Abstract

La présente invention concerne un tube pour échangeur de chaleur comprenant un corps de tube formant un passage creux et présentant une section de tube en U définissant un double coude et une paire de sections de tube droites. Les sections de tube droites respectives sont reliées à la section en U au niveau de positions de connexion respectives et s'étendent généralement parallèlement les unes aux autres pour définir un espace interne disposé entre et parmi la section de tube en U et les sections de tube droites reliées à la section de tube en U. La section de tube en U présente une concavité formée dans celle-ci, la concavité définissant une portion de l'espace interne. Un tube ondulé d'échangeur de chaleur comprend une pluralité de sections de tube droites disposées en une pluralité de rangées généralement parallèles dans un plan commun et une pluralité de sections de tube en U reliées à la pluralité de sections de tube droites pour former une configuration ondulée.
