Abstract

Un dispositif de traitement préventif d'une surface optique (4) destinée à être exposée à un flux laser, ledit dispositif comprenant une source d'excitation thermique (1) pour réaliser un recuit thermique localisé d'un site de ladite surface à traiter (4) au moyen d'un faisceau appliqué à ce site, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un organe de mesure (5) pour mesurer, en temps réel lors dudit recuit thermique localisé, une grandeur représentative de la température du site de la surface optique à traiter (4) et au moins un organe de commande (2, 3, 6) pour provoquer l'augmentation de la puissance linéique du faisceau appliqué au site par la source d'excitation (1) et, quand ladite grandeur a atteint une consigne (NC) choisie au préalable, faire décroître de manière progressive cette puissance linéique.
