本发明实施例涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种版权对象的生成与获取方法、 系统及版权发布中心。
背景技术
流媒体业务是近几年迅速发展起来的一种新业务,流媒体业务利用流式传 输技术, 在包交换网络上传输多媒体文件, 包括视频、 音频等文件内容。 这些 多媒体文件在访问时无需完全下载就可以立即播放。流媒体业务实现的关键技 术就是流式传输技术,而流式传输技术是把连续的视频和音频信息经过处理后 放上网站服务器, 让用户一边下载一边观看、 收听, 而不需要等整个文件下载 到自己机器后才可以观看的网络传输技术。
3GPP R5/R6标准定义的 IP多媒体子系统( IMS )采用 IP分组域作为控制信 令和媒体传输的承载通道, 其采用 SIP协议(Session Initiation Protocol, 会话初 始协议)作为呼叫控制信令, 实现了业务管理、会话控制及承载接入的三者分 离。
基于 IMS开展流媒体业务,可以充分利用 IMS网络的现有特点,重用 IMS 网络架构中的功能, 如认证, 计费等, 从而使得流媒体业务可以高效快速地开 展。
多媒体文件内容的保护是流媒体业务中需要考虑的一个重要的方面。而实 现多媒体文件内容保护的重要手段是 DRM ( Digital Rights Management, 数字 版权管理)。 DRM通过将加密的多媒体文件内容和版权对象分别传送到终端, 为运营商提供了更丰富的内容管理手段和更多的盈利模式,其中版权对象包含' 用户的订阅权限和多媒体文件内容的加密密钥。由于版权对象包含了多媒体文 件内容的加密密钥, 所以版权对象的生成与安全获取至关重要。
终端向版权发布中心请求获取版权对象时, 需要向版权发布中心进行认 证。 在 DRM系统中, 版权对象的认证和获取协议通常为 ROAP (Rights Object Acquisition Protocol, 版权对象获取协议)。 目前还没有通过 IMS网络获取版权 对象的方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种版权对象的生成与获取方法、系统及版权发布中 心, 使得可以通过 IMS网络获取版权对象。
本发明实施例的技术方案包括:
一种版权对象的生成与获取方法, 包括以下步骤:
版权发布中心通过 IP多媒体子系统 IMS获取终端在线信息 , 确定所述终 端在线后, 获取该终端所对应的用户签约的业务权限信息;
版权发布中心生成版权对象, 将所述版权对象下发至所述终端。
一种版权对象的生成与获取方法, 包括以下步骤:
版权发布中心通过 IMS获取版权对象的请求消息, 并获得该终端所对应 的用户签约的业务权限信息;生成版权对象,将所述版权对象下发至所述终端。
一种版权对象的生成与获取系统, 包括版权发布中心和终端, 其还包括代 理呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF、 服务 CSCF和业务配置信息服务器, 其中,
该代理 CSCF用于接收来自终端的获取版权对象的请求消息,并转发该请 求到服务 CSCF;
.该服务 CSCF用于将接收到的所述请求触发到版权发布中心进行处理; 该业务配置信息服务器分别与所述版权发布中心和服务 CSCF连接,用于 存储相关的业务配置信息;

本发明实施例中, 版权发布中心通过 IMS获得用户请求或用户在线状态, 将版权对象的生成与获取作为一种业务功能或者业务支撑功能来实现,把版权 发布中心作为一个应用服务器或对应用服务器进行支撑的一个业务支撑实体 来部署, 从而充分利用了 IMS 网络中的现有实体和工作机制 , 优化了版权对 象的生成与获取的方法和系统; 其易于实施且简单通用。

具体实施方式
由于在 IMS网络中会话控制和业务管理相分离,使得业务的部署和应用十 分方便,因此本发明实施例把版权对象的生成与获取作为一种业务功能或者业 务支撑功能来实现,从而把版权发布中心作为一个应用服务器或对应用服务器 进行支撑的一个业务支撑实体来部署,从而充分利用 IMS网络的现有实体和工 作机制。
请参阅图 1, 本发明第一实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统是将版权发布 中心作为一个应用服务器,提供接收获取版权对象的请求, 生成版权对象并下 发给终端的业务功能。本发明第一实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统包括版权 发布中心 110、归属用户服务器 120、服务 CSCF( Call Session Control Function, 呼叫会话控制功能) 130、 代理 CSCF 140和终端 150, 终端 150发送给版权发 布中心 110的获取版权对象的请求消息, 通过代理 CSCF 140到达服务 CSCF 130, 服务 CSCF 130根据触发规则经过 ISC接口把该请求触发到版权发布中 心进行处理, 该版权发布中心 110和服务 CSCF 130还分别与该归属用户服务 器 120连接,该归属用户服务器 120用于存储相关的业务配置信息。该版权发 布中心 110和终端 150之间经过 12接口相连, 版权发布中心 110与归属用户 服务器 120之间经过 Sh接口相连。 该 12接口是传统 DRM系统中版权发布中 心和终端之间的接口, 该 12接口采用 ROAP协议。
