Abstract
The "Uglenko" building block with the protuberances on the side (9) and (10), and with the recesses on the side (7) and (8), and with the central protuberance (1), and the central recess (11), the central cannel (2), and subsidiary canals (3), (4), (5) and (6) with its side protuberances (9) and (10) requires the side recesses (7) and (8) of the adjacent block of the same kind or the corresponding side recesses with the "Kamenko" building block. When building a horizontal sequence ( if a sequence is being built), a next one which goes over it is being built by means of fitting the central recess (11) of the next block with the central protuberance (1) of the corresponding block under it. This process is being repeated until achieving the appropriate height and the width of the connection and then through the central canal (2), or the canals if few side-connected "Uglenko" blocks are in question, of every perpendicular column of blocks a wire armature is being set after which the binding roughcast or any other binding substance is being poured in all the way to the recess in the foundation ( if there is one) and it additionally binds the blocks vertically, but it also binds the whole connection of walls with the concrete base on which the walls are positioned.
Description
The "Uglenko" Building Block
Description of the Invention a) Technical field:
This invention finds its appliance in all building techniques, absolutely precisely in the way of mutually connecting the walls at the appropriate angle, the walls built of the "Kamenko" building blocks (P-950/05). b) Technical problem:
The technical problem solved by this invention is the faster, more reliable and cheaper, in one word more efficient construction of the buildings which are made by means of bricks and (or) blocks. Absolutely precise connection of walls at the appropriate angle are built by means of the "Kamenko" building block without the standard use of the rough plaster or any other binding substance. c) Background art:
Connecting walls by the standard building technique by means of building blocks is conducted in this way: between the already built wall (or the buttress ) and the wall in the process of building, which leans on that already built wall, a layer of rough plaster or any other connecting substance which binds them is put. The deficiencies of this method are:
1. The insufficient economy and negligence- this standard way of connecting the walls uses much greater quantities of binding materials due to the wastage, than it would be the case with the "Uglenko" building block.
2. Dilatoriness- by means of the "Uglenko" building block this process will be by far faster.
Disclosure of Invention
Basically, the invention in question is a slightly modified "Kamenko" building block. The main difference is in one additional protuberance and recess which are now also located on the side parts of blocks which were not there earlier. Fitting and binding with the other blocks of this kind, or with corresponding building blocks of "Kamenko" type, is conducted by connecting the central recess of one block with the central protuberance of another (vertical binding) and by connecting the side protuberance of one block with a side recess of another of the same type or with a corresponding building blocks of "Kamenko" kind (horizontal fitting). In this way the standards mutual binding of blocks by means of plaster is avoided, at the same time enhancing the precision of their mutual binding. When the particular height of the connection built in this way is achieved, through the middle canal of the blocks connection the armature is set and then binding rough cast is being filled in through the canal which will bind this connection of walls with its foundation, but it will also provide an additional connection for all the blocks in one perpendicular sequence and strengthen additionally the bearing strength of the connection, but also of the walls connected in this way.

Detailed description of Invention
The "Uglenko" building block on its middle part has, on the upper side, a protuberance, as it is shown by number 1, in the pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and on the lower side there is a recess, as it is showed by number 11, on in the pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 the height, i.e. the depth of which, the same as the width and length perfectly corresponds to the protuberance on the upper side of the block. Throughout this central protuberance, i.e. recess, the central canal passes through, as it is shown in no. 2 in the picture 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Laterally on all the four sides of the middle canal there are subsidiary canals shown by numbers 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The number of subsidiary canals and their position in relation to the central canal can be altered. Their function is to reduce the total mass of the block and enlarge the sound and calorific isolation. On the two out of four lateral sides there are two side protuberances, shown by numbers 9 and 10 in the pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. On the two other lateral sides there are two side recesses shown by numbers 7 and 8 in the pictures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The measures (dimensions) of the side protuberances suit the measures of the side recesses that the blocks of this type have but they also suit the measures of the "Kamenko" blocks. Blocks are horizontally fitted by connecting the side protuberance of one block with its entire surface to the side recess of the adjunct block of the same or "Kamenko" kind, in this way a very tightly bound sequence or connection is created with the length required by a builder. The way of the horizontal fitting is displayed nicely in the pictures 6 and 7. The blocks are perpendicularly (horizontally or vertically) by placing one block with its central recess so as to lay with its whole surface onto the surface of the central protuberance of the next block of the same kind underneath in the direction of the arrow in the picture no 8. Ih that way the length required by a builder is created. The way of perpendicular block fitting can be seen in the picture no 8. After the required height of the column is formed, through the central canal of the same the strengthening armature is placed and after that liquid rough cast or some other binding substance is poured in. In this manner, the blocks in one column are additionally bound, but they are also bound with the concrete base of the wall which would have1 to have the excavated canal for taking in the liquid rough plaster which passes through the central2 canals of the block columns. This central canal with the base made of concrete must be enclosed on its lateral sides, so as not to come to the outpour of the binding substance. After the hardening of the rough plaster the connecting column is completely connected to its concrete basement. The central canal of the concrete base must not be narrower than the central canal of each block, i. e. the block column. More sequences and blocks mutually fitted and connected in the way already mentioned and laying on the concrete base and
The essence of this canal is in the greater binding area between the concrete basement and the wall or in this case the binding column. 2 If the builder wants a tougher and the safer wall, the same procedure can be repeated on the subsidiary walls as well.
buttresses constitute the wall. On a few walls created and bound in this way, the board is molded and in that way a very strong building spatial structure is created.
The Advantages of this Invention are:
1. The greater building speed
2. The greater building precision
3. The greater tightness, toughness and the safety of buildings
4. The saving of material and the cheaper building course
