Abstract

Ein aus einem weichmagnetischen Band (2) gewickelter Magnetkern (1 ) für Niederfrequenzanwendungen soll eine durch die Reduktion von mechanischen Spannungen erhöhte Per meabilitäts zahl [ir auf weisen. Dazu wird das weichmagnetische Band (2) auf mindestens einer Seite mit einem haftreibungsreduzierenden Material (8) beschichtet, dass bei der WärmebehandlunG des Magnetkerns (1) teilweise abbrennt. Zurück bleibt sein Glührückstand (11 ), so dass sich im Querschnitt des Magnetkerns (4) jeweils eine Schicht (3) aus dem weichmagnetischem Material und eine Schicht aus dem Glührückstand (11 ) eines haftreibungsreduzierenden Materials (8) abwechseln.
