Description Technical Field
The present invention relates to a portable accompaniment device and an accompaniment system using the same; and, more particularly, to a portable accompaniment device and an accompaniment system using the same, which enable a user to practice singing a song with a video device and an audio device connected to a fixed type supporting device through a portable accompaniment device by configuring an accompaniment apparatus to transceive image information, audio information and the others between a portable accompaniment device and a fixed type supporting device through a wireless communication.
Background Art
In general, a song accompaniment device (called as a ^karaoke' ) is a device for outputting an accompaniment (audio data) of a song, which is selected by a user, of the stored songs, and a specific picture (image data), e.g., a background picture, the words of a song, and etc. A user sings a song through a mic while the user watches the words of a song displayed on a TV and listens to the accompaniment outputted from a speaker. In recent, a portable accompaniment apparatus are presented so that a user practice singing a song anywhere anytime.
Fig. 1 illustrates a configuration of a portable accompaniment apparatus in accordance with an embodiment of a conventional technology. As shown in Fig. 1, the portable accompaniment apparatus in accordance with a conventional technology- includes a mic 11, a key input unit 12, a picture displaying unit 13, a data storage unit 14, a power unit 15, an accompaniment processing unit 16, an image processing unit 17, an audio terminal 18, a video terminal 19 and a CPU 20. A TV 31, an audio device 32 and a power supplier 33 are included in the portable accompaniment apparatus .
As described above, the TV 32 is a unit for displaying image data (e.g., the words of a song, a background picture, an image and a moving picture, and etc.) generated/processed in the portable accompaniment apparatus. The audio device 32 is a unit for outputting audio data (e.g., the words of a song, an audio sound of a singer, an information announcement, and etc.) generated/processed in the portable accompaniment apparatus. The power supplier 33 is a unit for supplying a power to the portable accompaniment apparatus. The TV 31 and audio device 32 are units for outputting various data by a control of the portable accompaniment apparatus without an extra operation.
As mentioned above, since the TV 31, audio device 32 and power supplier 33 connected to the portable accompaniment apparatus perform a simple input/output operation of a song accompaniment function, the portable accompaniment apparatus shown in Fig. 1 should perform all functions.
That is, there are problems that the data storage unit 14 must have a large capacity to store a source file for all data (image/audio/etc data), the accompaniment processing unit 16 must be equipped to generate/process accompaniment based on an audio source file (e.g., MP3, MIDI, WMA, etc), the image processing unit 17 is equipped to generate/process a background picture based on an image source file (e.g., TEXT, JPEG, GIF, AVI, MOV, and etc), and the CPU 20 of a high performance for an accompaniment processing calculation/control, an image processing calculation/control, a peripheral device control, and data management must be equipped. Moreover, there is a problem that the power unit 15 must have a high capacity and a large size since the portable accompaniment apparatus processes a large quantity of operation and consumes a lot of power.
Additionally, since a size of the portable accompaniment apparatus increases according as the data storage unit 14, the accompaniment processing unit 16, the image processing unit 17 and a power unit 15 are installed, there is a problem that a user has inconvenience, while a user carries out the portable accompaniment apparatus .
Specially, it is uncomfortable for a user to install a power supplier, an accompaniment device, a connection wire so that a user practices singing a song with a portable accompaniment apparatus in the conventional technology. Moreover, there is a problem that a movement of a user for an entertainment is limited by a twisted wire, and a wire length since each device is connected to each other through a wire. Also, there is a problem that a user carries out a plurality of wires for connecting each device, and a power supplier of high capacity having a large size.
Disclosure Technical Problem
It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a portable accompaniment device and an accompaniment system using the same, which enable a user to practice singing a song with a video device and an audio device connected to a fixed type supporting device through a portable accompaniment device by configuring an accompaniment apparatus to transceive image information, audio information and the others between a portable accompaniment device and a fixed type supporting device through a wireless communication.
Technical Solution
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device, including: a portable accompaniment device having a first wireless transceiving unit, for storing image indication information and minimum image information, and transmitting the image indication information and minimum image information through the first wireless transceiving unit; and a fixed type supporting device having a second wireless transceiving unit, for storing image source file, and displaying the image source file corresponding to the image indication information and the minimum image information received from the first wireless transceiving unit through the second wireless transceiving unit.
