Abstract

L'invention concerne une foreuse horizontale de qualité supérieure utilisant de l'air comprimé pour entraîner un piston alternatif vers soit une enclume avant soit une enclume arrière pour de ce fait transmettre de l'énergie cinétique. Une vanne de régulation reçue dans l'arrière du piston interagit avec des orifices se trouvant dans celui-ci pour déterminer ses caractéristiques de course. L'extrémité recevant les chocs et, partant, la direction de l'action sont déterminées par le positionnement précis de la vanne de régulation vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière. L'invention comprend un mécanisme à « inversion rapide » pneumatique et robuste, à sécurité intégrée, actionné par une petite rotation du tuyau d'air. Un moyen de guidage/un collier d'indexage comprenant ou comportant un ressort universel ou un moyen élastique ayant des éléments d'interaction se déforme sous l'effet de la flexion et/ou de la compression pour se libérer et est sollicité pour à nouveau entrer en contact avec des éléments correspondants pour positionner et verrouiller la vanne de régulation en position avant et en position arrière, ce qui facilite la commutation, le positionnement et la retenue des positions de fonctionnement. L'invention concerne également des améliorations en termes de durabilité, de durée de vie du produit, de facilité de fonctionnement et d'entretien.
