Abstract

L'invention concerne la formulation, la préparation et l'utilisation de compositions destinées à la fabrication de pavages pour routes de type anti-verglas, c'est-à-dire telles qu'elles empêchent ou retardent dans le temps la formation de glace adhérant audit pavage, dans l'éventualité de températures de l'air inférieures à zéro ou, pareillement, telles qu'elles empêchent la formation de glace résultant de pluies « verglaçantes » ou empêchent également l'adhérence de la neige tombante. L'invention consiste principalement en une composition contenant essentiellement au moins un sel organique de métaux alcalins et/ou alcalino-terreux ayant un poids moléculaire inférieur à 200 Da et au moins un tensioactif. La technologie a également d'autres utilisations, telles que l'élimination du caractère glissant potentiel provoqué par les sels classiques de fonte de la glace contenant du chlorure de calcium, en cas d'application de quantités excessives, l'élimination de l'action agressive des liquides filtrants sur les véhicules et les structures de routes en ciment renforcé (telles que les ponts, les viaducs, les trous d'homme, les canaux de drainage et analogues), et enfin la réduction de la pollution potentielle des nappes d'eau et du sol due à nouveau au chlorures. La composition en question peut être ajoutée au mélange usuel de formation des pavages pour routes ou peut être pulvérisée sur la surface des routes avant ou après les chutes de neige/la formation de verglas.