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device, including: a portable accompaniment device having an FM transmitting unit, for transmitting the audio signal having voice sound and accompaniment through the FM transmitting unit; and an audio device having an FM receiving unit for receiving the audio signal transmitted from the FM transmitting unit, and outputting the received audio signal.
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a portable accompaniment device, including: a mic for receiving a voice signal and converting the voice signal to an electric signal; a key input unit for receiving a key signal through a key button; a first data storage unit for storing minimum image information including a text, a displaying location, a color and accompaniment information; a picture displaying unit for displaying the minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit; an accompaniment processing unit for mixing the accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit and the voice sound signal inputted from the mic ; an audio output unit for outputting a mixed signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit; and a control unit for controlling the picture displaying unit so that the minimum image information is displayed, controlling the accompaniment processing unit so that the mixing signal is generated, and controlling the audio output unit so that the generated mixed signal is outputted through the audio output unit.
Advantageous Effects
As mentioned above, the present invention enables a user to set and use a portable song accompaniment apparatus according to three kinds of cases, and to use a place efficiently by connecting a portable accompaniment device to a fixed type supporting device through a wireless communication without a cable.
Moreover, the present invention enables a user to practice singing a song with a fixed type supporting device installed on a specific place in case that the user want to sing a song while a user carries out a portable accompaniment device of a small size without carrying out a fixed type supporting device.
Additionally, the present invention enables a user to practice singing a song by using only a portable accompaniment device in case that a fixed type supporting device is not installed on a specific place or does not have a video device.
Furthermore, the present invention lowers a products cost of a portable accompaniment device and promotes the spreading of a portable accompaniment device by minimizing a function of a portable accompaniment device and having a low quality of characteristic.
Moreover, the present invention provides additional services, e.g., an upgrade, an error problem solution, a user information collection, an audio/image data providing and the use limitation of a fixed type supporting device and a portable accompaniment device through a central management server.

Further, in the following description, well-known arts will not be described in detail if it appears that they could obscure the invention in unnecessary detail. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be set forth in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the present invention, portable song accompaniment apparatus is configured and operated in three kinds of cases. Referring to a configuration shown in Fig.2, each case will be described.
Firstly, a user practices singing a song by operating only a portable accompaniment device 50. This case includes an environment not having a fixed type supporting device 70, an environment where there is no a video device 81 connected to the fixed type supporting device 70, an environment where there is no an audio device 82 connected to the fixed type supporting device, and an environment where an audio device 82 can not be used through an FM transmission/receiving function without being connected to the fixed type supporting device 70.
In the first case, an audio signal such as accompaniment is outputted through an audio output unit 54 included in the portable accompaniment device 50, and displays image signal such as the words of a song on a picture displaying unit 53 included in the portable accompaniment device 50.
Additionally, in case that the picture displaying unit 53 is not included in the portable accompaniment device 50, it is preferred to convert/display various image information such as the words of a song, a background picture, accompaniment information, an information picture which were displayed on the picture displaying unit 53 into an audio signal (preferably, digital audio signal, e.g., MP3, AAC, WMA etc), and output them through an audio output unit 54.
Secondarily, the portable accompaniment device 50 and the audio device 82 are operated by an FM transmitting/receiving function so that a user practice singing a song. As an example of this case, there are an environment where there is no a fixed type supporting device 70, an environment where there is no communication connection between the fixed type supporting device 70 and the audio device 82, an environment where the portable accompaniment device 50 does not have the audio output unit 54 and an environment where the audio device 82 is used instead of the audio output unit 54 included in the portable accompaniment device 50. In the second case, an audio signal, e.g., accompaniment is transmitted to the audio device 82 through an FM transmitting unit 58 included in the portable accompaniment device 50 so that an audio signal is outputted through the audio device 82. In third, the portable accompaniment device 50 and the fixed type supporting device 70 are operated by a wireless transmitting/receiving function so that a user practice singing a song. This case includes an environment where there is a fixed type supporting device 70, and the video device 81 and the audio device 82 which are included in the fixed type supporting device 70. A user takes a pleasure in a more realistic image and audio.
