Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[7] The purpose of this invention to solve the above problems is to provide the blended apun yarn which is retarded fire that is not harmful and environment-friendly
[8] In order to accomplish the above purposes, this invention, the blended spun yarn which is retarded fire is special for it is blended and made with a flames afe viscos staple fiber that includes poly-silicic acid and a modacrylic staple fiber which is contained antimony
[9] The other characteristics of this invention, the blended spun yarn which is retarded fire is that one or more of the cotton, wool or silk are blended with the above flamesafe viscos staple fiber and the above modacrylic staple fiber.
[10] Another characteristic of this invention is that 50-70% of the above flamesafe viscos staple fiber and 25-35% of the above modacrylic staple fiber are blended.
[I I] Another characteristic of this invention, the blended spun yarn which is retarded fire is that 10-25% of the cotton, 5-10% of the wool, and 5-15% of the silk are blended
[12] The other characteristic of this invention is that 1.4Denier~1.5Denier x40 mm of the above the above flamesafe viscos staple fiber, and 1.5Denier x 38mm~40mm of the above modacrylic staple fiber are blended as standard.
[13] Another characteristic of this invention, the blended spun yarn which is retarded, is that 3.0Denier x 51 mm of the above flamesafe viscos staple fiber and 3.0Denier x 51mm of the above modacrylic staple fiber are blended as standard. [14] [15]

[19] blending the one or more of the cotton, wool or silk, this invention solves the problem such as the dropped durability of the previous coating fibers which are retarded fire, discharging of contaminating materials when it is burn, and makes harmful gas to the human body so that it can give the durable resistance to flame that is environment-friendly and safe to the various non-clothing and clothing
Brief Description of the Drawings
[20] Figure 1. is a block diagram showing the process of production of this invention, blended spun yarn which is retarded fire.
[21]
[22]
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[23] The specific characteristics and benefits of this invention will be clear by the below explanation with the attached figure.
[24] Figure 1. is a block diagram showing a manufacturing process of this invention, blended spun yarn which is retarded fire.
[25] The main materials of this invention, Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire, are flamesafe viscose rayon staple fiber containing poly-silicic acid and modacrylic staple fiber containing antimony, so the flamesafe viscose rayon staple fiber should be spun as 50-70% blending rate according to the usage considering the effectiveness of resistant to flame, draft, absorptive character, property which is clinged flame, pilling of the original cloth, and touch. [26] And, when the blending rate of modacrylic staple fiber is over 40% and it is burn, it makes the harmful gas and pollution to harm to the human body, when the blending rate is over 35%, pilling is made and knitting fabric becomes low and at the same time napping is made on the surface of a fabric, so the blending rate should be 25-35%.
[27] Here, the flamesafe viscose rayon staple fiber has 27-32% and modacrylic staple fiber has 28-34% of LOI.
[28] Since one of the cotton, wool or silk can be blended to the flamesafe viscose rayon staple fiber and the modacrylic staple fiber, 10-25% of cotton, 5-10% of wool and 5-15% of silk are mixed spun as the blending rate.
[29] Here, when we blend only two materials, the flamesafe viscose rayon and the modacrylic staple fiber, it is appropriate for the non-clothing cloth, and when we blend one or more of cotton, wool or silk with the flamesafe viscose rayon and the modacrylic staple fiber, it is appropriate for clothing, and fabric wallpaper.
[30] And in the case of clothing for blending the flamesafe viscose rayon and the modacrylic staple fiber, 1.4Denier~1.5Denier x 40mm of the flamesafe viscose rayon and 1.5Denier x 38mm ~40mm of the above modacrylic staple fiber are spun as the standard rate.
[31] Here, if we make the length of each flamesafe viscose rayon and modacrylic staple fiber as 40mm, we can make ultimate strength high.
[32] For non-clothing cloth, 3.0Denier x 51mm of the flamesafe viscose rayon and
3.0Denier x 51mm of the modacrylic staple fiber are blended as the standard rate.
[33] Or, for non-clothing cloth, 3.0Denier x 60mm of the flamesafe viscose rayon and
3.0Denier x 51mm of the modacrylic staple fiber can be blended as the standard rate, so if we make the flamesafe viscose rayon as 3.0Denier x 60mm of standard rate, we can make ultimate strength high.
[34] And, as you can see from the Figure L, according to the rate explained above blending rate they are blended as the process of - Carding-Drawing-Roving-Spinning- Winding-setting-packing
[35] , and according to the use, we can produce the number of flamesafe viscose rayon, the thickness of the flamesafe viscose rayon as 6's~45's.
[36] Here, the order of production is a well-known way that was widely used before, we will omit the detailed explanation.
[37] This invention, Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire, gives the resistance to flame to the various clothing and non-clothing cloth, so after we did a research on the effectiveness of resistance to flame after mixed spinning- spinning-dyeing- after working process by changing the blending rate of the flamesafe viscose rayon and the modacrylic staple fiber, we found that the resistance to flame became risen each other, and the cause of that is because two cloths were carbonized, solidified and burned and it made the resistance to flame high. Thus, the research was done at the Korea Textile Inspection & Testing Institute, and the result of it is written on the 1994-24 of Ministry of Government administraion and home affairs, and the content is as below.

[55] [56] [57] The result of the resistance to flame test on the above Table 1 ~ Table 3 is the result of the test that tests this invention, Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire, by grafted flame for 1 minute as a law which use inclination: a law which uses inclination: a low which uses a microburner.
[58] The above Table 2. and Table 3. prove the resistance to flame of this invention, blended spun yarn which is retarded fire. Especially, as you can see from Table 1. [59] If we blended 80% of the Flamesafe viscose rayon and 20% Modacrylic staple fiber, the resistance to flame would not be kept, and if we blended 70% of the Flamesafe viscose rayon and 30% Modacrylic staple fiber, and 60% of the Flamesafe viscose rayon and 40% of the Modacrylic staple fiber the resistance to flame would be kept. According to the special characteristics, when 50%~70% of the Flamesafe viscose rayon and 25%~35% of the Modacrylic staple fiber are blended, the best resistance to flame would be kept.
[60] This invention, Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire does not make harmful gas when it is burnt, and it is approved that bromine is not detected as the result of the test done at the Fiti testing and Research institute.
[61] According to the result, since the Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire by this invention when it is burnt, it will not be harmful to human body and blended spun yarn which is retarded fire to be able to protect the environment pollution.
[62] And, this invention, blended spun yarn which is retarded fire, can be blended with the Flamesafe viscose rayon andthe Modacrylic staple fiber, and used as the original cloth that makes various non-clothing cloth such as sofa, car seat, carpet, partition, bedclothes, curtain, gloves that protect fire and etc.
[63] And, the Flamesafe viscose rayon and the Modacrylic staple fiber can be blended one or more of the silk, cotton or wool can be blended, and used as the original cloth that makes various clothing such as a cloth which protects fire, a cloth which prevents fire, a military uniform, steel manufacture^ shipbuilding, live wire working suit (uniform), welding suit or children's clothing, and it can be used as an original clothing of cloth wallpaper when the Flamesafe viscose rayon and the Modacrylic staple fiber are blended with the silk. [64] Thus, this invention, Blended spun yarn which is retarded fire has effectiveness that can give the persistence resistance to flame to the various clothing and non-clothing cloth.
