在本发明中, 所述的研磨器优选电动研磨器,研磨器的研磨盘由 研磨电机带动。 当然, 研磨器也可以是手动研磨器, 研磨器的研磨盘 由手柄带动。 只要将研磨器设于咖啡机中,研磨后的咖啡粉可方便的 进入冲泡容器便可完成本发明的目的。
在本发明中, 冲泡容器可采用多种可拆方式与咖啡机壳体连接, 可釆用将所述的冲泡容器插接于咖啡机壳体上;或冲泡容器通过螺紋 连接于咖啡机壳体上;或冲泡容器通过挂接的方式连接于咖啡机壳体 上, 只要冲泡容器与咖啡机间能方便的拆装连接结构都可以。
在本发明中, 所述的供水机构包括: 咖啡机的水箱、 加热容器、 相连在水箱与加热容器之间的出水管,连接在加热容器与沖泡容器之 间的出水管。 供水机构采用上述结构, 结构简单、 制造方便。 加热容 器也可釆用微型锅炉。
所述的加热容器可以为单根或多根管状加热容器 ,也可采用微型 锅炉加热。
在本发明中, 所述的研磨器出料口设有出料门。 出料门在研磨咖 啡粉时可防止咖啡粉飞散。 同时, 出料门可阻挡大量水蒸汽进入咖啡 出粉通道和研磨器, 防止咖啡粉受潮。
在本发明中, 所述的出料门可以是具有至少一瓣膜的橡胶门。 由 于橡胶门自身具有一定的弹性,在研磨咖啡粉时, 研磨器产生的气流 可压迫橡胶门自动打开。当研磨完成后,橡胶门在自身弹性的作用下, 将出料口封闭, 阻挡冲泡时大量水蒸汽进入咖啡出粉通道和研磨器。 本发明的橡胶门可采用具有一瓣膜的橡胶门; 当然,也可采用具有二 个瓣膜或多个瓣膜的橡胶门。 出料门采用橡胶门其结构十分筒单。
在本发明中,所述橡胶门的下端伸入或不伸入沖泡容器中这两种 情况都可以。橡胶门的下端伸入冲泡容器中时,抽插冲泡容器可触动 橡胶门, 碰散少量粘结于橡胶门旁的咖啡粉, 使研磨器工作时, 橡胶 门可方便的输出咖啡粉。 当橡胶门的下端不伸入冲泡容器中时, 通过 选择适当弹性的橡胶门瓣膜和控制研磨器产生气流的大小,来实现研 磨器工作时橡胶门方便的输出咖啡粉。
在本发明中,所述的出料门还可以是插入式电磁阀门或翻转式电 磁阀门。 出料门采用电磁阀门来实现开闭, 具有良好的密封性能。 插 入式电磁阀门和翻转式电磁阀门都具有良好的阻挡水蒸汽进入研磨 器和咖啡 4分出粉通道的功能。
在本发明中, 所述的咖啡机设有咖啡粉出粉量控制机构, 出粉量 控制机构中设有控制电机工作的工作时间调节器。供水机构中设有冲 泡出水量控制机构,冲泡出水量控制机构中设有控制加热容器工作的 工作时间调节器。 出粉量控制机构和冲泡出水量控制机构可协同工 作, 当然也可根据用户需要来进行调整。 出粉量通过工作时间调节器 调整电机工作时间来控制, 其结构十分简单。 冲泡出水量通过工作时 间调节器调整加热容器工作时间来控制, 其结构十分筒单。
作为优选, 在本发明中, 所述的水箱与出水管间设有止回阀, 加 热容器是管状加热容器, 管状加热容器与冲泡室相连, 沖泡室设于冲 泡容器的上方, 冲泡室上设有回汽管与水箱相连。 采用管状加热容器 便于通过控制加热时间来控制冲泡出水量。
在本发明中, 所述的咖啡机设有定时器。 其可根据用户的要求完 成定时冲泡咖啡的工作。 如设定某一时间, 咖啡机届时会自动冲泡所 需的咖啡。
所述研磨器中设有豆仓, 豆仓下设有磨体, 磨体中设有磨豆腔, 磨豆腔中设有研磨盘, 所述研磨盘包括转动研磨盘和静止研磨盘, 两 磨盘上均设有磨齿,研磨电机的转轴与转动研磨盘相连,磨豆腔设有 出粉口, 出粉口下设有出粉通道; 所述的研磨电机的转轴与转动研磨 盘间设有可拆式联轴器。
