Abstract
Disclosed is a novel anion receptor and electrolytes containing the same. A novel anion receptor is an aromatic hydrocarbon compound having an amine substituted with electron withdrawing groups. When the anion receptor is added to the electrolyte, ionic conductivity and cation transference number of electrolytes are enhanced, thereby increasing the electrochemical stability of alkali metal batteries using the electrolytes.

Description
OIL DRAINING SYSTEM FOR A FRYING MACHINE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an oil draining system for a frying machine, in which cooking oil received in an oil pot and used for a predetermined time may be discharged to the outside at a front surface part of a main body of the frier by using an oil draining element, thereby improving convenience of installation and manipulation of the frier. Background Art
[2] In general, a frier is a kitchen utensil for cooking food (frying food or frozen food) by raising temperature of cooking oil received in an oil pot by heating the oil pot with a burner part, which is mounted in a main body of the frier or the oil pot.
[3] A frier using gas as fuel includes an oil pot of a predetermined size mounted in a main body, a burner part positioned at a lower part of the oil pot, heating pipes mounted at predetermined positions in the oil pot for raising temperature of the cooking oil received in the oil pot, and a control part mounted to an outer part of the main body for controlling operation of the burner part.
[4] In a general method for discharging the cooking oil received in the oil pot of a frier, a draining lever is formed at a side surface part of the main body of the frier and a ball valve blocking a draining hole of a bottom surface part of the oil pot is opened by the manipulation of the draining lever.
[5] Further, a link structure is formed at a front surface part of the main body of the frier for draining the waste oil, as shown in Fig. 4. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[6] The prior art frier has, however, a disadvantage that the oil draining element has a working lever formed at the side surface part of the frier, so that installation of the frier is much limited.
[7] According to an installation place, the side surface part of the frier is in close contact with a wall surface of the place. Therefore, the frier having the working lever formed at the side surface has troubles in the installation thereof.
[8] Further, as the matter of the characteristics of the frier, outer parts of the oil pot, that is, both side surface plates of the oil pot are kept at a high temperature all the time by radiation heat of the oil received in the oil pot.
[9] In order to discharge the oil used for a predetermined time, users may contact the side surface plates in the procedure of manipulation of the working lever, which is
mounted to the side surface part of the frier. Therefore, the prior art frier has disadvantages such as danger of burns and the inconvenience of the manipulation of the working lever.
[10] In addition, the working lever formed for discharging the oil deteriorates at the side surface part of the main body of the frier degrades appearance of the frier.
[11] The working lever formed at the side surface part of the main body of the frier is protruded, so that the packaging or transporting of the frier becomes complicated.
[12] Even though the frier as shown in Fig. 4 has the working lever formed at the front surface part of the main body, this prior art has still disadvantages in manufacture and manipulation since the ball valve is opened or closed by using the link unit.
[13] Therefore, the present invention is derived to resolve the above and any other disadvantages of the prior art.

[15] There is an object of the present invention to provide an oil draining system for a frying machine in which cooking oil received in an oil pot and used for a predetermined time may be discharged to the outside from a front surface part of a main body of the frier by using an oil draining element.
[16] There is another object of the present invention to provide an oil draining system for a frying machine which may improve reliability and competitiveness of the frier. Technical Solution
[17] In an oil draining system for a frying machine, comprising, an oil pot mounted in a main body with a predetermined size and having a draining hole in a bottom surface, an oil draining element formed on an inner surface of the bottom surface of the oil pot for discharging cooking oil used for a predetermined time to the outside and alternatively opening or closing the draining hole of the bottom surface of the oil pot, and and a ball valve for controlling the opening or closing of the draining hole of the bottom surface of the oil pot according to manipulation of a working lever of the draining element, the improvement is characterized in that the draining element includes the working lever mounted to a front surface part of the main body backward in the longitudinal direction of the oil pot, and having an oil draining handle mounted at a front part and a fixing part at a rear part, and a rotation shaft mounted to a bottom surface part of the oil pot in connection with the ball valve controlling the draining hole for converting direction of the ball valve by the manipulation of the working lever.
[18] According to the oil draining device of the present invention, the draining element for discharging cooking oil received in the oil pot is formed with the oil draining
handle and the working lever at a side of a front surface part of the main body for the convenience of installation and manipulation. Therefore, the working lever connected to the oil draining handle may be manipulated right and left with respect to the rotation shaft for discharging the cooking oil received in the oil to the outside, so that the convenience in the installation and the manipulation of the frier may be improved. [19] Therefore, the reliability and the competitiveness of the product may be improved.
Advantageous Effects
[20] According to the present invention in the above structure, a working lever has a draining handle mounted at a front surface part of a main body, so that the installation convenience of a frier may be improved.
[21] Also, the draining handle is formed at the front surface part of the main body, so that the manipulation convenience of users may be improved.
[22] Further, waste oil received in an oil pot may be discharged by manipulating the draining handle at the front surface part of the frier instead of a side surface part thereof, so that safety in the oil draining work may be improved.
[23] Therefore, the oil draining system for a frying machine according to the present invention is very advantages for improving the reliability and competitiveness. Brief Description of the Drawings

