Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Synthese von wasserstoffreichen Silanen des Typs HnSi(AR1)4-n mit n = 1 oder 2 und A = O, NR2 oder S, insbesondere Di- und Trialkoxysilanen vom Typ HnSi(OR)4-n mit n = 1 oder 2 durch Umsetzen: a.) eines Dihalogensilans des Typs H2SiX2 mit X = Halogen, b.) einer Verbindung mit der allgemeinen Formel HAR1 mit A = O, NR2 oder S, wie z. B. eines Alkohols mit der allgemeinen Formel HOR, wobei R z. B. ein Alkyl- oder Arylrest ist, der wenn n = 2 mindestens 3 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, c.) mit einem Überschuss eines tertiären aliphatischen oder cyclischen Amins Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren können vorteilhaft die wasserstoffreichen Silane selektiv in einer einfachen Reaktion in Reinheiten von > 90 % erhalten werden.
