditions.
The distance between moving glass vane and fixed glass vane is filled with directly with pipe and naturally the pipe is worn and broken in time or fails to function. Naturally, it is likely for burglars to open the glass through such space.
The present embodiment is under impacts of weather conditions and therefore, use of it gets difficult. Mounting and demounting is expensive and difficult. The rubbers used in rubber sliding glass frames are flock rubbers. The said flock rubbers undergo expansion in summer and causes shrinking.
In addition, breaking on flock pipes are seen due to temperature. In winter shrinking occurs, which causes block of glass. Opening and closing the sliding glass gets difficult.
In the present embodiment when replacement of any broken glass or damaged flock rubber is required, it is needed to dismantle the complete frame. This case causes a serious time loss and increases costs.
Worming and flock breaking arising from fraction necessitates replacement of the product and thus causes maintenance costs. Mounting time is long and expensive. Movement of sliding glass gets difficult due to various disadvantages during use. The power consumed increases. A sliding glass frame embodiment enabling easy movement of sliding glass by applying less power, not influenced from negative aspects of external conditions, easy to mount and less cost of maintenance is needed.
In the present embodiment water discharge channels are open. Therefore, dust and dirt is accumulated in the open channels with impact of the wind, and the channels can be blocked.
In the present embodiment water proof is partially provided with use of rubber profile located in the middle direct profile hosting sliding glass.
The difficulties encountered during use should be eliminated. At the same time saving in workmanship and time should be provided by means of easy mounting and short time of mounting. Partially provided water proof should be provided fully. In order to eliminate all of those disadvantages, although the present embodiments have undergone some revisions, the sad disadvantages could not have been avoided.
As a result, the need for a glass sliding frames inside gradual system glass and inadequate present solutions have necessitated development in the related art.
Purpose of the Invention
From the background of the related art, the purpose of this invention is to develop a new sliding glass frame embodiment which has less maintenance cost, which can be opened and closed easily, which is not influenced from external weather conditions, which is easy to mount and dismantle and which operates at the same performance at all times.
From the present condition of the related art, the purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and in order to achieve the said purposes, the profile frame located in the space opened in vehicle body is withdrawn and instead, fixed side glasses of the vehicle are carved and profile providing the railing functions are located in the desired area thereof.
Another purpose of the invention is to ensure non-change in the glass structure surrounding the vehicle but eliminating the bad appearance of the profiles seen from outside of the vehicle.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention the profile for the moving glass moving inside the profile attached into the said carved housing has been carved from inside. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is aimed to eliminate the distance existing in former application between the moving glass operating through passing inside the carved profile and fixed glass by means of closing the space by use of specially designed aluminum and rubber profile. The structural and characteristic features of the invention will be understood more clearly with the detailed descriptions made with reference of the figures.
Another purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages in the existing embodiments and thus to develop a sliding glass frame embodiment easy to use and with less workmanship cost.
Another purpose of the invention is to develop a sliding glass frame embodiment with a simple assembly enabling easy mounting-dismantling and thus providing saving from costs.
Another purpose of the invention is to develop an embodiment allowing easy replacement of the glass on the vehicle in case of any glass breaking.
Another purpose of the invention is to develop a new middle assembly preventing water inlet into the glass frame system and thus providing water proof.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide prevention of blocking in frame water discharge channels.
In order to achieve the said purposes, a new sliding glass frame embodiment easy to mount-dismantle, easy to maintain, low cost, easy to use, not influenced from external weather conditions, and low workmanship cost.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, glass sliding frame forming the glass frame and located on the said sliding glass has been developed in order to provide easy use of sliding glass frames.
The structural and characteristic features as well as all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood referring to the below figures and detailed descriptions referring to the said figures and therefore, during assessment, the said figures and detailed descriptions should be taken into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to sliding glass frame embodiment and has been developed in order to eliminate the disadvantages of existing sliding glass frames. Main components of the invention are fixed glass (1 ), moving channel (2), glass frame (3), moving slide (4), moving glass (5).
As seen in Figure-3, the invention has been developed by use of carving of the profile from inside, and consists of moving channel (2) where moving glass (5) runs, carved glass frame (3) which is bound to fixed glass (1 ), vehicle fixed glass (1 ), moving slide providing move of moving glass (5) on the said moving slide (4) bound to the said fixed glass (1 ).
Figure 1 is the perspective view of vehicle glass from outside. Moving glass frame (3) is placed in the said carving made by means of carving the fixed glass (1 ) surrounding the existing vehicle. In this way, when viewed from outside, instead of the view of frame (3) located outside the vehicle and fixed glass (1 ), only an uninterrupted view of glass is provided and thus an aesthetic view is obtained.
As seen in Figure 2, since the profile located in the former related art is removed, the wearing occurring in the profile in time is eliminated.
Figure 3 shows the innovation of inside carving of the profile by means of fully removal of profile structure consisting of two channels inside each other in the former
application. The moving glass (5) runs in this channel, no direct profile is needed since it is always in the glass profile.
As seen in Figure 4, the profile developed specially in the new application is bound to carving of the vehicle and frame structure in the former application is completely removed.
Flock rubber pipe is not used in the present embodiments. Sealing and easy movement of moving glass (5) have been provided in the gradual system glass by use of glass sliding frame.
In order to enable easy movement of moving glass (5) on the glass moving channel (2), an embodiment of carved glass frame (3) bound to the said fixed glass (1) has been developed. In order to enable linear movement when moving glass (5) is open, the said glass frame (3) is combined with other moving channels by means of either welding or other methods.
As seen in Figure 3, no direct profile is needed since the said moving channel (2) is always in the glass frame (3) where it always runs.
As seen in Figures 2 and 3, the said moving slide (4) is bound to moving glass (5) and is in the structure where it operates together with the said moving glass (5).
The invention cannot be limited to the representative applications given in this section. Alternative embodiments to be developed by persons skilled in the field based on basic factors under protection as specified in claims shall mean violation of the invention.