[29] Now, a frier according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanied drawings.

[31] Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, in an oil draining system for a frying machine according to the present invention, an oil draining element 30 is mounted at a side of a front surface of a frier in a direction of an oil pot 20 positioned at a rear part in the main body, that is, in the longitudinal direction, so that a working lever 50 controls directional conversion of a ball valve 40, which is mounted to a draining hole 11 of the oil pot 20.
[32] The working lever 50 has a draining handle 52 mounted at a front part thereof, and a fixing part 51 mounted at a rear part thereof.
[33] The fixing part 51 is mounted with a rotation shaft 60 in connected with the ball valve 40, which controls the draining hole 11 at a bottom surface part of the oil pot 20, so that the direction of the ball valve 40 is converted by the manipulation of the working lever 50.
[34] The draining handle 52 mounted at the front part of the working lever 50 is axially fixed by a valve housing 41 and the rotation shaft 60, so that the ball valve 40 rotates by simply rotating the draining handle 52 right and left at the front surface part of the main body 10 for discharging waste oil, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
[35] Differently from the prior art oil draining structure for a frier, the draining handle
52 is formed at the front surface part of the main body 10 and manipulated right and left, so that the working lever 50 rotates the ball valve 40 in association with the right and left manipulation of the draining handle 52. Therefore, the waste oil is discharged from the oil pot 20 to an external waste oil tank 80 through the draining hole 11.
[36] An additional element such as a holding protrusion or a holding element is preferably mounted in a manipulation range of the draining handle 52 for alternatively restraining the right and left rotation of the draining handle 52, thereby resolving problems caused by false manipulation of the draining handle 52.
[37] A holding piece 70 is mounted at a rear part of the draining handle 52 to be axially supported by the draining handle in the alternative manner for preventing false manipulation of the draining handle 52, as shown in Fig. 3.
[38] The holding piece 70 may be substituted with any general control elements.
[39] Therefore, according to the most principal characteristics of the present invention, the waste oil may be discharged by the simple rotation manipulation of the draining handle 52 at the front surface part of the main body 10 instead of using any link structures for the sake of the manipulation convenience.
[40] Although the foregoing description has been made with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that changes and modifications of the present invention may be made by the ordinary skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention and appended claims.
Claims
[1] An oil draining system for a frying machine, comprising: an oil pot mounted in a main body with a predetermined size and having a draining hole in a bottom surface; an oil draining element formed on an inner surface of the bottom surface of the oil pot for discharging cooking oil used for a predetermined time to the outside and alternatively opening or closing the draining hole of the bottom surface of the oil pot; and a ball valve for controlling the opening or closing of the draining hole of the bottom surface of the oil pot according to manipulation of a working lever of the draining element, the improvement characterized in that the draining element includes the working lever mounted to a front surface part of the main body backward in the longitudinal direction of the oil pot, and having an oil draining handle mounted at a front part and a fixing part at a rear part; and a rotation shaft mounted to a bottom surface part of the oil pot in connection with the ball valve controlling the draining hole for converting direction of the ball valve by the manipulation of the working lever.
[2] The oil draining system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a holding piece is mounted in a manipulation range of the draining handle and rotates in alternative axial support of a rear part of the draining handle for preventing false manipulation of the draining handle.