请参阅图 2, 本发明第二实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统是将版权发布 中心作为对应用服务器进行支撑的一个业务支撑实体来部署,其提供接收获取 版权对象的请求,生成版权对象并下发给终端的业务功能,该第二实施例与第 一实施例的主要区别是:终端的获取版权对象的请求经过应用服务器转发到版 权发布中心。 应用服务器在 II接口上转发终端和版权发布中心之间的版权对 象获取请求和响应, 版权发布中心在 Sh接口上向归属用户服务器请求用户签 约的权限, 用于生成版权对象。
本发明第二实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统包括版权发布中心 110、应 用服务器 160、 归属用户服务器 120、 服务 CSCF130、 代理 CSCF 140和终端 150。 终端 150发送给版权发布中心 110 的获取版权对象的消息, 通过代理 CSCF140到达服务 CSCF130,服务 CSCF130根据触发规则经过 ISC接口把该 请求触发到应用服务器 160,应用服务器 160将该请求经过 II接口转发给版权 发布中心 110进行处理,应用月艮务器 160可以将版权发布中心 110生成并返回 的触发器对象、 版权对象和业务请求中的其他信息一起返回给终端 150, 该应 用服务器 160、 服务 CSCF 130和版权发布中心 110还分别与归属用户服务器 120连接, 该归属用户服务器 120用于存储相关的业务配置信息。 该应用服务 器 160和终端 150之间经过 13接口相连, 终端 150可以直接通过 B接口向应 用服务器 160请求业务; 版权发布中心 110与归属用户服务器 120之间经过 Sh接口相连; 版权发布中心 110与终端 150之间经过 12接口相连, 该 12接口 是传统 DRM系统中版权发布中心和终端之间的接口, 该 12接口采用 ROAP 协议。
本发明第一、二实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统所述的触发规则为用户 签约的版权对象的触发规则, 或者缺省的触发规则。
请参阅图 3 , 本发明第三实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统与第一实施例 版权对象的生成与获取系统的区别在于其还包括在线状态服务器 170, 该在线 状态服务器 170分别与版权发布中心 110、 归属用户服务器 120、 服务 CSCF 130 和终端 150连接,该在线状态^ ^务器170用于获取用户的在线状态并通知版权发 布中心。
本发明第一、二和三实施例的版权对象的生成与获取系统中的归属用户服 务器是用于存储相关的业务配置信息,因此该归属用户服务器也可由单独的存 储有相关的业务配置信息的数据库或存储有相关的业务配置信息的应用服务 器来代替,上述归属用户服务器、单独的数据库和所述应用服务器可统称为业 务配置信息服务器。该业务配置信息服务器可以与用于提供业务的应用服务器 集成于一体。
下面说明本发明版权对象的生成与获取方法的两个实施例,第一实施例为 终端注册成功, 且服务 CSCF向版权发布中心进行第三方注册成功后, 版权发 布中心推送版权对象给终端。第二实施例为版权发布中心下发触发器对象给终 端, 触发终端向版权发布中心请求版权对象; 或者版权发布中心没有下发触发 器对象, 终端收到媒体流后主动请求版权对象。
IMS网络架构中, 终端和代理 /服务 CSCF之间, 服务 CSCF和应用服务器之 间, 使用 SIP协议, 为了实现本发明版权对象的生成与获取方法, 可以扩展 SIP 协议完成版权对象的获取。 也可以把 ROAP消息封装进 SIP隧道进行传送。 当扩展 SIP协议获取版权对象时,扩展的具体方式可以为增加一个新的 SIP 头域, 如新的 ROAP头域; 或者增加新的内容类型(Content-Type) , 如 Content-Type:application/roa , 从而表明是一个与获取版权对象相关的消息。 不同的 ROAP消息可以应用不同的扩展 SIP协议的方法,如终端向版权发布中心 的注册请求消息, 可以在终端注册后, 通过服务 CSCF向版权发布中心进行第 三方注册实现; 终端向版权发布中心获取版权对象的请求, 可以通过扩展订阅 方法, 相应的应答可以采用通报(NOTIFY )方法。 版权发布中心推送版权对 象给终端可以采用消息 (MESSAGE )或者 INK) ( INFAMATION, 通告) 方 法。