In the third case, image, audio and other information are transmitted to the fixed type supporting device 70 having a wireless transceiving unit 71 through a wireless transceiving unit 59 included in the portable accompaniment device 50. The image, audio and other information are processed by the fixed type supporting device 70. The image processed by the fixed type supporting device 70 is displayed on the video device 81, and the audio is outputted through the audio device 82.
Of course, in the third case, the audio signal may be transmitted to the audio device 82 having an FM receiving unit 83 instead of the fixed type supporting device 70 through a wireless transceiving function of the portable accompaniment device 50, and may be outputted through the audio device 82. In another example, the fixed type supporting device 70 having an FM receiving unit may be used instead of the audio device 82 having no FM receiving function.
As mentioned above, a user may conveniently set and use a portable accompaniment apparatus into three cases in accordance with the present invention, and a space is efficiently used by connecting the portable accompaniment device 50 to the fixed type supporting device 70 through a wireless communication without a cable.
Meanwhile, components of the portable accompaniment device 50 may be selectively combined. For example, a wireless transceiving unit 59 performs a transceiving function instead of the FM transceiving unit 58 of the portable accompaniment device 50. In case that the video device 81 and the audio device 82 are installed on the fixed type supporting device 70, the portable accompaniment device 70 may not include the picture displaying unit 53 and the audio output unit 54. The components of the portable accompaniment may be selectively combined in accordance with three kind cases as mentioned above.
Hereinafter, when portable accompaniment apparatus of three cases in accordance with the present invention is described, the third case will be mainly described with reference to Fig. 2, and each component in the first case and third cases which are not described below will be understood to those skilled in the art through the first case.
Fig. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a portable accompaniment device and an accompaniment system using the same in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2, the portable accompaniment device 50 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a mic 51, a key input unit 52, a picture displaying unit 53, an audio output unit 54, a data storage unit55, a battery 56, an accompaniment processing unit 57, an FM transmitting unit 58, a wireless transceiving unit 59 and a control unit 60.
Meanwhile, a fixed type supporting device 70 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a wireless transceiving unit 71, an image processing unit 72, an audio processing unit, a data storage unit 74, an internet connection unit 75 and a control unit 76. Also, the fixed type supporting device 70 may be selectively connected to a video device 81 for displaying the words of song and a background picture, and an audio device 82 for outputting an audio sound such as accompaniment. It is preferred that the audio device 82 has an FM receiving unit 83.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, a central management server 90 and a DB 91 which are connected to the fixed type supporting device 70 are operated by a portable accompaniment device (preferably, a fixed type supporting device) manufacturer through an internet.
In the present invention, while a user carries out only a small size portable accompaniment device 50 without carrying out a fixed type accompaniment device 70, a user may practice singing a song through the video device 81 and the audio device 82 included in the fixed type supporting device 70 by connecting the portable accompaniment device 50 to the fixed type supporting device 70 installed on a specific place in case that the user wants to practice singing a song.
Moreover, in the present invention, the portable accompaniment device 50 and/or the fixed type supporting device 70 updates device information based on the information received from the central management server 90. The portable accompaniment device 50 and/or the fixed type supporting device 70 read and use song data stored in the DB 91 of the central management server 90 by connecting the fixed type supporting device 70 to the central management server 90 through an Internet according to a request of the user. The central management server 90 collects device/user information based on the information received from the portable accompaniment device 50 and/or the fixed type supporting device 70, and performs a function limitation/user operation limitation of the portable accompaniment device 50 and/or fixed type supporting device 70.
In the present invention, the portable accompaniment device 50 decreases its size by having a minimum function for performing a song accompaniment, and transmits basic image and audio information to the fixed type supporting device 70 so that the fixed type supporting device 70 processes the received information. Particularly, in the present invention, in state that the portable accompaniment device 50 stores only image indication information to indicate image data (e.g., which background of a moving picture is displayed) and minimum image information (e.g., a title of song, words of a song, accompaniment information, a displaying position, a displaying color, and a font size) except an image source file, e.g., TEXT, Joint Photographic Coding Experts Group (JPEG), Graphics Interchange Format (GIF), Audio Video Interleaving (AVI), MOV, the portable accompaniment device 50 transmits the image indication information and the minimum image information to the fixed type supporting device 70 so that the fixed type supporting device 70 generates and processes the corresponding image data when the song accompaniment function is performed. Hereinafter, the above mentioned various technical points will be described in detail with reference to each component shown in Fig. 2.
