The tapered corners improve the cleaning performance of the mop especially in corners and at edges. At the bottom of the mop head strips are attached a flat cleaning agent, such as a nonwoven fabric, or fringes. To attach the strips or fringes are fixed by means of a counter-holder on the bottom of the mop head. The counterholder is held by a plug connection with snap hooks on the mop head. Presentation of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a mop head for a mop on which various types of stems are fastened.
This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. In advantageous embodiments, the dependent claims relate.
To solve the problem, at least one thread for screw-fastening of the stem is arranged in the connecting element. The additional thread results in a multifunctional mop head, which is compatible with a variety of stem fittings. It is basically advantageous in a connector that the connection is very fast and easy to produce. In a screw is basically advantageous that it is particularly stable and is well secured against unintentional release. Therefore, broomsticks are often threaded. Such a handle can now be attached to the mop holder by the integrated thread. To torsion protection of the connector guide webs are arranged on the outer circumference of the connecting element. These guide webs engage in a groove of the stem and thereby secure it against rotation.
The guide webs can be arranged in a base of the facing away from the connecting element. In this case, the guide webs are not formed continuously and there is a saving of material and thus a more cost-effective manufacturability. The division takes place in such a way that in the base remote from the base portion, the guide webs and the locking lugs are arranged and that in the base of the facing portion, the thread is arranged. The length of the guide webs may correspond to 0.25 to 0.55 times the length of the connecting element. This results in a material savings and good leadership. On the inner circumference of the connecting element further guide webs may be arranged. The other guide webs improve the leadership and resistance to torsion of the stem in the mop head, especially in the connector. A particularly good guidance results when distributed over the circumference at 45 ° intervals, 8 more guide webs are arranged. For ease of manufacture, the guide webs can be directly adjacent to the integrated thread.
The connecting element may be tapered in the base-facing portion. The resulting taper results in a further material savings. Furthermore, the tendency for voids, such as voids, that would result from material accumulation, decreases. These defects would reduce the strength of the mop head.
Die Verjüngung kann stufenartig erfolgen. Eine stufenartige Verjüngung ist besonders einfach herstellbar. The rejuvenation can be stepped. A step-like taper is particularly easy to produce.
In the region of the taper axially extending ribs may be arranged. This increases the stability of the mop head, since the ribs lead to a stiffening. Together with the taper results in a higher strength than a continuous tubular shape.
The length of the locking lugs can correspond to 1 to 3.5 times the thickness of the locking lugs. In this case, four locking lugs are particularly advantageously distributed over the circumference of the connecting element. These comparatively short locking lugs are easy to attach and provide a secure hold.
The thread may have a decreasing in the direction of the base cross-section. This allows stems with different thread diameters to be attached to the mop head, thereby improving the functionality of the mop head. The thread may have an increasing slope in the direction of the base. This again improves the functionality of the mop head, as it also stems with different types of threads can be attached to the mop head. Thread types often vary from country to country.
On the inside of the base holding pins can be arranged. The retaining pins prevent twisting, the strip attached to the mop head.