当使用 SIP协议封装 ROAP消息获取版权对象时, 可以把 ROAP消息作为
SIP协议的一种新的内容类型, 如把 SIP头域的 Content-Type设置为: Content-Type: application/roap。 下面详细描述本发明实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法的具体实施方式。 请参阅图 4, 本发明第一实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法适用于本发明 第一实施例和第二实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统, 该方法包括以下步骤: al、 用户订阅某个流媒体业务,相关的业务配置信息存储到归属用户服务 器。其中过滤规则包含获取版权对象时业务的触发规则: 当版权发布中心作为 一个应用服务器设置时, 定义将版权对象请求触发到版权发布中心; 当版权发 布中心部署为应用服务器的一个业务支撑实体时,定义将版权对象请求触发到 该业务对应的应用服务器;
a2、 终端进行注册认证, 该过程跟正常的注册过程相同;
a3、 终端注册时, 初始过滤规则被下载到服务 CSCF;
a4、 服务 CSCF向版权发布中心进行第三方注册;
a5、 版权发布中心向归属用户服务器请求用户签约的业务权限信息, 消息 中携带用户标识和用户签约的业务标识,然后归属用户 ^^务器返回用户签约的 业务权限信息;
a6、 根据用户签约的业务权限信息, 以及内容的加密密钥, 版权发布中心 生成版权对象; 上述内容的加密密钥可能直接存储在版权发布中心,也可能存储在一个密 钥管理中心, 取决于密钥的管理方案, 当存储在版^ ^布中心时, 版权发布中 心根据内容标识直接从本地获取; 当存储在密钥管理中心时,版权发布中心携 带内容标识, 向密钥管理中心查询该业务的内容的加密密钥;
a7、版权发布中心直接推送版权对象给终端, 当版权发布中心作为一个应 用服务器设置时, 该版权对象经过服务 CSCF和代理 CSCF转发; 当版权发布中 心部署为应用服务器的一个业务支撑实体时, 该版权对象经过应用服务器,服 务 CSCF和代理 CSCF转发, 版权发布中心推送版权对象给终端可以采用 MESSAGE或者 INFO方法。
本发明第一实施例在步骤 a4之后也可由版权发布中心发送触发器对象给 终端, 然后终端通过 SIP消息, 或者终端直接和版权发布中心之间通过 ROAP 协议进行版权对象的获取。
请参阅图 5, 本发明第二实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法适用于本发明 第一实施例和第二实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统, 该方法包括以下步骤: bl、用户订阅某个流媒体业务,相关的业务配置信息存储到归属用户服务 器。其中过滤规则包含获取版权对象时业务的触发规则: 当版权发布中心作为 一个应用服务器设置时, 定义将版权对象请求触发到版权发布中心; 当版权发 布中心部署为应用服务器的一个业务支撑实体时,定义将版权对象请求触发到 该业务对应的应用服务器;
b2、 终端进行注册认证, 该过程跟正常的注册过程相同;
b3、 终端注册时, 初始过滤规则被下载到服务 CSCF;
Μ、 服务 CSCF向版权发布中心进行第三方注册;
b5、 如果版权发布中心发现该用户订阅的流媒体业务需要下发版权对象, 版权发布中心可以发送触发器对象给终端, 版权发布中心是否发送触发器对 象, 取决于具体的实现;
b6、 终端请求版权对象, 该请求经过代理 CSCF到达服务 CSCF; 如果步驟 b5中版权发布中心发送了触发器对象给终端,则终端直接发起获取版权对象的 请求; 如果步骤 b5中版权发布中心没有发送触发器对象, 则终端可能在收到媒 体流时触发获取版权对象的请求; 获取版权对象的请求, 可以采用 SIP协议订 阅方法实现; 也就是说, 在此步骤中, 终端既可以根据来自版权发布中心的触 发器对象发起请求版权对象, 也可以自身主动地发起请求版权对象;
b7、 根据初始过滤规则, 获取版权对象的请求被触发到版权发布中心; b8、版权发布中心向归属用户服务器请求用户签约的业务权限信息, 消息 中携带用户标识和用户签约的业务标识,然后归属用户服务器返回用户签约的 业务权限信息;
b9、根据用户签约的业务权限信息, 以及内容的加密密钥, 版权发布中心 生成版权对象;
内容的加密密钥可能直接存储在版权发布中心,也可能存储在一个密钥管 理中心, 取决于密钥的管理方案。 当存储在版权发布中心时, 版权发布中心根 据内容标识直接从本地获取; 当存储在密钥管理中心时,版权发布中心携带内 容标识 , 向密钥管理中心查询该业务的内容的加密密钥;
