请参阅图 1 ,是现有的实现彩铃业务的组网图,现有技术是采用 SSP ( Service Switching Point, 业务交换点)、 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存 器)、 SCP ( Service Control Point, 业务控制点)、 AIP ( Advanced Intelligent Peripheral, 增强智能外设) 配合以实现彩铃业务, 其中 SSP负责查询、 触发业 务, HLR负责存储用户签约信息, SCP和 SSP负责实现彩铃业务流程, AIP负责 播放彩铃。 现有的实现彩铃业务的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 101、 主叫用户 A呼叫被叫用户 B, 呼叫到达 SSP, SSP通过 HLR查询被 叫用户的签约信息, 如果被叫用户的号码是彩铃用户号码, 则前插智能业务接 入码, 将呼叫触发到 SCP;

目前彩铃业务对于大多数普通用户来说, 并不是从互联网的网站上选择彩 铃音乐, 也不是自己编辑制作彩铃, 而是由运营商定制, 但是由于当前彩铃业 务流程的复杂性和庞大的彩铃业务量, 使得运营商建设智能网用于设备的投资 相对较大, 不能以较低的投资和最快的速度为用户提供彩铃业务体验。 同时, 随着彩铃业务的发展, 这种方式也加大了彩铃平台的负荷。 发明内容 本发明的实施例提供了一种实现彩铃业务的系统和方法, 使得运营商不用 为设备投入大量的资金, 就能够迅速开展彩铃业务。
本发明的实施例提供了一种实现彩铃业务的系统, 包括媒体网关 MGW和 业务交换点 SSP;

其中 SSP用于查询被叫用户的签约信息, 若查询到被叫用户的号码是彩铃 用户号码, 并查询到被叫用户定制的彩铃, 则 SSP指示 MGW播放被叫用户定 制的彩铃;
MGW收到 SSP发送的播放彩铃的指示后, 向主叫用户播放自身存储的被 叫用户定制的彩铃。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种实现彩铃业务的方法, 包括以下步骤: 主叫用户呼叫被叫用户, 呼叫到达 SSP, SSP查询被叫用户的签约信息; 若 SSP查询到被叫用户的号码是彩铃用户号码, 并查询到被叫用户定制的 彩铃, 则 SSP指示 MGW播放被叫用户定制的彩铃;
MGW接收到 SSP发送的播放彩铃的指示后, 向主叫用户播放自身存储的 被叫用户定制的彩铃。
根据本发明的实施例提供的方案, 当 SSP检测到被叫用户号码是彩铃用户 号码并查询到被叫用户定制的彩铃时, 直接指示被叫用户侧的 MGW播放彩铃, 省去了现有技术中 SCP和 AIP控制播放彩铃的流程, 因此运营商不需要投资智能 网设备, 能够节省初期投资; 另外由于只涉及到 MGW和 SSP, 内嵌彩铃业务占 用网络资源少, 避免因智能网故障导致彩铃业务不可用, 可靠性高, 组网灵活, 业务管理方便, 维护成本低, 运营商可以迅速提供简易彩铃方案, 可以用此业 务向用户提供彩铃试听体验, 探查市场反应。 附图简要说明

由此, 通过本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃业务的方法以及相应的系统, 当 收到主叫用户发起的呼叫时, SSP 只需查找被叫用户的签约信息, 若查询到被 叫用户号码是彩铃用户号码并查询到被叫用户定制的彩铃, 直接触发主叫用户 侧或被叫用户侧的 MGW向主叫用户播放彩铃, 从而避免了现有技术中 SCP和 AIP控制播放彩铃的流程, 节省运营商对智能网设备的投资, 同时降低维护成 本。
