Abstract
The present invention relates to the lid supporter including a body in which a hollow is formed, in which one end is formed as an opened opening, and the other end includes a hinge part, a load tube in which one end inserted through the opening of the body is formed as an opening, in which a hollow is formed within the one end, and the other end includes a hinge part, a coil spring that elastically supports the load tube to the outside on the body, and is included in the inside of the hollow of the body and the load tube, and a combination unit that combines the load tube on the body in such a manner that the load tube can move, whereby because a coil spring is used as an operating medium, the problem of gas or oil leakage is solved, and because it is made of plastic materials, corrosion is prevented, thus solving the operation error problem, it is environment-friendly, and the parts can be recycled.

Description
LID SUPPORTER
Technical Field
[I] The present invention relates to a lid supporter that is installed in an automobile, an airplane, or a home door, and more particularly to a lid supporter in which the operation performance is improved by excluding gas or oil, the quality of the product is improved by improved corrosion resistance and light weight, and the recycling range of parts is extended.

Background Art [3] Generally, a gas spring that is installed in a door or a sheet of various cars or facilities, and operates the door or the sheet has gas or oil within the inner space of the cylinder. [4]
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem [5] In the case of the conventional gas spring, the operation error occurs when the gas or oil is leaked, and the conventional gas spring is very sensitive to climate condition. [6] Furthermore, because the conventional gas spring is manufactured by metal, the length of life is reduced by corrosion. In the case where the excessive plating is performed for preventing such corrosion, not only environmental pollution is caused, but also harmful materials are discharged, which are problems. [7] Additionally, because the conventional gas spring is assembled by parts made of various kinds of materials including metal, the parts cannot be easily recycled, thus lowering the rate of recycling. [8]
Technical Solution [9] To solve the described problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a lid supporter in which the gas or oil within the lid supporter is not leaked, and the operation is not affected by climate condition, thus preventing the operation error. [10] Another object of the present invention is to provide a lid supporter that reduces environmental pollution and is harmless to human bodies by preventing corrosion by manufacturing parts of the lid supporter in plastic.
[II] Another object of the present invention is to provide a lid supporter that is made of plastic, thereby improving the recycling rate.
[12] According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lid
supporter including a body in which a hollow is formed, in which one end is formed as an opened opening, and another end includes a hinge part, a load tube in which one end inserted through the opening of the body is formed as an opening, in which a hollow is formed within the one end, and another end includes a hinge part, a elastic member that elastically supports the load tube to the outside on the body, and is included in the inside of the hollow of the body and the load tube, and a combination unit that combines the load tube on the body in such a manner that the load tube can move.
[13] The combination unit includes a plurality of hooks formed on the end of the opening of the body, and a guide cap mounted on the outer circumference of the load tube wherein a hook hole is formed in such a manner that the hook is combined with the hook hole.
[14] Furthermore, a ring stopper and a guide stopper that generate friction force are mounted on the outer circumference of the load tube and the ring stopper and the guide stopper are preferably formed by rubber materials.
[15] Additionally, a cutting part is formed at the right and left sides of the opening part of the load tube, and a raised part is formed, whereby the separation of the guide cap, the ring stopper, and the guide stopper is prevented.
[16] A rotation bracket in the hinge part of the body is locked by the stopper pin, a boss for fixing a plate in the center of the plate in which a screw-locking hole is formed at both sides of the rotation bracket, and a reinforcement rib is formed to both sides of the boss.
[17] An eye bracket is locked by a stopper pin in a hinge part of the load tube, and a hinge is formed, in which a pin-fixing hole is formed at both sides of the plate in which a screw-locking hole is formed at both sides of the eye bracket.
[18] Here, the stopper pin is formed by a head and a body, and several suspending hooks are diverged and extended at the lower end of the body.
[19] The body, the load tube, the rotation bracket, the eye bracket, the guide cap, and the stopper pin are made of plastic.

Advantageous Effects
[22] As described above, according to the lid supporter of the present invention, because a elastic member such as a coil spring is used as an operating medium, the problem of gas or oil leakage is solved, and because it is made of plastic materials, corrosion is prevented, thus solving the operation error problem, it is environment-friendly, and the parts can be recycled.
[23] Furthermore, because the product becomes lighter, it can be well applied to an
automobile or an airplane as well as a marine door that requires corrosion resistance, which is advantageous.
[24] Moreover, because the product is processed by plastic materials, various colors can be implemented in the outer appearance, which is advantageous.

[35] As illustrated in FlG. 1 to FlG 3, a lid supporter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 10 that serves as a cylinder in which a hollow is formed, a load tube 20 that is combined in such a manner that the load tube 20 can be inserted to the inside of the body 10, and serves as a cylinder load in which a hollow is formed, and a coil spring that elastically supports the load tube 20 to the outside on the body 10.
[36] One end of the body 10 is formed as an opening part 12, and a hinge hole 14 is formed at the other side. One end of the load tube 20 is formed as an opening part 22, and the end is inserted to the inside of the body 10 through the opening part 12 of the body 10. A hinge hole 24 is formed at the other end of the load tube 20. A hook 16 is formed on the end of the opening part 12 of the body 10 along the circumference at regular intervals, and a mounting portion 18 whose diameter has been extended is
formed in such a manner that a ring stopper 50 and a guide stopper 60 are able to be safely landed inside of the opening part 12.