bl0、 版权发布中心直接推送版权对象给终端, 当版权发布中心作为一个 应用服务器设置时, 该版权对象经过服务 CSCF和代理 CSCF转发; 当版权发布 中心部署为应用服务器的一个业务支撑实体时, 该版权对象经过应用服务器, 服务 CSCF和代理 CSCF转发, 下发版权对象时, 可以采用 SIP协议的通报 NOTIFY方法。
此外, 对于图 5所示实施例, 也可以不存在步骤 b4和 b5, 也就是说, 步骤 b3之后直接执行步骤 b6, 即终端在 IMS中登陆注册后, 通过 IMS主动向版权发 布中心发起请求版权对象, 之后继续执行后续 b7等步骤。
本发明第一、 二实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法充分利用了服务 CSCF 和应用服务器之间通过触发规则进行业务触发的工作机制, 以及终端注册后, 服务 CSCF可以向应用服务器进行第三方注册的机制, 把版权发布中心部署为 一个应用服务器或对应用服务器的支撑实体,通过扩展 SIP协议实现 ROAP消息 或者用 SIP协议封装 ROAP消息, 实现版权对象的获取。从而提供了一种简单通 用, 易于实施的版权对象的生成与获取方法。
请参阅图 6 ,本发明第三实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法包括以下步骤: cl、 终端通过 IMS网络向应用服务器发送用户请求, 该用户请求可以是请 求业务或是请求触发器对象; c2、应用月 I务器确定所述终端请求触发器对象后, 代理终端向版权发布中 心请求触发器对象;
如果应用服务器接收到的是触发器对象请求,则根据接收到的所述请求确 定所述终端请求触发器对象;
如果应用服务器接收到的是请求业务,则应用服务器可以才艮据终端请求中 携带的指示或用户所请求业务的属性来判断是否需要其向版权发布中心请求 触发器对象, 如果需要, 则向版权发布中心请求触发器对象;
c3、 版权发布中心返回触发器对象给应用服务器;
c4、 应用服务器通过 IMS网络返回触发器对象给终端; 该触发器对象可以 通过用户请求的应答消息转发,也可以通过独立的 SIP消息转发,如 MESSAGE 或者 INPO等。
c5、 终端根据收到的触发器对象向版权发布中心请求版权对象;
c6、版权发布中心获取版权对象的请求消息后向归属用户服务器请求用户 签约信息, 消息中携带用户标识和用户签约的业务标识, 然后归属用户服务器 返回用户签约的业务权限信息;
c7、 版权发布中心生成版权对象;
c8、 终端和版权发布中心交互, 获取版权对象。
本发明第三实施例的终端是通过 SIP消息 , 或者终端直接和版权发布中心 之间通过 RO AP协议进行版权对象的获取。
请参阅图 7,本发明第四实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法包括以下步骤: dl、 终端通过 IMS网络向应用服务器发送用户请求, 该用户请求可以是请 求业务或请求版权对象;
d2、应用服务器确定所述终端请求版权对象后,代理终端向版权发布中心 请求版权对象;
如果应用服务器接收到的是版权对象请求,则根据接收到的所述请求确定 所述终端请求触发器对象;
如果应用服务器接收到的是请求业务,则应用服务器可以根据终端请求中 携带的指示或用户所请求业务的属性来判断是否需要其向版权发布中心请求 版权对象, 如果需要., 则向版权发布中心请求版权对象; d3、版权发布中心获取版权对象的请求消息后向归属用户服务器请求用户 签约信息, 消息中携带用户标识和用户签约的业务标识, 然后归属用户服务器 返回用户签约的业务权限信息;
d4、 版权发布中心生成版^于象;
d5、 版权发布中心返回版权对象给应用服务器;
d6、 应用服务器通过 IMS网络转发版权对象给终端。 该版权对象可以通过 用户请求的应答消息转发,也可以通过独立的 SIP消息转发,如 MESSAGE或者 勝0等。
本发明笫五、六实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法适用于本发明第三实施 例版权对象的生成与获取系统,该方法主要是通过在线状态服务器来通知版权 发布中心为用户下发版权对象或者触发器对象, 其包括:
版权发布中心通过 IMS以第三方注册的方式获得用户在线状态, 或者是 版权发布中心向在线状态服务器订阅用户的在线状态; 用户上线后,版权发布 中心获得通知;
版权发布中心生成版权对象或者触发器对象, 并传送给终端。
所述第三方注册是服务 CSCF代表终端向版权发布中心进行第三方注册。 下面详细描述版权发布中心向在线状态服务器订阅用户的在线状态;用户 上线后, 版权发布中心获得通知的实施例。
请参阅图 8, 本发明第五实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法具体包括以下 步驟:
el、 版权发布中心请求用户的在线状态;
e2、 与 IMS 网络相连的在线状态服务器返回用户的在线状态, 本例中假 设用户当前的状态为未在线;
e3、通知在线状态服务器用户上线; 在线状态服务器通过某种方式获得用 户在线的信息, 如通过第三方注册,或者终端直接在在线状态服务器上更新用 户状态信息;