The portable accompaniment device 50 will be described as follows.
The mic 51 is a unit for inputting an audio signal, which is inputted by a user, to a control unit 60.
The key input unit 52 is a unit for inputting a key signal, which is inputted by a user, to the control unit 60 through a plurality of key buttons, and may include combination of a device power on/off button, a song start/end button, a scroll button, a hot key button for a specific function (e.g., a special button for searching a song), a numerical button and a character button. The picture displaying unit 53 is a unit for displaying simple image data, e.g., the number of a song, a title of a song, words of a song and a short expression, and is implemented by a Super Twisted Nematic Liquid Crystal Display (STN LCD), a Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD), an inorganic Electroluminescence (EL), an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) and a Plasma Display Panel (PDP). It is preferable that the picture displaying unit 53 having a corresponding screen size is attached to the portable accompaniment device 50 based on a size of the portable accompaniment device 50.
The audio output unit 54 is a unit for outputting simple audio data, e.g., guide announcement of menu description, guide announcement of device operating method description, a title of a song, words of a song, accompaniment and a song start/end alarm sound, and may include combination of a single speaker, a dual speaker, a stereo type speaker, an earphone and a headset.
The data storage unit 55 stores minimum data for performing a song accompaniment function. For example, the data storage unit 55 stores not an audio source file (e.g., MPEG layer 3 (MP3), Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MID), Windows Media Audio (WMA), etc) for all songs but a preference song, and not all image source files but the image indication information (e.g., location which background of a moving picture is displayed) and minimum image information (e.g., a title of song, words of a song, accompaniment information, a displaying position, a displaying color, and a font size). Here, the data storage unit 55 of the portable accompaniment device 50 does not need a high capacitance. On the other hand, in case that all song data are not stored in the portable accompaniment device 50, it will be described below that the portable accompaniment device 50 receives and uses song data requested by a user from the data storage unit 55 the fixed type supporting device 70 or the DB 91 of the central management server 90.
Also, the portable accompaniment device 50 further may include a sub storage medium. For example, it is preferable that the sub storage medium is detachably connected to the portable accompaniment device 50 in case that the accompaniment data received from the fixed type supporting device 70 has a large file size or needs an extra storage space for processing the accompaniment data when the accompaniment data received from the fixed type supporting device 70 is played.
The battery 56 is a unit for providing a power, which drives the portable accompaniment device, to the portable accompaniment device, and may be implemented by a dry cell, a recharger, or a DC-DC converter which provides a power provided from an external device through an adapter. Meanwhile, as described below, the battery 56 does not need a high output and high capacity since a power consumption quantity of the inner components is small and an operation quantity of the portable accompaniment device 50 of the present invention is small.
The accompaniment processing unit 57 generates a corresponding accompaniment based on audio source file such as MIDI, PCM, MP3, WMA and OGG provided from the data storage unit 55, the fixed type supporting device 70 or the central management server 90 through the fixed type supporting device 70 by a control of the control unit 60, and mixes accompaniment signal with a user audio signal inputted in the mic 51. Further, the accompaniment processing unit 57 performs a musical function such as a musical effect (e.g., a chorus), a melody adjustment, a tempo change, a musical interval adjustment, a rhythm change, a syllable/phrase management and a song ending process. The FM transmitting unit 58 transmits the mixed signal (singer's voice sound + accompaniment), which is generated and processed in the accompaniment processing unit 57 by the control of the control unit 60, to the FM receiving unit 83 of the audio device 82 through a wireless communication. Thus, the FM receiver 83 transmits and outputs the mixed signal (singer's voice sound + accompaniment) received from the portable accompaniment device 50 to the audio device 82.