由于研磨电机的转轴与转动研磨盘间设有可拆式联轴器,可将豆 仓和磨体一起从咖啡机中拆下,使研磨器中残余咖啡粉的清除十分方 便。 使用时, 将豆仓和磨体一起放入咖啡机中, 联轴器便将研磨电机 的转轴与转动研磨盘联接,研磨电机便可带动转动研磨盘进行磨豆作 业。 当咖啡机需更换不同品种的咖啡豆或更换使用者时, 只要更换咖 啡机中的研磨器便可防止咖啡粉串味,使用也很卫生。 特别适合在使 用者频繁更换的场合或咖啡爱好者使用。 当然, 在咖啡机需更换不同 品种的咖啡豆或更换使用者时,也可采用将原研磨器清理后再进行使 用。
所述的研磨器设有磨体安装座,磨体插入磨体安装座中。便于更 换豆仓和磨体。
所述的出粉通道中设有螺杆,螺杆远离出粉口的一端连接有送粉 电机。 由于设有送粉电机, 当研磨电机停止后, 控制送粉电机继续工 作一段时间,便可将出粉通道中的咖啡粉送出的比较干净; 减少咖啡 粉在研磨器中的残留。
所述的豆仓和静止研磨盘固定于静止研磨盘架上,静止研磨盘架 旋接于磨体上。 采用上述结构, 可方便的将豆仓和静止研磨盘从磨体 上拆下, 便于对磨豆腔进行清理。
所述的转动研磨盘固定于转动研磨盘架上。采用上述结构, 可使 动力传输更可靠。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但不作 为对本发明的限定。
实施例一:
结合图 1、 图 2、 图 5、 图 6所示: 本实施例的咖啡机, 咖啡机 壳体 1内设有豆仓 2, 研磨器的研磨盘 3由研磨电机 4带动; 冲泡容 器 5与供水机构相连。 供水机构包括: 咖啡机的水箱 6 , 水箱的出水 管 7与加热容器 8相连,加热容器 9的出水管 10与冲泡容器 5相通。 研磨器的出料口 11下方设有冲泡容器 5 ,冲泡容器 5中设有滤网 12 , 冲泡容器 5通过可拆结构定位在咖啡机壳体 1上。
如图 2所示: 冲泡容器 5上部边彖设有插筋 13 , 咖啡机壳体 1 上设有与插筋 13相配合的插槽 14。 上述可拆结构便于将冲泡容器 5 从咖啡机上取下或装上。
由于本发明的冲泡容器 5通过可拆结构定位在咖啡机壳体 1上, 其结构简单、 清洗方便、 制造成本较低。 操作控制开关便可完成磨豆 和冲泡工作, 使用也比较方便。
本发明实施例二:
如图 7所示, 在本实施例中, 咖啡机壳体 1内设有豆仓 2 , 研磨 器的研磨盘 3由研磨电机 4带动; 冲泡容器 5与供水机构相连。加热 容器 9是管状加热容器。 研磨器的出料口 11下方设有冲泡容器 5 , 冲泡容器 5上部边缘设有插筋 13 , 咖啡机上设有插槽 14。 结合图 19 所示: 本发明的水箱 6与出水管 7间设有止回阀 25。 管状加热容器 9 与冲泡室 26相连, 冲泡室 26下方设有冲泡容器, 冲泡室 26上设有 回汽管 27与水箱相连。
如图 3所示:冲泡容器 5上部边边缘和咖啡机上设有相配合的螺 紋 15。 旋动沖泡容器 5同样可方便的将冲泡容器 5从咖啡机上取下 或装上。 本发明实施例三:
如图 8所示, 在本实施例中, 咖啡机壳体 1内设有豆仓 2 , 研磨 器的研磨盘 3由研磨电机 4带动; 沖泡容器 5与供水机构相连。 咖啡 机的水箱 6与管状加热容器 9相连, 冲泡容器 5中设有滤网 12。 沖 泡容器 5通过插接结构走位在咖啡机上。 结合图 19所示: 本发明的 水箱 6与出水管 7间设有止回阀 25。 管状加热容器 9与冲泡室 26相 连, 冲泡室 26下方设有冲泡容器 5, 冲泡室 26上设有回汽管 27与 水箱 6相连。
如图 4所示: 冲泡容器 5上设有挂钩 16 , 咖啡机壳体 1上设有 与挂钩 16相配合的挂孔 17。 挂钩 16和挂孔 17的配合同样可将冲泡 容器 5从咖啡机上取下或装上。