e4、 在线状态服务器获得用户在线消息后, 可以通过 SIP Notify消息通知 版权发布中心用户的在线状态, 即告知版权发布中心用户上线;
e5、 版权发布中心向归属用户服务器请求用户签约的业务权限信息; e6、 版权发布中心生成版权对象;
e7、 版权发布中心下发版权对象, 下发时可以通过 IMS 网络下发, 也可 以通过 12接口, 通过 ROAP协议下发。
在 el和 e2步骤中 ,版权发布中心和在线状态服务器交互获得用户的在线 状态信息, 可以通过 SIP Subscribe/Notify消息实现。
请参阅图 9, 本发明第六实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法具体包括以下 步骤:
fl、 版权发布中心请求用户的在线状态;
f2、与 IMS网络相连的在线状态服务器返回用户的在线状态,本例中假设 用户当前的状态为未在线;
β、 通知在线状态服务器用户上线; 在线状态服务器通过某种方式获得用 户在线的信息,如通过第三方注册,或者终端直接在在线状态服务器上更新用 户状态信息;
f4、 在线状态服务器获得用户在线消息后, 可以通过 SIP Notify消息通知 版权发布中心用户的在线状态, 即告知版权发布中心用户上线;
f5、 版权发布中心返回触发器对象给终端;
f6、 终端根据收到的触发器对象, 向版权发布中心请求版权对象; f7、版权发布中心获取版权对象的请求消息后向归属用户服务器请求用户 签约的业务权限信息;
f8、 版权发布中心生成版权对象;
©、版权发布中心下发版权对象, 下发时可以通过 IMS网络下发, 也可以 通过 12接口, 通过 ROAP协议下发。 当通过 IMS网络下发时, 可以将版权对 象按照所述获取版权对象请求消息的相反路径发送至终端,也可以通过独立的 SIP消息下发至终端。
在 fl和 £2步驟中, 版权发布中心和在线状态服务器交互获得用户的在线 状态信息, 可以通过 SIP Subscribe/Notify消息实现。
本发明第一至六实施例的版权对象的生成与获取方法中的归属用户服务 器是用于存储相关的业务配置信息,因此该归属用户服务器也可由单独的存储 有相关的业务配置信息的数据库或存储有相关的业务配置信息的应用服务器 来代替, 上述归属用户服务器、单独的数据库和所述应用服务器可统称为业务 配置信息服务器。该业务配置信息服务器可以与用于提供业务的应用服务器集 成于一体。
以下做两点说明:
一、在上述版权对象的生成与获取方法的实施例中,如果终端收到触发器 对象, 会判断该触发器对象的内容, 并根据该具体内容执行相应操作。 例如, 如果终端收到的是注册触发器对象,则向版权发布中心进行注册; 如果终端收 到的是获取版权对象的触发器对象, 则向版权发布中心请求版权对象。 由于以 上实施例仅涉及到了获取版权对象,因此省略了终端判断触发器对象内容的描 述, 并默认终端收到了获取版权对象的触发器对象。
二、在上述版权对象的生成与获取方法的所有实施例中, 当版权发布中心 给终端发送版权对象时, 既可以根据 ROAP协议接口发送给所述终端, 也可以 通过 IMS发送给所述终端。
综上所述, 对于图 4、 5、 8、 9所示实施例, 版权发布中心通过 IMS获取终 端在线信息, 确定所述终端在线后, 再通过所述 IMS获取该终端所对应的用户 签约的业务权限信息; 生成版权对象, 将所述版权对象下发至所述终端。 对于 在线信息, 可通过第三方注册的方式获得如图 4图 5, 该第三方注册是由 IMS中 的服务 CSCF代表终端向版权发布中心进行第三方注册; 或者, 通过在线状态 服务器获得如图 8图 9。
另外, 对于图 5所示实施例, 终端在 IMS中登陆注册后, 可以通过 IMS主动 向版权发布中心发起请求版权对象, 之后继续执行后续步骤, 此时, 不需要版 权发布中心知道终端是否在线, 其与图 6、 7所示实施例的前提相同。
对于图 6、 7所示实施例,版权发布中心通过 IMS获取版权对象的请求消息, 并通过所述 IMS获得该终端所对应的用户签约的业务权限信息; 生成版权对 象,将所述版权对象下发至所述终端。对于版权发布中心获取版权对象的请求 消息的过程可以采用图 6的步骤 cl ~ c5所示过程,也可以采用图 7的步骤 dl - d2 所示过程。 这种情况下, 不要求版权发布中心知道终端是否在线。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种版权发布中心, 包括: 用户签约的业务 权限信息获取单元, 版权对象生成单元和版权对象下发单元。 所述用户签约的业务权限信息获取单元, 用于根据接收到的指示从 IMS中 的业务配置信息服务器中获取用户签约的业务权限信息;
所述版权对象生成单元,用于根据所述用户签约的业务权限信息及已获取 的内容的加密密钥生成版权对象;
所述版权对象下发单元, 用于下发所述版权对象。
