Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gusswerkzeuges, wobei der Grünling mittels eines Stereolithographieverfahrens aus einer Suspension von Keramikpartikeln hergestellt wird. Zu diesem Zweck weist diese Suspension einen mittels Strahlung aushärtbaren Binder auf, der beispielsweise mit einem Laser lokal ausgehärtet wird. Anschließend wird der Grünling einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen, um den Binder aus dem Grünling zu entfernen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Suspension im Wesentlichen lösungsmittelfrei ist und die zur Verarbeitung mittels Stereolithographie erforderliche geringe Viskosität durch eine Variation der Konzentration eines Dispergators für die Keramikpartikel beeinflusst wird. Hierdurch lassen sich thermisch beanspruchte Bauteile aus der Keramik herstellen, die aufgrund ihrer hohen Dichte auch eine hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit aufweisen. Als keramisches Bauteil lässt sich beispielsweise eine Form (11) mit einem Kern (13) herstellen.
