Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de cintrage d'un matériau en tôle (1), selon lequel des barres (2) sont serrées sur les bords du matériau en tôle (1) ou à égale distance de la ligne de cintrage (5) et une boucle est formée par des feuillards (3). La boucle de matériau en tôle (1) est ensuite pincée conjointement à des poutres (6) alignées sur des repères (4) dont la position sur le matériau en tôle (1) dépend du rayon (R) de cintrage et de l'épaisseur du matériau. L'invention concerne également un procédé de cintrage d'un matériau en tôle (1), selon lequel des poutres (6) sont placées à une certaine distance les unes des autres et une barre arrondie est utilisée pour étirer le matériau en tôle (1) en forme de U entre les poutres (6). Les côtés des poutres sont alors alignés sur les repères (4) et les poutres (6) sont pincées autour du matériau en tôle (1) pour former la courbe.