所述版权发布中心还可以包括: 终端状态获取单元, 用于通过 IMS中的服 务 SCSF或通过与 IMS网络相连的在线状态服务器, 获取终端的在线状态信息, 确定所述终端在线后, 向所述用户签约的业务权限信息获取单元发送获取指 示。
版权发布中心还可以包括: 对应用服务器进行支撑的接口单元,用于作为 所述症用服务器的业务支撑实体, 与所述应用服务器进行交互。
所述版权对象下发单元可以包括与服务 SCSF进行交互的接口单元和 /或与 终端进行交互的接口单元,
所述与服务 SCSF进行交互的接口单元, 用于通过所述服务 SCSF向终端下 发所述版权对象;
所述与终端进行交互的接口单元, 用于直接向终端下发所述版权对象。 所述业务配置信息服务器是归属用户服务器, 或单独的数据库,或与用于 提供业务的应用服务器集成于一体。
由于本发明实施例版权对象的生成与获取系统把版权对象的生成与获取 作为一种业务功能或者业务支撑功能来实现,把版权发布中心作为一个应用服 务器或对应用服务器进行支撑的一个业务支撑实体来部署, 从而充分利用 IMS 网络的现有实体和工作机制, 优化了版权对象的生成与获取系统; 另外, 由于 本发明实施例版权对象的生成与获取方法充分利用了 IMS网络中, 服务 CSCF 和应用服务器之间通过触发规则进行业务触发的工作机制, 以及终端注册后, 服务 CSCF可以向应用服务器进行第三方注册的机制, 把版权发布中心部署为 一个应用服务器或对应用服务器的支撑实体,通过扩展 SIP协议实现 ROAP消息 或者用 SIP协议封装 ROAP消息,实现版权对象的获取,从而使该方法简单通用, 易于实施。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范 围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 '

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种版权对象的生成与获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 版权发布中心通过 IP多媒体子系统 IMS获取终端在线信息, 确定所述终 端在线后, 通过所述 IMS获取该终端所对应的用户签约的业务权限信息; 版权发布中心生成版权对象, 将所述版权对象下发至所述终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述版权发布中心通过 IMS 获取终端在线信息的过程包括:
通过第三方注册的方式获得, 所述第三方注册是由 IMS 中的服务 CSCF 代表终端向版权发布中心进行第三方注册; 或者,
通过与 IMS网络相连的在线状态服务器获得。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述终端在线的过 程包括:
如果第三方注册在版权发布中心成功完成,则所述版权发布中心确定所述 终端在线; 或者,
如果版权发布中心从所述在线状态服务器获知所述终端在线或上线,则所 述版权发布中心确定所述终端在线。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户签约的业务权限信 息通过 IMS中的业务配置信息服务器获取。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务配置信息服务器是 归属用户服务器,或单独的数据库,或与用于提供业务的应用服务器集成于一 体。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述版权发布中心生成版权 对象, 将所述版权对象下发至所述终端的过程包括:
所述版权发布中心确定所述终端在线后, ^居该终端所对应的所述用户签 约的业务权限信息, 以及已获取的内容的加密密钥生成版权对象;
将所述版权对象推送给所述终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推送是版权发布中心通 过 ROAP协议接口推送给所述终端, 或所述版权发布中心通过 IMS推送给所 述终端。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述版权发布中心生成版权 对象, 将所述版权对象下发至所述终端的过程包括:
所述版权发布中心确定所述终端在线后, 向所述终端发送触发器对象; 所述终端才艮据接收到的触发器对象向所述版权发布中心发送获取版权对 象的请求消息;
所述版权发布中心接收到所述请求后,根据该终端所对应的所述用户签约 的业务权限信息, 以及已获取的内容的加密密钥生成版权对象;
将所述版权对象按照所述获取版权对象请求消息的相反路径发送至所述 终端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取版权对象请求消息 的相反路径是由所述版权发布中心通过 ROAP协议接口发送到所述终端; 或 由所述版权发布中心通过 IMS发送到所述终端。
