图 2为本发明实施方式发送短消息的方法中集团内部用户之间发送短消息的方法流 程图, 具体执行以下步骤- 步骤 101、集团内部用户使用终端 (例如分机号为 6000)发送 MO( Mobile Originated, 由移动终端发起的)短消息至 MSCa, 短消息的目的地址是 "特殊服务号码(比如 900) +被叫分机号(6001 )", 短消息的主叫号码为发送方的长号(13860007000); 目的地址 即被叫方的号码。 发送方即主叫终端, 被叫方即被叫终端。发送方的长号即主叫终端的 MSISDN (Mobile Station International Integrated Services Digital Network Number, 移动 台国际综合业务数字网号码)。
步骤 102、 MSCa将短消息发送到 SMSC。 步骤 103、 SMSC根据主叫号码(13860007000) 的号段信息, 向其归属的 SCP发 出主叫鉴权 MO请求, 如果鉴权成功, 则执行下一步; 否则发送过程结束。
步骤 104、 SMSC根据特殊服务号码 (900)进行路由, 将短消息发送到 ISMG。 步骤 105、ISMG根据特殊服务号码(900)进行路由,将短消息发送集团总机 Portal。 步骤 106、 集团总机 Portal对主叫号码(13860007000)进行鉴权, 判断其是否为集 团内部用户, 如果是, 则执行步骤 107; 否则集团总机 Portal删除短消息并向 ISMG发 送鉴权失败消息, ISMG将鉴权失败消息经由 SMSC发送给主叫号码, 发送过程结束。
步骤 107、集团总机 Portal从成员信息数据库中査询出主叫终端(13860007000)的 分机号(6000)并将短消息的主叫号码翻译为 "特殊服务号码(900) +分机号(6000)", 然后, 集团总机 Portal 从成员信息数据库中査出被叫分机号 (6001 ) 所对应的长号 ( 13862347025 ), 并将短消息的目的地址改为该长号。
步骤 108、 集团总机 Portal 设置短消息的付费方号码 (可以配置为主叫号码 ( 13860007000) 或者集团总机号码(13800000000)), 并将短消息发送到 ISMG。
步骤 109、 ISMG将短消息发送到 SMSC。
步骤 110、 SMSC将短消息转发到被叫终端所属的 MSCb, MSCb将短消息发送给 被叫终端 ( 13862347025 ), 消息的主叫号码显示为 "特殊服务号码 +主叫分机号 (9006000)"。
步骤 111、 MSCb下发完短消息后给 SMSC返回发送状态报告。
步骤 112、 SMSC将发送状态报告转发给 ISMG。

步骤 201、集团内部用户使用终端(例如分机号为 6000)发送 MO短消息至 MSCa, 短消息的目的地址是"特殊服务号码(比如 900) +被叫号码(13450006000)", 短消息 的主叫号码为集团内部用户的真实号码 (13860007000)。
步骤 202、 MSCa将短消息上报给 SMSC。
步骤 203、 SMSC根据主叫号码(13860007000) 的号段信息, 向其归属的 SCP发 出主叫鉴权 MO请求, 如果鉴权成功, 则执行下一步; 否则短消息发送过程结束。 步骤 204、 SMSC根据特殊服务号码 (900) 进行路由, 将短消息发送到 ISMG。 步骤 205、 ISMG根据特殊服务号码(900)进行路由,将短消息发送集团总机 Portal。 步骤 206、 集团总机 Portal对主叫号码(13860007000)进行鉴权, 判断其是否为集 团内部用户, 如果是, 则执行步骤 207; 否则集团总机 Portal删除短消息并向 ISMG发 送鉴权失败消息, ISMG将鉴权失败消息经由 SMSC发送给主叫号码, 短消息发送过程 结束。
步骤 207、 集团总机 Portal从成员信息数据库中查询出主叫终端(13860007000)所 在集团的总机号码(13800000000)和它的分机号 (6000), 将短消息体的发送方号码翻 译成 "集团总机号 +分机号 (138000000006000)", 然后, 集团总机 Portal将短消息的 目的地址翻译为被叫号码 (13450006000)。
