Abstract

L'invention concerne un essieu souple arrière compact comprenant deux bras longitudinaux (10) reliés par une traverse (11), et une barre Panhard (12) reliant un des bras longitudinaux à la caisse du véhicule, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une barre transversale supplémentaire (17), distincte de la traverse, dont les extrémités sont fixées aux bras longitudinaux, cette barre (17) étant apte à supporter des efforts en traction et compression suivant son axe.