The wireless transceiving unit 59 transmits the image information and audio information and the other information stored in the data storage unit 55 to the fixed type supporting device 70 through a wireless communication by a control of the control unit, and receives various information such as audio source file and device upgrade information from the fixed type supporting device 70 and/or the central management server 90 via the fixed type supporting device 70. Each of the wireless transceiving unit 59 of the portable accompaniment device 50 and the wireless transceiving unit 71 of the fixed type supporting device 70 may transceive data through a Bluetooth, a zigbee, an IrDA communication and the like.
As mentioned previously, the portable accompaniment device 50 transmits all kinds of information to the fixed type supporting device 60. Particularly, when the song accompaniment function is performed, the control unit 60 of the portable accompaniment device 50 enables the image indication information to indicate image data (e.g., location which background of a moving picture is displayed) and the minimum image information (e.g., a title of song, words of a song, accompaniment information, a displaying position, a displaying color, and a font size) to be transmitted to the fixed type supporting device 70 through the wireless transceiving unit 59. The image indication information and the minimum image information transceiving, processing and the like will be described in detail below.
Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, the audio signal, which is processed in the accompaniment processing unit 57 by the control of the control unit 60 may be transmitted to the fixed type supporting device 70 through the wireless transceiving unit 59 without installing the FM transmitting unit 58 for transmitting the audio signal [signer's voice sound + accompaniment] on the portable accompaniment device 50. Thus, the fixed type supporting device 70 processes, transmits and outputs the audio signal received from the portable accompaniment device 50 through the audio processing unit 73 of the fixed type supporting device 70. In another embodiment, the FM transceiving unit may not be included in the portable accompaniment device 50 and the audio device 82.
On the other hand, the fixed type supporting device 70 will be described as follows. The control unit 76 processes various kinds information received from the portable accompaniment device 50 through the wireless transceiving unit 71. Particularly, when the song accompaniment function is performed, the control unit 76 searches the image source file (e.g., background moving picture file and the like) corresponding to the image indication information received from the portable accompaniment device 50, in the data storage unit 74. The control unit 76 enables the background picture to be displayed on the video device 81 by processing the image source file in the image processing unit 72. Further, the control unit 76 enables the responding title of a song, words of a song and the like to be displayed on a specific location of the screen of the video device 81 with a specific color and a specific font by processing the minimum image information received from the portable accompaniment device 50 in the image processing unit 72.
The image processing unit 72 is a unit for controlling the video device 81, and particularly, performs a picture configuration, e.g., a picture display location setting/application, a picture displaying font setting/application and the like, to be displayed on the video device 81. Also, the image processing unit 72 may perform a decoding of compressed image data. Moreover, if the audio signal (singer's voice sound + accompaniment) is received from the portable accompaniment device 50 through the wireless transceiving unit 71, the control unit 76 enables the audio processing unit 73 to process and transmit the audio signal to the audio device 82 to be outputted. The audio processing unit 73 may have an output volume control function, a recording function and an amplifying function. Here, the recoding function represents that the audio signal (user's voice sound + accompaniment) received from the portable accompaniment device 50 is recorded and stored in the data storage unit 74. Further, the fixed type supporting device does not need the audio processing unit 73 since the user's voice sound and the accompaniment may be transmitted from the FM transmitting unit 58 of the portable accompaniment device 50 to the audio device 82 via the FM receiving unit 83.
The data storage unit 74 stores mass data, e.g., audio source files (e.g., MP3, MIDI, WMA and the like) and image source files for all songs. The internet connection unit 75 is a unit for connecting the fixed type supporting device 70 to the internet. The fixed supporting device 70 performs a data communication with the central management server 90 through the internet connection. The internet connection unit 75 is implemented by a wire LAN card or a wireless LAN card.
On the other hand, the central management server 90 will be described as follows.
The DB 91 of the central management server 90 stores user/device information of the portable accompaniment device (e.g., a user name/identifier ( ID) /password number, a song information downloaded by a user, device serial number, device setting information, device upgrade information, device error information, battery remaining state information, communication breaking information, device environment setting information), and user/device information of the fixed type supporting device (e.g., an owner name/ID/password number, a connection list of the portable accompaniment device, device serial number, device setting information, device upgrade information, device error information, battery remaining state information, communication breaking information, device environment setting information), an audio source file, an image source file, and the like. The central management server 90 collects the user/device information of the portable accompaniment device and/or the user/device information of the fixed type supporting device from the fixed type supporting device 70 through internet, and stores the collected information in the DB 91.
