Abstract
The invention relates to a device for the emergency lowering of loads and/or individuals. Said emergency lowering device (1) comprises a revolving shaft (5) with a cable winder (2) positively coupled thereto. The device comprises at least one hub body (7), said hub body (7) being rotatably enclosed by an outer body (8) and a brake device (6) being interposed between the hub body (7) and the outer body (8).
