Abstract
New constructive solution in the field of laundry washing machines with flowing water and drying machines, ensuring: efficient washing, small consumption of water, short time for laundry washing and drying, the environment is not disturbed during the drying process, cost-saving washing and drying, cheap manufacturing or upgrading of existing washing machine, simple use and maintenance and etc. Reconstruction of the machine is as follows: electrical valve (27) is placed at the tub bottom (26) which is connected with the filter (29) with tube (28). Behind the filter (29), there is the heat exchanger (31), which is connected with the tube (30). The heat exchanger (31) has 2 entrance openings (clean and dirty water), wherein the tubes (35) and (30) come into and 2 exit openings (clean and dirty water), wherein the tubes (6) and (32) come into. The heat exchanger (31) is connected by the tube (32) with the water pump (33). The dirty water is speeded up in the water pump and taken by the hose (18) to the sewage. It is necessary for the drying process to install the heat exchanger with the electrical heater and condenser (7) and the hose (37) for supply of new air.
Description
WATER AND AIR HEATING SYSTEM IN LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINES AND DRYING MACHINES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the field of exchange of energy applicable in the household in wider context, more precisely in the laundry washing and drying machines, and relates to the laundry washing machines with flowing water and drying machines.
Pursuant to the International Patent Classification (IPC) the patent is marked as:
TECHNICAL PROBLEM
How to solve constructively to heat water with aid of water and air heating device within the laundry washing and drying machine and to have: efficient washing, short time for heating, that heating process does not disturb the environment, cost-saving heating, cheap manufacturing or upgrading of existing washing machines, simple use and maintenance and etc.
BACKGROUND ART
At present the water and air heating is done through parts within the laundry washing and drying machine. AU present methods of heating have several flaws: great consumption of energy due to frequent water and air heating, frequent switching on and switching off of the device... For clean laundry washing it is necessary to have big quantity of water and 5 to 6 washing cycles, i.e. 5 to 6 intakes of water, uneconomical washing due to big consumption of water and electric energy, since the washing process is long.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
The key is that the energy utilized first for water heating during the preliminary washing or washing is used for laundry washing out. The advantage of this process is that the laundry is washed out in the clean water. The machine is first prepared for operation (the laundry is inserted in the drum) and the washing program is selected. After having selected the program, we start up the washing and drying machine. The machine inserts water in the washing powder container and such mixture arrives in the tub, where the preliminary washing and washing cycle is performed. Following to that, a valve at the tub bottom is opened and the dirty water goes out. The warmed
dirty water passes through a filter and comes into the heat exchanger, where it passes on the heat to the clean water. The warmed clean water enters into the water atomizer and does the laundry washing out.
When the laundry is washed the centrifugal device is switched on at the minimal number of turns which enables the forming up of a roll - emptiness in the middle of the drum. We heat the air by electrical heater and send it in the interior of the drum. The air passes through the laundry and takes out with it the humidity to the condenser, which is in function of heat exchanger and heater. Humidity remains in the condenser, and the heat is passed on to the new air, which is inserted in the interior of the drum. This procedure is repeated until the desired percentage of humidity of laundry is achieved.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT OF INVENTION
The device for water and air heating in the laundry washing machines with flowing water and drying machine presented on figures 1 and 2, is a new constructive solution in the field of laundry washing machines with flowing water and drying machines, ensuring: efficient washing, small consumption of water, short time for laundry washing and drying, the environment is not disturbed during the drying process, cost-saving washing and drying, cheap manufacturing or upgrading of existing washing machine, simple use and maintenance and etc.
The machine is first prepared for operation (we insert the laundry in the drum (24)) and the washing program is selected. After having selected the program, we start up the washing and drying machine. The machine inserts the water in the washing powder container and such mix comes into the tub (26). Following to this, the preliminary washing or washing cycle is performed. Thereafter, the valve is opened at the tub bottom (27) and the dirty water goes out. The warmed dirty water passes through the filter (29) through tubes (28) and (30) and comes into the heat exchanger (31), where it passes the heat to the clean water. The dirty cold water goes out through the tube (32) to
the pump (33) after which it is sent by hose (18) to the sewing. The warmed clean water comes by the hose (6) to the water atomizer (4) and does the laundry washing out.
When the laundry is washed, the centrifugal device is switched on at the minimal number of turns which enables forming up of a roll - emptiness in the middle of the drum. We heat the air by electrical heater (7) and send it by hose (5) to the air atomizer (3) and through openings in the interior of the drum (24). Air passes through the laundry and takes out with it the humidity to the condenser (16), which is in function of heat exchanger and heater. Humidity remains in the condenser (16), and the heat is passed on to the new air, which goes to the heat exchanger (31) through a tube (37). New warmed air is taken by the tube (5) to the air atomizer (3) and inserted in the interior of the drum (24). This procedure is repeated until the desired percentage of humidity of laundry is achieved.
The characteristic of this construction is reflected in the following: efficient and clean washing out is achieved by flowing water, which pulls out immediately any removed impurity. The heat from the dirty water is passed to the water for washing out, which enters in the machine.
The heat exchanger for water and exchanger for air can be resolved in terms of construction to satisfy in a single mode of carrying out the invention both functions of heat exchanging for air and water.
Cost-efficiency of washing is multiple and clearly discernible since the smaller quantity of water is used and the time for washing and drying is shortened.
The upgrading of existing - standard laundry washing machine is simple and cheap since standard parts and elements are used.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
Manufacturing of the machine does not require anything special both in technology terms and in materials and parts, while the classic technologies and standard parts and elements are used and the professional production in this field is done as usual.
