Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Überwachung oder Diagnose von zumindest einer Komponente eines Stellglieds (1) zur Betätigung einer Armatur (8) in der Prozess- oder Verfahrenstechnik, wobei zumindest ein aktueller Istwert der Beschleunigung einer beschleunigten Masse in zumindest einer definierten Raumachse (x, y, z) erfasst wird, wobei der ermittelte Istwert mit einem vorgegebenen Sollwert verglichen wird, und wobei im Falle einer außerhalb eines vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs liegenden Abweichung zwischen dem Istwert und dem Sollwert eine Meldung über eine Fehlfunktion einer System- und/oder Prozessgröße generiert wird.
