formados cada uno por al menos dos cuerpos tubulares telescópicos, provistos de medios de bloqueo del movimiento relativo entre los mismos, estando provista la superficie lateral de los citados postes de seguridad, de medios para el acoplamiento rápido de una valla dispuesta transversal respecto a los postes de seguridad donde va acoplada, estando provistos dichos postes de seguridad, por lo menos en su extremo de superficies antideslizantes, incluyendo el conjunto de seguridad un elemento de seguridad superior formado por un elemento de sujeción vertical, cuyo extremo inferior presenta una prolongación horizontal que termina en un plano inclinado, incluyendo dicho elemento de seguridad superior una pieza horizontal desplazable verticalmente respecto al mismo y provista de medios de bloqueo en posición respecto a este, estando adaptado dicho elemento de seguridad superior para que la cornisa o saliente del edificio quede atrapada entre la citada prolongación horizontal y dicha pieza horizontal desplazable con el citado plano inclinado, apoyado sobre el extremo superior del poste de seguridad, estando el elemento de seguridad superior provisto de medios de acoplamiento rápido de una valla transversal incluyendo dicha valla un zócalo que cubre la parte inferior de la misma, estando dotados de medios de bloqueo del movimiento relativo entre los cuerpos tubulares telescópicos del poste de seguridad que comprende un elemento tubular de escasa longitud que rodea la parte central del poste de seguridad en la zona de encaje de ambos cuerpos tubulares, el cual está roscado interiormente para encajar por roscado en una rosca exterior del extremo superior del elemento tubular inferior, de manera que el giro de dicho elemento tubular de escasa longitud en el sentido de apriete provoca el desplazamiento vertical del mismo hacia el cuerpo tubular superior del poste de seguridad, presentando dicho elemento tubular por lo menos una abertura lateral para el encaje de por lo menos una llave de palanca adaptada para el accionamiento en rotación del mismo, constando de unos medios para el acoplamiento rápido de una valla que comprenden unos ganchos adaptados para introducirse en unos orificios de la citada valla, mientras que los medios para el acoplamiento rápido de una valla comprenden pares de ganchos dispuestos en el poste de seguridad adaptados para introducirse en los orificios respectivos pares de vallas formando ángulo recto entre ellas, disponiéndose cada gancho de dichos pares de ganchos a distinta altura para evitar la interferencia entre las citadas vallas, mientras que los citados medios para el accionamiento rápido de una valla se disponen en los cuerpos tubulares de cada poste de seguridad, estando formada las vallas por una estructura de barras horizontales y de otras barras de refuerzo, siendo dichas barras extensibles en longitud para variar la longitud operativa de la valla, caracterizadas en que el elemento de acople (10) está fabricado en poliamida y fibras y presenta en su cuerpo (11) unos rehundidos de seguridad (24) en sus embocaduras (18 y 19) que encajan con las pestañas (50) que emergen de la zona central de las abrazaderas (28) las cuales rodean los elementos tubulares (2-3) de los postes de seguridad (1) cuya superficie lateral presente más de un resalte (52), proveyéndose en la