10、 如权利要求 6或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述版权发布中心, 或存储在密钥管理中心; 当所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述版权发布中心时,所述版权发布中心携 带内容标识从本地直接获取;
当所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述密钥管理中心时,所述版权发布中心携 ■ 带内容标识, 向密钥管理中心查询并获取该业务所对应的内容的加密密钥。
11、 一种版权对象的生成与获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 版权发布中心通过 IMS获取版权对象的请求消息, 并通过所述 IMS获得 该终端所对应的用户签约的业务权限信息; 生成版权对象,将所述版权对象下 发至所述终端。
12、如权利要求 11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述版权发布中心通过 IMS 获取版权对象的请求消息的过程包括:
IMS中的应用服务器接收来自所述终端的用户请求,确定所述终端请求触 发器对象,代理所述终端向所述版权发布中心请求所述触发器对象,将来自所 述版权发布中心的触发器对象转发至所述终端;所述触发器对象通过所述用户 请求的应答消息转发, 或通过独立的 SIP消息转发; 所述终端根据接收到的所述触发器对象向所述版权发布中心发送获取版 权对象的请求消息;
所述版权发布中心才艮据接收到的来自所述终端所述请求 ,获取所述版权对 象的请求消息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器确定所述 终端请求触发器对象的过程包括:
所述用户请求包括请求触发器对象,所述应用服务器根据接收到的所述请 求确定所述终端请求触发器对象; 或者,
所述用户请求包括请求业务,所述应用服务器根据所述请求中携带的指示 或业务属性, 确定所述终端请求触发器对象。
14、如权利要求 11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述版权发布中心通过 IMS 获取版权对象的请求消息的过程包括:
IMS中的应用服务器接收来自所述终端的用户请求,确定所述终端请求版 权对象, 代理所述终端向所述版权发布中心请求所述版权对象;
所述版权发布中心根据接收到的来自所述应用服务器的所述请求,获取所 述版权对象请求的消息。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器确定所述 终端请求版权对象的过程包括:
所述用户请求包括请求版权对象,所述应用服务器根据接收到的所述请求 确定所述终端请求版权对象; 或者,
所述用户请求包括请求业务信息,所述应用服务器根据所述请求中携带的 指示或业务属性, 确定所述终端请求版权对象。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述用户请求包括请 求业务信息, 且由 IMS 中的应用服务器接收来自所述版权发布中心的版权对 象, 转发至所述终端时, 该版权对象通过用户请求的应答消息转发, 或通过独 立的 SIP消息转发。
17、如权利要求 11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述版权发布中心通过 IMS 获取版权对象的请求消息的过程包括: 所述终端在 IMS中登陆注册后, 通过 MS主动向版权发布中心发起请求 版权对象;
所述版权发布中心根据接收到的所述请求获取版权对象的请求消息。
18、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户签约的业务权限 信息通过 IMS中的业务配置信息服务器获取;
所述业务配置信息服务器是归属用户服务器,或单独的数据库,或与用于 提供业务的应用服务器集成于一体。
19、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述版权发布中心生成版 权对象的过程包括:
所述版权发布中心根据该终端所对应的所述用户签约的业务权限信息,以 及已获取的内容的加密密钥生成版权对象;
所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述版权发布中心, 或存储在密钥管理中心; 当所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述版权发布中心时,所述版权发布中心携 带内容标识从本地直接获取;
当所述内容的加密密钥存储在所述密钥管理中心时,所述版权发布中心携 带内容标识, 向密钥管理中心查询并获取该业务所对应的内容的加密密钥。