如图 9所示: 本发明的研磨器出料口 11设有出料门。 出料门是 橡胶门 19。 由于橡胶门 19自身具有一定的弹性, 在研磨咖啡粉时, 研磨器产生的气流可压迫橡胶门自动打开。 当研磨完成后, 橡胶门在 自身弹性的作用下, 将出料口 11封闭, 防止冲泡时大量水蒸汽沿咖 啡出粉通道进入研磨器和咖啡粉出粉通道。本发明的橡胶门的下端伸 入或不伸入冲泡容器 5中。
如图 10、 图 11所示: 本发明的出料门是具有一瓣膜 20的橡胶 门 19。 橡胶门可呈 ", " 状, 当然也可呈直管状。
如图 12、 图 13所示: '本发明的出料门也可采用具有二个瓣膜 20 的像股门 19。
如图 14、 图 15所示: 本发明的出料门也可采用具有四个瓣膜 20 的樣股门 19。
本发明的出料门可在研磨咖啡粉时防止咖啡粉飞散。 同时, 出料 门可阻挡大量水蒸汽进入咖啡出粉通道和研磨器。
如图 16所示: 本发明的出料门也可采用插入式电磁阀门 21。 出 料口采用电磁阀门来实现开闭, 其具有良好的密封性能。 当然, 本发 明也可采用如图 17所示的翻转式电磁阀门 22。 插入式电磁阀门和翻 转式电磁阀门都具有良好的阻挡水蒸汽进入研磨器和咖啡粉出粉通 道的功能。
如图 18所示: 本发明的咖啡机设有咖啡粉出粉量控制机构, 出 粉量控制机构中设有控制电机工作时间的工作时间调节器 23。
如图 19所示: 本发明的供水机构中设有冲泡出水量控制机构, 冲泡出水量控制机构中设有控制加热容器 9 工作时间的工作时间调 节器 24。 本发明的水箱 6与出水管 7间设有止回阀 25, 管状加热容 器 9与冲泡室 26相连, 冲泡室 26下方设有冲泡容器 5, 沖泡室上设 有回汽管 27与水箱 6相连。 采用管状加热容器, 可方便的实现沖泡 出水量的控制。
如图 20所示: 在本发明中, 咖啡机设有定时器 28。 其可才艮据用 户的要求完成定时冲泡咖啡的工作。
如图 21、 图 22、 图 23所示, 咖啡机的研磨器中设有豆仓 2 , 豆 仓 2下设有磨体 29 , 磨体 29中设有磨豆腔 30, 磨豆腔 30中设有转 动研磨盘 31和静止研磨盘 32, 两磨盘上均设有磨齿, 研磨电机 4的 转轴 33与转动研磨盘 31相连,磨豆腔 30设有出粉口 34, 出粉口 34 下设有出粉通道 35。 研磨电机 4的转轴 33与转动研磨盘 31间设有 可拆式联轴器 36。
研磨器设有磨体安装座 37 , 磨体 29插入磨体安装座 37中。 出 粉通道 35中设有螺杆 38, 送粉电机 39与螺杆 38相连。 转动研磨盘 31 固定于转动研磨盘架 40上。 豆仓 2和静止研磨盘 32固定于静止 研磨盘架 41上, 静止研磨盘架 41旋接于磨体 29上。 采用上述结构, 可方便的将豆仓 1和静止研磨盘 32从磨体 29上拆下,便于对磨豆腔 30进行清理。
由于研磨电机 4的转轴 33与转动研磨盘 31间设有可拆式联轴器 36 , 其可将豆仓 2和磨体 29—起从咖啡机中拆下, 使研磨器中残余 咖啡粉的清除十分方便。 当咖啡机需更换不同品种的咖啡豆时, 只要 更换咖啡机中的研磨器便可防止咖啡粉串味,适合在使用者频繁更换 的场合使用。 由于设有送粉电机 39, 当研磨电机 4停止后, 控制送 粉电机 39继续工作一段时间, 其可减少咖啡粉在研磨器中的残留。