Also, the central management server 90 provides a firmware upgrade file of the portable accompaniment device 50 through the fixed type supporting device 70 based on the collected information of the portable accompaniment device, and enables the portable accompaniment device 50 to be upgraded. When upgrading the devices, the fixed type supporting device 70 may upgrade itself by using the firmware upgrade file received fro the central management server 90. Moreover, if the central management server 90 receives a request for downloading a specific audio source file (e.g., latest song data) or/and a specific image source file (e.g., a background of latest manufactured moving picture) from the portable accompaniment device 50 through the fixed type supporting device 70, the central management server 90 transmits the corresponding information, files and the like to the fixed type supporting device 70, or transmits the corresponding information, files and the like to the portable accompaniment device 50 through the fixed type supporting device 70.
Thus, the portable accompaniment device 50 selects the corresponding song data by a user and performs song accompaniment in state that the corresponding audio source file is stored. Meanwhile, the fixed type supporting device 70 displays the corresponding image to the image indication information and minimum image information received from the portable accompaniment device 50 on the corresponding picture location through the video device 81 in state that the corresponding image source file is stored.
Also, the central management server 90 performs a function for locking the fixed type supporting device 70 so that a user who are not registered in formal may not use the fixed type supporting device by checking the user information of the portable accompaniment device and/or the user information of the fixed type supporting device which are collected through the fixed type supporting device. Further, the central management server 90 performs a use limitation/allowance of a specific function of the fixed type supporting device 70 based on a level of the user by checking the user information of the portable accompaniment device using the fixed type supporting device. On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of fixed type supporting device 70 may be managed by a management function of a central manager (not illustrated in drawings) in state the fixed type supporting device 70 is connected to the central manager without connecting the fixed type supporting device 70 to the central management server 90 through Internet.
The central manager is a device for managing each song accompaniment device installed on each singing room, and allotting a song practice time (or coin) to the song accompaniment device or receives a request of a beverage from a user through the song accompaniment device, or provides an additional service. Here, the central manager transceives data with the fixed type supporting device through a serial communication, a LAN communication and the like.
For example, a manufacturer of the fixed type supporting device or a provider of the portable song accompaniment service may operate a plurality of fixed type supporting devices 70 in a singing room or people congestion place. The manufacturer and provider manages the fixed type supporting device 70 through the central manager and enables a user to connecting the portable accompaniment device 50 to the fixed type supporting device 70 through a wireless communication.
The manufacturer and provider provides a service which is requested by a user to use the fixed type supporting device through the central manager, or checks the device state information (e.g., battery remaining quantity shortage, device error and the like) received from the portable accompaniment device which is connected to the fixed type supporting device with wireless through the central manager, or checks the communication breaking (e.g., a communication breaking caused by burglar or error) between the fixed type supporting device and the portable accompaniment device through the central manager.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, in case that the fixed type supporting device 70 is not installed on a previously mentioned specific place neither having the video device 81 described with reference to Fig. 2, the portable accompaniment device 50 outputs an audio signal such as the accompaniment through the audio device 82 with a wireless communication between the FM transmitting unit 58 and the FM receiving unit 83 without performing a wireless communication with the fixed type supporting device 60 (e.g., no performance of an image displaying function such as word of a song, a background picture). Thus, a user sings a song while the user sees the words of a song printed on a book or a paper. Here, a user the audio device 83 having the FM receiving unit 83 is carried out by a user or is installed on a previously mentioned specific place.
Additionally, in theses embodiments, the image such as the words of song may be displayed on the picture displaying unit of the portable accompaniment device 50 since the words of song may not be displayed on the video device 81 through the fixed type supporting device 70. In another embodiment, if the portable accompaniment device does not have a picture displaying unit, the image information such as the words of song is converted/represented into audio information, and is transmitted to the audio device 82 through an FM transceiving function. Thus, the audio information corresponding to the image information is outputted to the audio device 82. Of course, the portable accompaniment device 50 may output the audio information corresponding to the image information through the audio output unit instead of transmitting the audio information to the audio device through the FM transceiving function.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, the portable accompaniment device may further include a sub wireless mic. A plurality of sub wireless mics may be connected to the portable accompaniment device 50, and is a device for practicing singing a song of a duet, a chorus and the like.
