Abstract

Method for finishing neck lines, arm holes, lapels, cuffs and trousers and coat bottoms, using the knitting sewing machine Brother models: 820, 830 and 840, using a whole knitted piece (picture 01) and number of stitches according to the project, using different types of stitches. Several industrial threads are used such as: 2/28; 2/30; 1/14 and 3/15 for winter and Summer wear. The finishing is done through knitting (picture 02), using 3, 5 or 7 rows in plain stitch. The method is used for making a simple stretching neck or a more sophisticated one, with internal finishing (5 to 7 plain rows) at the same time, extending to the cuffs and internal finishing in trousers. It is made in just one piece that has internal finishing, according to picture 02. It is a revolutionary method that, after it is done on the piece, it is possible to have a perfect finishing without any wool ends sticking out (picture 03).
