Abstract
Disclosed herein are a fluorinated polymer electrolyte membrane comprising a fluorinated or partially-fluorinated surfactant, and a fuel cell comprising the electrolyte membrane. More specifically, disclosed are a fluorinated polymer electrolyte membrane for fuel cells, including a fluorinated proton conducting polymer, an inorganic filler, and a fluorinated surfactant of a fluorinated aliphatic hydrocarbon containing at least one hydrophilic functional group, and a fuel cell comprising the membrane.