The sub wireless mic transmits the voice signal received from a user to a wireless transceiving unit of the portable accompaniment device through a wireless transceiving unit. Here, the portable accompaniment device has the wireless transceiving unit for a data communication with the fixed supporting device and a sub wireless transceiving unit for a data communication with the sub wireless mic (as referred to as "a wireless transceiving unit for the sub wireless mic"), or may perform a data communication with the fixed type supporting device and the sub wireless mic by having one wireless transceiving unit.
Also, the sub wireless mic may further selectively includes a picture displaying unit, an audio output unit, a key input unit and the like.
The picture displaying unit of the sub wireless mic displays image data, e.g., song number, song title, words of song, short expression and the like which is provided from the portable accompaniment device through a wireless communication, or stored in the device.
The audio output unit of the sub wireless mic outputs audio data, e.g., a menu description guide announcement, device operation guide announcement, song title, words of song, accompaniment, song start/end alarm sound and the like which is provided from the portable accompaniment device through a wireless communication, or stored in the device.
The key input unit of the sub wireless mic may include a combination of a mic power on/off button, a song start/end button, a scroll button, a specific function hot key button (e.g., a special button for searching a song), a numerical button, a character button and the like, and these key signals are inputted to the portable accompaniment device through a wireless communication .
While the present invention has been described with respect to certain preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirits and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. An accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device, comprising: a portable accompaniment device having a first wireless transceiving unit, for storing image indication information and minimum image information, and transmitting the image indication information and minimum image information through the first wireless transceiving unit; and a fixed type supporting device having a second wireless transceiving unit, for storing image source file, and displaying the image source file corresponding to the image indication information and the minimum image information received from the first wireless transceiving unit through the second wireless transceiving unit.
2. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 1, wherein the portable accompaniment device includes: a mic for receiving a voice signal and converting the voice signal to an electric signal; a key input unit for receiving a key signal through a key button; a first data storage unit for storing image indication information, which indicates image data, and minimum image information including a text, a displaying location, a color and accompaniment information; a picture displaying unit for displaying minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit; an audio output unit for outputting accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit; and a control unit for controlling the first storage unit and the second wireless transceiving unit so that the image indication information and minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit are transmitted to the second wireless transceiving unit through the first wireless transceiving unit.
3. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 2, wherein the portable accompaniment device further includes: an accompaniment processing unit for mixing the voice signal inputted from the mic with the accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit, wherein the control unit controls the first wireless transceiving unit so that the mixed signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit is transmitted to the first wireless transceiving unit.

The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 2, wherein the portable accompaniment device further includes: an accompaniment processing unit for mixing the voice signal inputted from the mic with the accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit; and an FM transceiving unit for transceiving the mixed signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit, wherein the control unit controls the FM transceiving unit so that the mixed signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit is transmitted through the FM transmitting unit.
5. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 1, wherein the fixed type supporting device includes: a second data storage unit for storing an image source file; an image processing unit for reading the image source file corresponding to the image indication information and minimum image information received through the second wireless transceiving unit in the second data storage unit, and displaying text information having a song title and words of song corresponding to the image indication information and minimum image information on a specific location of a video device or with a color; a video device for outputting the image source file and the text information, which is processed to be read in the image processing unit, on a background picture; and a control unit for controlling the image processing unit so that the image source file and text information corresponding to the received image indication information and the minimum image information are outputted to the video device through the image processing unit.

The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 5, wherein the fixed type supporting device further includes: an audio processing unit for processing a volume adjusting function, a recording function, an amplifying function on the mixed signal, which is a signal generated by mixing the voice signal and accompaniment information, received through the second wireless transceiving unit; and an audio device for outputting a signal processed in the audio processing unit, wherein the control unit controls the audio processing unit so that the received mixed signal is processed in the audio processing unit and is outputted to the audio device.

