Abstract
A thermally stable hybrid membrane that is synthesized by a sol-gel method in which a polyether functionalized fullerene, an organic surfactant, an oxygen containing inorganic component, a proton source, and a photoacid generator were mixed in a solvent, the solvent evaporated, and UV irradiated to produce the subject hybrid proton-conducting membrane.
