Description
Description
APPARATUS FOR MIXING AND SUPPLYING WATER- PURIFYING CHEMICALS
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing and inputting chemical for water purification.
[2]
Background Art
[3] The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing and inputting chemical for water purification.
[4] In an industry field, waste or polluted water is purified and recycled for protecting water resource and enhancing the applicability of water. However, life waste and polluted water from a building, apartment or housing complex is almost discarded.
[5] There are many reasons why the above wastewater is discarded without recycling the same. Among the above reasons, a wastewater purifier is not supplied so that everyone can use it easily. There is provided a filtering member for filtering wastewater by providing and stacking sands and charcoal.
[6] However, it is impossible to substantially filter micro waste ingredients with only filtering agent, so that desired purified water cannot be obtained. Since the filtering agent is expensive, a lot of cost is needed for water purification. The service life of the filter is short, so that it is needed to frequently change the same, thus causing many inconveniences.
[7]
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[8] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for mixing and inputting chemical for water purification in which anyone, who does not have particular knowledge, can easily purify wastewater and recycle the water.
[9] There is provided a chemical tank having a plurality of chemical compartments in which a certain amount of water purification chemical (purification agent; precipitation agent) is added to life wastewater in an agitator, and agitated wastewater is precipitated in a batch type for thereby purifying wastewater. A chemical mixer having a screw coil for turbulent flow of fluid is fixed at an inner wall of a mixing tube having a motor pump for waste water and is connected with a supply tube of liquid chemical.
[10] In the present invention, a liquid chemical mixer is connected via a tube with an agitator connected with the precipitation tank. When liquid chemical for water pu-
rification is inputted with the help of a motor pump into a mixing tube of the chemical mixer from the chemical tank while wastewater is inputted into the agitator via the mixing tube with the help of the motor pump, the liquid chemical can be properly mixed with the wastewater with the help of the turbulent flow of the fluid based on the screw coil in the mixing tube and can be inputted into the agitator. Since the liquid chemical is well mixed with the wastewater inputted into the agitator, the agitating time of wastewater can be reduced for cohesion of the wastewater. In the wastewater agitated in the agitator, the pollutants distributed with the help of the reaction of the liquid chemical are cohered, so that the size and density of the particle increase. When the above material is stored in the precipitation tank, the cohered material sinks, and the purification water is separated in the upper side of the precipitation tank, so that the purified water which can be recycled can be obtained by the unit of one batch.
[11] The screw coil installed at the mixing tube is not limited to the disclosed construction. When it is installed in the interior of the supply tube of wastewater, the mixing operation is well performed along the spiral portions in the course of the supply of wastewater, so that a desired precipitation effect can be obtained by directly inputted into the precipitation tank, without the use of agitator.
[12] The precipitated thing accumulated in the precipitation tank is needed to be removed frequently, so that the wastewater can be repeatedly performed.
[13]
Advantageous Effects
[14] As described above, the present invention is implemented in such a manner that the liquid chemical tank having a plurality of chemical compartments having a liquid chemical motor pump is connected with the chemical mixer via the supply tube, with a screw coil being fixed at the chemical mixer for turbulent operation of fluid at an inner surface of the mixing tube of liquid chemical having wastewater motor pump. So, it is possible to easily inject the chemical by a certain amount into the wastewater with the help of the chemical motor pump to be purified, and a desired well distribution and mixing can be obtained between the injected chemical and wastewater based on the turbulent operation of wastewater by means of the screw coil installed at the inner surface of the mixing tube.
[15]
Brief Description of the Drawings
[16] The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;
[17] Figure 1 is a perspective view of the present invention;
[18] Figure 2 is a cross sectional view of a liquid chemical mixing tube having a screw coil according to the present invention; and
[19] Figure 3 is a schematic view for describing an operation of the present invention.
[20]
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[21] As shown in Figure 3, a certain amount of water purification (precipitation) chemical is added into life wastewater in an agitator 4, and the mixture is slowly agitated with the help of agitating blades 4a, and is inputted again into the precipitation tank 5 and is adhered and precipitated. As shown in Figure 1, the apparatus for mixing liquid chemical according to the present invention applied to the above operation may be constructed in such a manner that the liquid chemical tank 1 and the liquid chemical mixer 2 are connected with the liquid chemical supply tube D in one set structure.