步骤 208、 集团总机 Portal 设置短消息的付费方号码 (可以配置为主叫号码 ( 13860007000) 或者集团总机号码 (13800000000) ) 并将短消息发送到 ISMG。
步骤 209、 ISMG将短消息发送到 SMSC。
步骤 210、 SMSC将短消息转发到被叫终端所属的 MSCb, MSCb将短消息发送给 被叫终端 ( 13450006000 ), 消息的主叫号码显示为 "集团总机号 +分机号 ( 138000000006000) "。

图 4为本发明实施方式发送短消息的方法中集团外部用户给集团内部用户发送短消 息的方法流程图, 具体执行以下步骤:
步骤 301、集团外部用户使用移动终端(13450006000)将被叫号码为 "集团总机号 +分机号码 (13800000006000)"的短消息发送到 MSCb。
步骤 302、 MSCb将短消息上报给 SMSC。
步骤 303、 SMSC根据主叫号码 (13450006000) 的号段信息, 向其归属的 SCP发 出主叫鉴权 MO请求, 如果鉴权成功, 则 行下一步; 否则, 向主叫终端返回鉴权失败 信息, 短消息发送过程结束。
步骤 304、 SMSC根据总机号码(13800000000)进行路由, 将短消息发送到与该总 机号码 (13800000000)相对应的 ISMG。
步骤 305、 ISMG根据总机号码(13800000000)进行路由, 将短消息发送到集团总 机 Portal。
步骤 306、集团总机根据总机号码(13800000000)和分机号码(6000)从数据库中 找出对应的长号 (13860007000) 并将短消息的目的地址改为该长号 (13860007000), 然后, 集团总机 Portal 将短消息的主叫号码改为 "特殊服务号码 +主叫号码 (90013450006000)";
步骤 307、 集团总机 Portal 设置短消息的付费方号码 (可以配置为主叫号码
( 13450006000) 或者集团总机号码 (13800000000) ) 并将短消息发送到 ISMG;
步骤 308、 ISMG将短消息发送到 SMSC;
步骤 309、 SMSC将短消息发送到目的地址所在地的 MSCa; MSCa将短消息发送到 被叫号码 (13860007000 ), 短消息的主叫号码显示为 "特殊服务号码 +发送方号码 (90013450006000)";
步骤 310、 MSCa将短消息发送状态报告返回给 SMSC;
步骤 311、 SMSC将发送状态报告转发给 ISMG;
• 步骤 312、 ISMG根据发送状态报告产生付费方号码的计费话单。
该方法实现了使用伪号码 ("集团总机号 +分机号码")在集团外部用户与集团内部 用户之间发送短消息的目的,该方法也能够适用于集团内部用户给集内部用户发送短消 息的情况, 其实现过程与上述对图 4的描述基本相同, 只是短消息的主叫号码是集团内 部用户的长号。
本发明实施方式提供的发送短消息的系统主要包括:移动交换中心、短消息业务中 心和集团总机。
移动交换中心主要用于接收集团内部 /外部用户发送的短消息, 并将该短消息传输 至主叫终端归属的短消息业务中心。移动交换中心接收到的短消息的主叫号码为发送方 的长号、 被叫号码为伪号码。
短消息业务中心主要用于接收移动交换中心传输来的短消息,当该短消息的主叫号 码为发送方的长号、被叫号码为伪号码时,短消息业务中心将该短消息发送至集团总机; 短消息业务中心可以通过因特网短消息网关将短消息发送至集团总机。短消息业务中心 在接收到集团总机传输来的短消息后, 将该短消息发送至被叫终端。短消息业务中心将 集团总机传输来的短消息发送至被叫终端的具体过程可以采用现有技术中的流程来实 现, 如短消息业务中心将所述短消息转发到被叫终端所属的移动交换中心, 由被叫终端 所属的移动交换中心将该短消息发送给被叫终端,被叫终端所属的移动交换中心向短消 息业务中心返回发送状态报告。