20、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述版权对象下发至所 述终端的过程包括: 所述版权发布中心通过 ROAP协议接口将所述版权对象 发送给所述终端, 或所述版权发布中心通过 IMS将所述版权对象发送给所述 终端。
21、 一种版权对象的生成与获取系统, 包括版权发布中心和终端, 其特征 在于: 其还包括代理呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF、 服务 CSCF和业务配置信息服 务器, 其中,
该代理 CSCF用于接收来自终端的获取版权对象的请求消息,并转发该请 求到服务 CSCF;
该服务 CSCF用于将接收到的所述请求触发到版权发布中心进行处理; 该业务配置信息服务器分别与所述版权发布中心和服务 CSCF连接,用于 存储相关的业务配置信息; 该版权发布中心用于接收获取版权对象的请求, 生成版权对象, 并下发给 终端。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的生成与获取系统, 其特征在于: 该版权对象的 生成与获取系统还包括在线状态服务器,其分别与该版权发布中心、业务配置 信息服务器、服务 CSCF和终端连接, 用于获取终端的在线状态并通知版权发 布中心。
23、 如权利要求 21所述的生成与获取系统, 其特征在于: 该版权发布中 心和终端之间经过采用版权对象获取协议 ROAP协议的接口相连, 该版权发 布中心与业务配置信息服务器之间经过 Sh接口相连, 该版权发布中心与服务 CSCF之间经过 ISC接口相连。
24、 如权利要求 21所述的生成与获取系统, 其特征在于: 该业务配置信 息服务器是归属用户服务器或单独的数据库,或与用于提供业务的应用服务器 集成于一体。
25、 一种版权对象的生成与获取系统, 其包括版权发布中心和终端, 其特 征在于: 其还包括代理 CSCF、 服务 CSCF、 应用服务器和业务配置信息服务 器, 其中,
该代理 CSCF用于接收来自终端的获取版权对象的请求消息,并转送该请 求到服务 CSCF;
该服务 CSCF用于把接收到的所述请求触发到应用服务器;
该应用服务器用于将该请求转发给版权发布中心进行处理,应用服务器还 用于将版权发布中心生成并返回的触发器对象、版权对象和业务清求中的其他 信息一起返回给终端;
该业务配置信息服务器分别与该应用服务器、服务 CSCF和版权发布中心 连接, 用于存储相关的业务配置信息;
该版权发布中心作为对应用服务器进行支撑的一个业务支撑实体,用于接 收获取版权对象的请求, 生成版权对象并下发给终端。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的生成与获取系统, 其特征在于: 该应用服务器 和终端之间经过一接口相连,该版权发布中心与业务配置信息服务器之间经过 Sh接口相连, 该版权发布中心与终端之间经过采用 ROAP协议的接口相连, 该应用服务器与服务 CSCF之间经过 ISC接口相连,该应用服务器与版权发布 中心之间经过一接口相连。
27、 如权利要求 25所述的生成与获取系统, 其特征在于: 该业务配置信 息服务器是归属用户服务器或单独的数据库,或与用于提供业务的应用服务器 集成于一体。
28、 一种版权发布中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户签约的业务权限信息获 取单元, 版权对象生成单元和版权对象下发单元, 其中,
所述用户签约的业务权限信息获取单元, 用于根据接收到的指示从 IMS 中的业务配置信息服务器中获取用户签约的业务权限信息;
所述版权对象生成单元,用于根据所述用户签约的业务权限信息及已获取 的内容的加密密钥生成版权对象;
所述版权对象下发单元, 用于下发所述版权对象。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的版权发布中心, 其特征在于, 还包括: 终端状态获取单元, 用于通过 IMS中的服务 SCSF或通过与 IMS网络相 连的在线状态服务器, 获取终端的在线状态信息, 确定所述终端在线后, 向所 述用户签约的业务权限信息获取单元发送获取指示。
30、 根据权利要求 28所述的版权发布中心, 其特征在于, 还包括: 对应用服务器进行支撑的接口单元,用于作为所述应用服务器的业务支撑 实体, 与所述应用服务器进行交互。
31、 根据权利要求 28所述的版权发布中心, 其特征在于, 所述版权对象 下发单元包括与服务 SCSF进行交互的接口单元和 /或与终端进行交互的接口 单元,
所述与服务 SCSF进行交互的接口单元, 用于通过所述服务 SCSF向终端 下发所述版权对象;
所述与终端进^ ·交互的接口单元, 用于直接向终端下发所述版权对象。
32、 根据权利要求 28所述的版权发布中心, 其特征在于, 所述业务配置 信息服务器是归属用户服务器,或单独的数据库,或与用于提供业务的应用服 务器集成于一体。
