Description

一种车用远近光氙气金卤灯 技术领域
本发明涉及 HID氙气金卤灯,特别是涉及一种车用 H4远近光氙气金卤灯。 背景技术
HID就是 High Intensity Discharge 高压气体放电灯的英文缩写, 可称为金 属卤化物灯或氙气灯, 这里简称为氙气金卤灯。 它的原理是在石英电弧管内, 充填氙气 (Xen0n)、 金属卤化物等金属元素, 然后通过镇流器 (Ballast) 将车 上 12V的直流电压瞬间增压至 23000V, 经过高压振幅激发石英管内的氙气电 离, 在两电极之间放电并产生光源, 这就是所谓的气体放电。 由氙气和金属卤 化物共同产生的白色超强电弧光, 可提高光线的色温值, 接近白昼的太阳光。
HID工作时所需的电流仅为 3.5A, 亮度是传统卤钨灯泡的 3倍, 使用寿命比传 统卤素灯泡长 3〜5倍。
现有的道路机动车辆大多采用卤钨灯泡, 其中 H4远近光头灯应用较为普 遍。 现有的 H4卤钨灯在同一个灯泡内采用两根缠绕的钨丝进行发光, 对近光 灯钨丝采用遮光碗进行遮挡,形成一定的光型。但是这种卤钨灯泡存在寿命短、 亮度低、 能耗高等缺点。
近几年新开发的 HID氙气金卤灯, 应用于 H4远近光的主要有以下几种方 式:
第一种是伸缩型 H4氙气金卤灯。 该种汽车灯泡采用一个氙气金卤灯, 由 电磁阀装置控制进行伸缩, 实现远近光的切换, 存在体积大, 重量大, 切换不 可靠等缺点。 ·
第二种是氙气金卤灯与卤钨灯并用式 H4氙气金卤灯。 该种汽车灯泡的近 光灯采用氙气金卤灯,远光灯采用卤钨灯泡, 卤钨灯泡位于氙气金卤灯的旁边, 实现远近光的切换。 由于远光灯采用卤钨灯泡, 存在远光灯亮度低, 寿命短, 能耗高等缺点。
第三种是双电弧管并列封装式 H4氙气金卤灯。 该种汽车灯泡由两个氙气 金卤灯电弧管在同一外管内并列封装, 电弧管高度不同, 由特殊的镇流器进行 启动, 实现远近光的切换, 遮光片采用简易方式。 由于远近光灯的灯管设置不 合理, 存在左右灯不能互换、 制造工艺及结构复杂, 成本高等缺点。 发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种左右灯可 以互换、 制造工艺及结构简单, 成本较低的车用远近光氙气金卤灯。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种车用远近光氙气金卤灯, 其特征在于, 所述的氙气金卤灯由灯头、 近光氙气金卤灯、 远光氙气金卤灯、 遮光片组成, 所述的近光氙气金卤灯、远光氙气金卤灯、遮光片固定于灯头上。
所述的近光氙气金卤灯与远光氙气金卤灯平行设置, 所述的远光氙气金卤 灯的中心线通过灯头的中心点并与灯头的中心线相交成 5°〜10°角, 所述的近 光氙气金卤灯与灯头的中心线相交成 5°〜10°角。
所述的近光氙气金卤灯与远光氙气金卤灯平行设置, 所述的远光氙气金卤 灯的中心线通过灯头的中心点并与灯头的中心线相交成 5°角,所述的近光氙气 金卤灯与灯头的中心线相交成 5°角。
所述的近光氙气金卤灯紧贴于远光氙气金卤灯的一侧。
所述的灯头由金属灯头、 陶瓷件组成, 二者之间设有粘胶层。
所述的近光氙气金卤灯、 远光氙气金卤灯采用陶瓷胶与陶瓷件粘接。
所述的遮光片固定于灯头的金属灯头上。
所述的灯头包括 H4、 H13、 9004、 9007灯头。
采用以上技术方案制造出来的 H4车用远近光氙气金卤灯, 具有左右灯可 以互换、 制造工艺及结构简单、 成本低、 寿命长, 亮度高, 节能等优点, 同时 能够输出良好的道路机动车辆标准光型。 附图说明

如图 1和图 2所示, 一种车用远近光氙气金卤灯, 所述的氙气金卤灯由灯 头 1、 近光氙气金卤灯 3、 远光氙气金卤灯 2、 遮光片 4组成, 所述的近光氙气 金卤灯 3、 远光氙气金卤灯 2、 遮光片 4固定于灯头 1上。
所述的近光氙气金卤灯 3与远光氙气金卤灯 2平行设置, 所述的远光氙气 金卤灯 2的中心线通过灯头 1的中心点并与灯头 1的中心线相交成 5°〜10°角 (根据车型及反光罩反射角度确定), 所述的近光氙气金卤灯 3与灯头 1的中心 线相交成 5°〜10°角 (根据车型及反光罩反射角度确定);所述的近光氙气金卤灯 3与远光氙气金卤灯 2平行设置,所述的远光氙气金卤灯 2的中心线通过灯头 1 的中心点并与灯头 1的中心线相交成 5°角 (本实施例的优选角度), 所述的近 光氙气金卤灯 3与灯头 1的中心线相交成 5°角 (本实施例的优选角度); 所述 的近光氙气金卤灯 3紧贴于远光氙气金卤灯 2的一侧; 所述的灯头 1由金属灯 头 11、 陶瓷件 12组成, 二者之间设有粘胶层; 所述的近光氙气金卤灯 3、 远光 氙气金卤灯 2采用陶瓷胶与陶瓷件 12粘接;所述的遮光片 4固定于灯头 1的金 属灯头 11上; 所述的灯头 1包括 H4、 H13、 9004、 9007灯头。
由于近光灯和远光灯均采用了氙气金卤灯, 与普通的卤钨灯相比, 本发明 有寿命长, 光通量高, 节能的优点。 氙气金卤灯的发光原理与卤钨灯不同, 其 寿命达到 2000小时以上,而普通卤钨灯的寿命只有 500小时左右。氙气金卤灯 的光通量可以达到 3000流明,是普通卤钨灯的 3倍。氙气金卤灯的功率是 35W, 卤钨灯的功率是 55〜100W, 有明显的节能效果。
由于两只氙气金卤灯的排列位置和遮光片的形状经过了精心地设计, 与现 有的氙 ^金卤灯相比, 本发明可以输出良好的道路机动车辆标准光型。

1. 一种车用远近光氙气金卤灯, 其特征在于, 所述的氙气金卤灯由灯头、 近光氙气金卤灯、 远光氙气金卤灯、 遮光片组成, 所述的近光氙气金卤灯、 远 光氙气金卤灯、 遮光片固定于灯头上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种车用远近光氙气金卤灯, 其特征在于, 所述 的近光氙气金卤灯与远光氙气金卤灯平行设置, 所述的远光氙气金卤灯的中心 线通过灯头的中心点并与灯头的中心线相交成 5°〜10°角, 所述的近光氙气金 卤灯与灯头的中心线相交成 5°〜10'角。