[46] The stopper pin 90 is formed by a head 92 and a body 94, and several suspending hooks 96 are diverged and extended at the lower part of the body 94.
[47] A coil spring 30 is included in the lid supporter, which elastically supports the load tube 20 on the body 10 through the hollow of the body 10 and the hollow of the load tube 20 and the present invention excludes the sealing of gas or oil, and the operating force of the lid supporter is generated by the elastic force of the coil spring.
[48] The elements of the present invention are made of plastic materials excluding a few parts such as the coil spring 30, the ring stopper 50, and the guide stopper 60.
[49] Such plastic is made of recyclable resin, for example, thermoplastic resins such as
polypropylene and polyamide, or thermosetting resins such as phenol and epoxy. Further, such resins can be manufactured by the combination of more than two kinds of ingredients. The bending or deformation of the supporter can be prevented by manufacturing a material, which is the combination of glass fiber, carbon fiber, and a reinforcement material, an aromatic nylon fiber such as Kevlar.
[50] The assembling process and the operation by the lid supporter according to the present invention are described in the following.
[51] A guide cap 40, a ring stopper50, and a guide stopper 60 are mounted on the outer c ircumference of the load tube 20 in order. Here, the parts are inserted by folding the opening part 22 of the load tube by the cutting part 26 formed at the opening part 22 of the load tube 20, and after the parts are all inserted, the separation of parts is prevented by the raised part 28 formed at the end of the opening part 22 as the opening part 22 is unfolded.
[52] Furthermore, if the hook 16 formed at the end of the opening part 12 of the body 10 is hook-combined to the hook hole 42 of the guide cap 40 mounted on the load tube 20, the load tube 20 is not separated in the combined state in such a manner that the sliding is mutually possible.
[53] Another side of each of the body 10 and the load tube 20 are locked to a bracket 70 and 80 via a stopper pin 90 in a hinge hole 14 and 24 of each. That is, the body 10 is locked by the rotation bracket 70 and the stopper pin 90, and the load tube 20 is locked by the eye bracket 80 and the stopper pin 90. The stopper pin 90 locked by the rotation bracket 70 is locked in the state where the raised part of the suspending hook 76 of the stopper pin 90 that penetrates the plate 72 supports the lower side of the plate 72. Furthermore, the stopper pin 90 locked by the eye bracket 80 is locked in the state where the raised part of the suspending hook 76 supports the side wall of the hinge of one side as the stopper pin 90 penetrates the pin-fixing hole 88 of the hinges 86 of both sides.
[54] As for the operation of the lid supporter 100 whose assembly has been completed, in the state where external force is given, the load tube 20 is taken in and out by the tensioning and compressing operation of the coil spring 30 on the body 10.
[55] FIG. 3 illustrates the state where the load tube is taken out, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating the state where the load tube is taken in on the body.
[56] That is, if external force is given to the body 10, the load tube 20 is taken into the inside of the hollow of the body 10, and the coil spring 30 is compressed. If the external force is removed, the load tube 20 that has been taken into the inside of the hollow of the body 10 is taken out into the outside of the body 10 by the expansion of the coil spring 30, whereby the supporting operation is performed.

[ 1 ] A lid supporter comprising : a body in which a hollow is formed, wherein one end is formed as an opened opening, and another end includes a hinge part; a load tube in which one end inserted through the opening of the body is formed as an opening, wherein a hollow is formed within the one end, and the other end includes a hinge part; a elastic member that elastically supports the load tube to the outside on the body, and is included in the inside of the hollow of the body and the load tube; and a lid supporter including a combination unit that combines the load tube on the body in such a manner that the load tube can move.
[2] The lid supporter according to claim 1, wherein the combination unit includes a plurality of hooks formed on the end of the opening of the body, and a guide cap mounted on the outer circumference of the load tube wherein a hook hole is formed in such a manner that the hook is combined with the hook hole.
[3] The lid supporter according to claims 1 and 2, wherein a ring stopper and a guide stopper that generate friction force are mounted on the outer circumference of the load tube.
[4] The lid supporter according to claim 3, wherein the ring stopper and the guide stopper are formed by rubber materials.
[5] The lid supporter according to claim 1, wherein a cutting part is formed at the right and left sides of the opening part of the load tube, and a raised part is formed at the end.
[6] The lid supporter according to claim 1, wherein a rotation bracket in the hinge part of the body is locked by the stopper pin, a boss for fixing a plate in the center of the plate in which a screw-locking hole is formed at both sides of the rotation bracket, and a reinforcement rib is formed to both sides of the boss.
[7] The lid supporter according to claim 1, wherein an eye bracket is locked by a stopper pin in a hinge part of the load tube, and a hinge is formed, in which a pin-fixing hole is formed at both sides of the plate in which a screw-locking hole is formed at both sides of the eye bracket.
[8] The lid supporter according to claims 6 and 7, wherein the stopper pin is formed by a head and a body, and several suspending hooks are diverged and extended at the lower end of the body.
[9] The lid supporter according to one of claims 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7, wherein the body, the load tube, the rotation bracket, the eye bracket, the guide cap, and the stopper
pin are made of plastic.
[10] The lid supporter according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a coil spring.
