Abstract
This invention relates to a new design for fixed baby seat to the main back seat of the car. It contains 2 parts: the base and back part, they joined together through celinder by two gears, when the base moves from 90° to 180° . the back also moves from 30° to 90°. and both of them have locks, they are operated when either of them is on 90° position for safety and also the baby seat has got its own seat belt.

This invention relates to a fixed baby car seat
The previous art :
In case of use the private baby seats at cars which in markets at all over the world, it is not saved according to the u.s.a studies and it is not comfortable and not practical when we move it from place to place, (for example when adults sit down) because of it takes large place , and about 85% which in markets depend on fixed the seat and the baby by safety belt so, it is not safe according to specialized study and it is not comfortable for the baby, also because it passes from the neck of the baby and his shoulder, and we hope our new design (oural) will over come all these defects and elevate safety level to maximum level . And its usage is very easy because we can control it by electric buttons in the car from babies hands .
The problem and defect at the previous art:
According to a study has been discussed at U.S.A about 85% of babies seats at markets are not safe because they depend on fixed these seats by car safety belts and makes the baby gets annoyed when it pass from the part of his neck, and the stability o these seats not fixed enough at the abnormal movements and car accidents and these seats always at the back seat of the car so adults can not use the back seat at the right way .
The Description of the invention:
At this new design for baby car seat we can control it by electric buttons it can descend from 90° to 180° to let the baby sits down and it can ascending to 90° when we do not need it so we can use the back seat of the car for adults easily by pressing the button in the car . So we can make good use for the back seat of the car. and this baby seat has own safety belt and this seat part not partial, and fixed at the main back seat of the car. So it save the maximum safety for our children during the journey with us .
Referring to the drawings the baby seat at figure (1) has two parts 17+18, part 17 is the surface which the baby sits down - and its movement from the movement motor 23 by the two gears 32+33 by the axis 50 as the figure ( 3 ) by descending from 90° to 180° as figure ( 9 ) and 25 , 50 will be made from hard plastic or fiber glass or anther table type and the axis 50 pass horizontalic from the end of part 17 and fixed steady , the movement of part 17 from 23 by axis 50 which has two supports 24+44 at bottom of the back of back seat . at the point with axis 50 to fix part 17 when the baby sits down to add another support . In figure ( 1 ) we can see safety belt 82 fixed with baby seat for comfortable and safety for the baby .

Claims
Claims
1- The new design of baby seat ( aural ) which we can add it to the back seat of The car . and it consist of the back which tied with cylinder and provides its movement from a gear at the second axis which pass throw the cylinder and fixed in it .which let the movement be from 30° to 90° and vise versa and pass throw the end of the seat . the first axis which provides its movement directly from the motor and at middle of it , has gear to transfer the movement to the gear of the main back seat of the car . and the axis of the seat pass throw the cylinder but it is not fixed with it to allow the base of the seat move freely from 90°to 180° and vise versa .
2- According to the first element we can follow : adding baby seat to the main seat of the car . when the baby seat descending to 180° the back of the baby seat moves from behind to front to reach 90° to be as a part of the main seat . when we do not need the baby seat it moves froml80° to 90° at the same time the back of the seat moves 30° to the behind . we can control it by special button .