短消息业务中心还可以在接收到移动交换中心传输来的短消息后,向其归属的 SCP 发起鉴权请求, 在鉴权成功后将其接收的短消息发送至集团总机, 在鉴权失败时, 不进 行后续的短消息发送过程, 短消息发送过程结束。
集团总机主要用于接收短消息业务中心传输来的短消息,当其接收的短消息的主叫 号码为发送方的长号、被叫号码为伪号码时,集团总机将短消息的被叫号码翻译为长号、 将主叫号码翻译为伪号码, 并将翻译后的短消息发送至短消息业务中心。集团总机可以 将翻译后的短消息发送至因特网短消息网关, 由因特网短消息网关将集团总机传输来的 短消息发送至短消息业务中心。集团总机在将短消息发送至短消息业务中心后, 还可以 设置短消息的付费方号码。
集团总机对主叫号码、 被叫号码的翻译过程包括如下三种- 一、 短消息业务中心传输来的短消息的被叫号码是特殊服务号码加被叫方的分机 号、主叫号码为发送方的长号。集团总机从成员信息数据库中查找主叫号码对应的分机 号、 以及被叫方的分机号所对应的长号, 并将该短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服务号码 加上述査找到的分机号, 将该短消息的被叫号码翻译为上述査找到的长号。
二、 短消息业务中心传输来的短消息的被叫号码是特殊服务号码加被叫方的长号、 主叫号码为发送方的长号。集团总机根据发送方的长号从成员信息数据库中查找主叫终 端的分机号, 集团总机将短消息的主叫号码翻译为集团总机号码加上述查找到的分机 号, 并将短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫方的长号。
三、短消息业务中心传输来的短消息的被叫号码是集团总机号码加被叫方的分机号 码, 主叫号码为发送方的长号。集团总机根据被叫方的分机号码从成员信息数据库中査 找被叫方的长号, 并将短消息的被叫号码翻译为上述查找到的长号, 将短消息的主叫号 码翻译为特殊服务号加发送方的长号。
本发明实施方式提供的集团总机中设置有接收模块、 翻译模块和发送模块。
接收模块主要用于接收短消息业务中心传输来的短消息。接收模块接收的短消息可 以是短消息业务中心通过因特网短消息网关发送来的。接收模块接收到的短消息的主叫 号码应该为发送方的长号、 被叫号码应该为伪号码。
翻译模块中存储有成员信息数据库,翻译模块通过查找成员信息数据库进行号码翻 译, 翻译模块翻译的总体原则为: 将接收模块接收的短消息的被叫号码翻译为长号、 将 主叫号码翻译为伪号码。翻译模块对主叫号码、 被叫号码的翻译过程主要包括三种, 具 体如上述方法实施方式和系统实施方式中的描述。翻译模块还可以设置短消息的付费方 号码。 '
发送模块主要用于将翻译模块翻译后的短消息发送至短消息业务中心。发送模块可 以将翻译后的短消息发送至因特网短消息网关, 由因特网短消息网关将集团总机传输来 的短消息发送至短消息业务中心。
本发明实施方式中的集团总机能够独立完成短消息收发方的长短号翻译工作,效率 高、 而且不会对智能网或其它系统产生冲击; 集团内用户使用 "集团总机号 +分机号" 的方式与集团外部用户使用短消息通讯有利于维护集团的统一形象;本发明实施方式使 用 "集团总机号 +分机号"的方式与集团外部用户进行短消息通讯的费用可以配置, 既 可以由集团全部支付, 也可以由集团外部用户承担, 能够保护集团和集团成员双方的利 益; 由于在发送短消息的时候不体现集团用户的个人信息, 这样可以避免由于集团内部 人员的更换而导致集团外部用户资源流失的问题。
最后所应说明的是, 以上实施例仅用以 ^¾明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 尽管参照 较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明 的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种发送短消息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
主叫终端发送的短消息传输至其归属的短消息业务中心;该短消息的被叫号码为伪 号码; .
