Abstract
A combustion engine breathing system comprising an air intake conduit (20), an exhaust conduit (30) and an exhaust gas recirculation line (70) extending between the air intake conduit (20) and the exhaust conduit (30), a subassembly comprising a single actuator (300), an exhaust gas recirculation valve (76) and a second valve (120) operatively connected together by a means for lost motion, and wherein the exhaust gas recirculation valve (76) is in the exhaust gas recirculation line (70) and wherein the second valve (120) is in one of the air intake conduit (20) or the exhaust conduit (30).