The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 5, wherein the fixed type supporting device further includes: an FM receiving unit for receiving the mixed signal, which is a signal generated by mixing the voice signal and accompaniment information, from the portable accompaniment device; and an audio device for outputting the mixed signal received in the FM receiving unit.

The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 1, wherein the fixed type supporting device further includes: an internet connection unit for allowing an internet access through a network, wherein the accompaniment system further including: a central management server for collecting user/device information of the portable accompaniment device and/or user/device information of the fixed type supporting device through the internet connection unit of the fixed type supporting device, and providing a firmware upgrade file based on the collected information to the portable accompaniment device, or selectively providing information to the fixed type supporting device so that the information is provided to the only registered user by checking the user information.
9. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 8, wherein the central management server includes: a DB for storing user/device information of the portable accompaniment, user/device information of the fixed type supporting device, an audio source file, an image source file and a firmware upgrade file of the accompaniment device.
10. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 8, wherein the central management server provides the audio source file or/and the image source file to the fixed type supporting device, or to the portable accompaniment device via the fixed type supporting device if the audio source file or/and the image source file is requested to be downloaded from the portable accompaniment device, wherein the portable accompaniment device stores the audio source file transmitted from the central management server, and performs a song accompaniment by reading the corresponding song data, wherein the fixed type supporting device stores the image source file transmitted from the central management server, and outputs and displays the image corresponding to the image indication information and minimum image information received from the portable accompaniment device.
11. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 1, further including: a central manager for managing at least one fixed type supporting device and the portable accompaniment device, and being connected to the fixed type supporting device.
12. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 11, wherein the central manager provides a requested service allowing a user to use the fixed type supporting device, or checks the device state information of the fixed type supporting device, or the device state information received from the portable accompaniment device connected to the fixed type supporting device through a wireless network, or checks a communication breakage between the fixed type supporting device and the portable accompaniment device.
13. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 1, wherein the image indication information includes an image source file indicator, and the minimum image information includes at least any one of a song title, words of song, a displaying location, a displaying color and a font size.
14. An accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device, comprising: a portable accompaniment device having an FM transmitting unit, for transmitting the audio signal having voice sound and accompaniment through the FM transmitting unit; and an audio device having an FM receiving unit for receiving the audio signal transmitted from the FM transmitting unit, and outputting the received audio signal.
15. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 14, wherein the portable accompaniment device includes: a mic for converting and inputting voice signal to an electric signal; a key input unit for inputting a key signal through a key button; a first data storage unit for storing image indication information, which indicates image data, and minimum image information including a text, a displaying location, a color and accompaniment information; a picture displaying unit for displaying the minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit; an FM transmitting unit for transmitting an audio signal having a voice sound and accompaniment to the FM receiving unit; and a control unit for controlling the first storage unit so that the image indication information and minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit are displayed on a picture displaying unit, and controlling the FM transmitting unit so that the audio signal is transmitted to the audio device.
16. The accompaniment system using a portable accompaniment device as recited in claim 15, wherein the portable accompaniment device further includes: an accompaniment processing unit for mixing the accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit and the voice sound signal inputted from the mic, wherein the FM transmitting unit transmits the mixing signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit to the FM receiving unit, wherein the control unit controls the FM transmitting unit so that the mixing signal is transmitted through the FM transmitting unit.
17. A portable accompaniment device, comprising: a mic for receiving a voice signal and converting the voice signal to an electric signal; a key input unit for receivng a key signal through a key button; a first data storage unit for storing minimum image information including a text, a displaying location, a color and accompaniment information; a picture displaying unit for displaying the minimum image information stored in the first data storage unit; an accompaniment processing unit for mixing the accompaniment information stored in the first data storage unit and the voice sound signal inputted from the mic; an audio output unit for outputting a mixed signal processed in the accompaniment processing unit; and a control unit for controlling the picture displaying unit so that the minimum image information is displayed, controlling the accompaniment processing unit so that the mixing signal is generated, and controlling the audio output unit so that the generated mixed signal is outputted through the audio output unit.