[22] In the liquid chemical tank 1, a plurality of chemical compartments Ia and Ib are sectioned by partitions Ic and store chemicals A and B for purification (precipitation) in the interior of a tank It covered with a cover Ie. Chemical motor pumps Ip and Ip are installed at an outer lower side of the tank It, and a suction pot "i" of each motor pump Ip and 1 is connected at the chemical compartments Ia and Ib via the tube "d". An electric switch box Is having a plurality of switches is attached at the outer upper side of the tank It, and a wire FL is connected for supplying power to each motor pump.
[23] As shown in Figures 1 and 3, in the chemical mixer 2, a mixing tube 2d of chemical is horizontally installed in the compartment 2c, and a discharge port "u" of the wastewater motor pump 2p is connected with an inlet port of the mixing tube 2d. When the motor 2p is driven, the wastewater "w" of the compartment 2c flows into the suction port "i" of the motor pump 2p and flows into the mixing tube 2d via the discharge port "u".
[24] As shown in Figure 2, the liquid turbulent screw coil 3 is fixed at the inner side of the mixing tube 2d with a water flow path "c" being formed at the center of the same. So, it is possible to enhance the distribution operation of chemical with the help of turbulent flow in the course of flow of wastewater.
[25] A supply tube D of chemical is connected between the inlet ports a and b of the mixing tube 2d of the liquid mixer 2 and the discharge port "u" of the motor pumps Ip and Ip of the liquid chemical tank 1 via the check valve "v".
[26] In the above descriptions, it was described that the screw coil 3 for liquid turbulent flow is installed at the mixing tube 2d. It is not limited to the above disclosed construction. It may be applied to a tube or a hose adapted for flowing fluid. At this time, it is simply needed to fix both ends of the screw coil 3 at an inner wall of the tube.
[27] As shown in Figure 3, the tube Dl of the chemical mixer 2 is connected with the agitator 4 related with the precipitation tank 5, and the wastewater motor pump 2p is driven. The wastewater in the compartment 2c is forced to flow into the agitator 4 via the mixing tube 2d. The water purification liquid chemical A or B stored in the chemical compartment Ia or Ib is forced to flow into the chemical inlet port a or b of the mixing tube 2d via the chemical supply tube D and the check valve v by a set flow rate by driving the motor pumps Ip or Ip of the chemical of the liquid chemical tank 1. Here, the chemicals are selectively used depending on the water quality of wastewater to be purified. The wastewater flowing in the interior of the mixing tube 2d flows with turbulent flows with the help of the screw coil 3 formed at an inner surface of the mixing tube 2d during the flow process. The water purification chemical A or B supplied to the mixing tube 2d is mixed with the turbulent wastewater and flows into the agitator 4 via the tube Dl. The wastewater q flown into the agitator 4 is well mixed with water purification chemicals, so that various pollutants contained in wastewater are fast cohered in the course of the slow agitation by the agitating blades 4a in the agitator 4, so that the size and concentration (viscosity) of particles increase.
[28] When wastewater agitated in the agitator 4 is stabilized in the precipitation tank 5, coherence materials are precipitated at the floor, and the clean purified water is suspended at the upper side and is separated via a cock K for recycle. The precipitate material accumulated at the precipitation tank 5 is frequently removed, and wastewater is purified with the method of batch.
[29] In the present invention, the water quality purification liquid chemical is not limited thereto. Various water quality purification chemicals may be selectively used. The motor pump of liquid chemical can increase or decrease the mixing ratio of liquid chemical depending water quality with respect to the supply amount of wastewater by electrically controlling the revolution.
[30] In the case when lake water is needed to be purified, the chemical mixer 2 of the present invention is installed underwater, and the motor pump 2p or wastewater is driven, and the liquid chemical motor pump Ip or Ip of the liquid chemical tank 1 is driven. The chemical A or B of the chemical compartment Ia or Ib is supplied to the mixing tube 2d via the supply tube D. Liquid chemical mixed with the wastewater is well distributed into the wastewater with the help of the screw coil 3, and the purification of the wastewater is accelerated via the discharge port of the mixing tube 2d and is discharged.
[31] So, water quality purification chemical is distributed into lake, so that the pollutants are precipitated in the lake without the use of agitator or precipitation tank, for thereby effectively purifying water.