短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码为伪号码时,将所述短 消息发送至集团总机; '
所述集团总机将该短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号,并将该翻译后的短消 息发送至短消息业务中心; 所述长号为移动台国际综合业务数字网号码;
短消息业务中心接收翻译后的短消息,并根据翻译后的短消息的被叫号码,将所述 翻译后的短消息发送至被叫终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 主叫终端发送的短消息的被叫号码 为特殊服务号码加被叫终端的分机号、 主叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 所述方法包括- 短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含特殊服务号码时, 将所述短消息发送至特殊服务号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机查找主叫号码对应的分机号,并将该短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服 务号码加所述査找到的分机号; '
所述集团总机査找被叫终端的分机号所对应的长号,并将该短消息的被叫号码翻译 为被叫终端的长号。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 主叫终端发送的短消息的被叫号码 是特殊服务号码加被叫终端的长号、 主叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 所述方法包括: 短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含特殊服务号码时, 将所述短消息发送至特殊服务号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机将所述短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号;
所述集团总机査找所述主叫号码的对应的分机号,将所述短消息的主叫号码翻译为 集团总机号码加主叫终端的分机号。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 主叫终端发送的短消息的被叫号码 是集团总机号码加被叫终端的分机号码、丰叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 所述方法包括: 短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含集团总机号码时, 将所述短消息发送至集团总机号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机查找被叫终端的分机号码所对应的长号,并将所述短消息的被叫号码 翻译为被叫终端的长号;
所述集团总机将该短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服务号加主叫终端的长号。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述短消息业务中心 将所述短消息发送至集团总机的步骤包括- 所述短消息业务中心向其归属的业务控制点发起鉴权请求,鉴权成功后,短消息业 务中心将所述短消息发送至集团总机。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述短消息业务中心 将所述短消息发送至集团总机的步骤包括- 所述短消息业务中心将所述短消息经因特网短消息网关发送至集团总机。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述集团总机设置所述短消息的付费方号码,计费方根据所述短消息的付费方号码 产生付费方号码的计费话单。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述集团总机将所述 短消息经所述短消息业务中心发送给被叫终端的步骤包括:
所述集团总机将所述短消息经因特网短消息网关发送到所述短消息业务中心; 所述短消息业务中心将所述短消息转发到被叫终端所属的移动交换中心; 所述被叫终端所属的移动交换中心将所述短消息发送给被叫终端,并向所述短消息 业务中心返回发送状态报告。
9、 一种发送短消息的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动交换中心、 短消息业务中心 和集团总机;
.移动交换中心:用于接收主叫终端发送的短消息,并将该短消息传输至主叫终端归 属的短消息业务中心; 该短消息的被叫号码为伪号码;
短消息业务中心:用于将移动交换中心传输来的被叫号码为伪号码的短消息发送至 集团总机, 并接收集团总机传输来的翻译后的短消息, 根据所述翻译后的短消息的被叫 号码将该短消息发送至被叫终端;
集团总机:用于接收短消息业务中心传输来的短消息,将短消息的被叫号码翻译为 被叫终端的长号, 并将翻译后的短消息发送至所述短消息业务中心。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于: 所述短消息的被叫号码为特殊服务 号码加被叫终端的分机号、 主叫号码为主叫终端的长号
短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含特殊服务号码时, 将所述短消息发送至特殊服务号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机接收该短消息,查找主叫号码对应的分机号,将短消息的主叫号码翻 译为特殊服务号码加所述査找到的分机号, 查找被叫终端的分机号所对应的长号, 并将 短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号。
11、根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于: 所述短消息的被叫号码是特殊服务 号码加被叫终端的长号、 主叫号码为主叫终端的长号;
短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含特殊服务号码时, 将所述短消息发送至特殊服务号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机接收该短消息,査找主叫号码对应的分机号,将所述短消息的主叫号 码翻译为集团总机号码加所述查找到的分机号,并将所述短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫 终端的长号。
12、根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其特征在于: 所述短消息的被叫号码是集团总机 号码加被叫终端的分机号码、 主叫号码为主叫终端的长号;
短消息业务中心在确定主叫终端发送来的短消息的被叫号码包含集团总机号码时, 将所述短消息发送至集团总机号码对应的集团总机;
所述集团总机接收该短消息,根据被叫终端的分机号码查找被叫终端的长号,将所 述短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号,将该短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服务号 加主叫终端的长号。
13、 一种集团总机, 其特征在于, 所述集团总机中设置有接收模块、翻译模块和发 送模块; .
接收模块:用于接收短消息业务中心传输来的短消息;所述短消息的被叫号码为伪 号码;
翻译模块: 用于将铵收模块接收的短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号; 发送模块: 用于将翻译模块翻译后的年消息发送至短消息业务中心。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的集团总机, 其特征在于: 接收模块接收的短消息的被叫 号码是特殊服务号码加被叫终端的分机号、主叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 翻译模块査找 主叫号码对应的分机号,将短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服务号码加所述查找到的分机 号, 并査找被叫终端的分机号所对应的长号, 将短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长 号。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的集团总机, 其特征在于: 接收模块接收的短消息的被叫 号码是特殊服务号码加被叫终端的长号、主叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 翻译模块将短消 息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长号, 查找主叫终端的分机号, 并将所述短消息的主叫 号码翻译为集团总机号码加所述查找到的分机号。
16、 如权利要求 13所述的集团总机, 其特征在于: 接收模块接收的短消息的被叫 号码是集团总机号码加被叫终端的分机号码、主叫号码为主叫终端的长号, 翻译模块查 找被叫终端的分机号码对应的长号, 并将所述短消息的被叫号码翻译为被叫终端的长 号, 将短消息的主叫号码翻译为特殊服务号加主叫终端的长号。
