• Insert 11 is preferably moved from the first position to the second position by moving insert 11 in the proximal direction along longitudinal axis-X.
• Cleaning device 10 can include configurations that support alternative movements between the first and second positions such as transverse to the longitudinal axis and rotating movements. Insert 11 can then be employed as a second cleaning device. When the use of insert 11 is completed, insert 11 is moved to the first position by any of the previously described methods.
