Description

벽돌{brick}Brick {brick}

1 is a top view of the designed brick

2 is the bottom face of the designed brick

The construction of the existing flat brick is made by applying mortar on the bottom brick and placing the brick on the top. At this time, what is important is the vertical angle and the horizontal degree in the horizontal direction. In the conventional method, all of them are completely dependent on the ability of the contractor. The contractor must continuously make corrections and corrections as the work progresses, and doing it well is a measure of the builder's ability. Therefore, the construction of the eye masses is more prevalent than the precise construction in the field, and if an inappropriate contractor is selected, the client faces serious losses.

In order to solve the problems of the existing masonry construction, the present invention, first, to ensure the convenience of construction that can be easily installed if someone has a little experience, and secondly, to secure structural stability and precision of construction There is this.

In order to achieve the above object, two square recesses are formed on the upper side of the brick so as to be divided into walls and mortar is filled therein, and the lower side of the brick corresponds to the recesses of other bricks disposed below the same. It provides a brick, characterized in that to form two convex portions in the same shape as the concave portion of the upper surface so as to be uneven. Hereinafter, the brick according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.
The present invention forms two square concave portions on the upper surface of the brick, and two square convex portions (protrusions) are also provided on the lower surface of the brick so as to correspond to the concave and convex portions. The volume of the square concave portion of the upper surface is slightly different from the volume of the convex portion (projection) of the corresponding lower surface, respectively, to provide a finely adjustable effect in securing mortar filling space and construction. The bottom surface of the bottom convex (protrusion) forms a few strands of grooves to form a mortar filling space, and is composed of a rough surface to maximize the effect of adhesion. In addition, by installing a rectangular protrusion and a corresponding recess in the middle portion of the upper surface and the lower surface of the brick, it is possible to bond more effectively by allowing the mortar to be filled.
The bottom of the concave portion of the brick upper surface is located below the bottom of the joint (meji) filling portion of the edge of the brick upper surface to consider the structural coupling.
The mortar filling scale is installed in the recess of the upper surface of the brick so that even a beginner can easily install it. The mortar scale is installed by calculating the quantity according to the volume of the structure, and the shape has a form that can be clearly distinguished by inserting a line of clear color or using a groove or the like.
The upper surface of the brick secures a space for putting joints (meji), and the upper surface is composed of two types depending on the direction of the message.
The upper and lower square recesses and convex parts are suitable for all stacking, such as 0.5B stacking and 1B stacking, and are easy to construct as long as the building is square or rectangular. There are advantages to it.