上述实施例只是本发明的个案,任何根据本发明精神所作的改动 均应理解为未脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种咖啡机, 咖啡机壳体内设有研磨器、 冲泡容器和供水机 构, 所述冲泡容器与供水机构相连; 其特征在于: 所述研磨器的出料 口下方设有冲泡容器, 冲泡容器中设有滤网, 冲泡容器通过可拆结构 定位在咖啡机壳体上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的研磨器 是电动研磨器, 研磨器的研磨盘由研磨电机带动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的冲泡容 器通过插接、 螺纹连接、 挂接其中之一的结构连接于咖啡机壳体上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的供水机 构包括: 咖啡机的水箱、 加热容器、相连在水箱与加热容器之间的出 水管, 连接在加热容器与冲泡容器之间的出水管。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的加热容 器为微型锅炉。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的研磨器 出料口设有出料门。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的出料门 是具有至少一瓣膜的橡胶门。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的咖啡机; 其特征在、于: 所述的出料门 是插入式电磁阀门或翻转式电磁阀门。
9、 才艮据权利要求 2所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的咖啡机 设有咖啡粉出粉量控制机构,出粉量控制机构中设有控制电机工作时 间的工作时间调节器; 所述的供水机构中设有冲泡出水量控制机构, 冲泡出水量控制机构中设有控制加热容器工作时间的工作时间调节 器; 出粉量控制机构和冲泡出水量控制机构协同工作。
10、 根据权利要求 4 所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的水箱 与出水管间设有止回阀,加热容器是单根或多根管状加热容器, 管状 加热容器通过出水管与冲泡室相连, 冲泡室下方设有冲泡容器, 冲泡 室上设有回汽管与水箱相连。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的咖啡机 设有定时器。
12、根据权利要求 2所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的研磨器 中设有豆仓, 豆仓下设有磨体, 磨体中设有磨豆腔, 磨豆腔中设有转 动研磨盘和静止研磨盘, 两磨盘上均设有磨齿,研磨电机的转轴与转 动研磨盘相连, 磨豆腔设有出粉口, 出粉口下设有出粉通道; 所述的 研磨电机的转轴与转动研磨盘间设有可拆式联轴器。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的研磨 器设有磨体安装座, 磨体插入磨体安装座中。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的出粉 通道中设有螺杆, 螺杆远离出粉口的一端连接有送粉电机。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的豆仓 和静止研磨盘固定于静止研磨盘架上, 静止研磨盘架旋接于磨体上。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的咖啡机; 其特征在于: 所述的转动 研磨盘固定于转动研磨盘架上。
