本发明所述方法, 其中, 主持人终端根据发言权被占用消息中的用户标 识确定当前发言的 PoC用户与当前发言权队列中的一项相同,则从所述发言权 队列中删除该项。
所述方法还包括:
当前主持人终端向 PoC服务器提交承载有待切换到的主持人标识的主持 人协商请求;
PoC服务器确定所述待切换的主持人终端是否可以担任主持人,如果可以 担任主持人, 则将协商请求发送给待切换到的主持人终端; 如果不可以担任 主持人, 则发送错误回复至当前请求切换的主持人终端;
若可以担任主持人的待切换的主持人终端接收所述切换请求, 则发送切 换成功消息给当前请求切换的主持人;
若可以担任主持人的待切换的主持人不接受切换请求, 则发送切换失败 消息给当前请求切换的主持人终端。
本发明所述的方法, 其中, 若当前主持人终端上存在安排好的发言权队 列, 和 /或发言权请求队列, 则将所述队列承载于所述协商请求中。
一种主持人终端, 用于包括无线一键通业务 PoC服务器及多个 PoC用户终 端的发言权控制系统, 其中, 包括- 发言权队列配置模块,用于安排发言次序,发送发言权派发消息至 PoC服 务器;
发言权队列维护模块, 用于更新发言权队列, 下发发言权派发维护消息 至 PoC服务器。
本发明所述的终端, 还包括:
发言权请求存储模块, 用于保存用户发言权请求, 为发言权队列配置模 块提供数据源。 由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明通过主持人终端安排发 言次序,并向 PoC服务器派发发言权,由 PoC服务器将发言权派发给指定的 PoC 用户, 使发言权的控制操作更加灵活, 更好的满足了调度系统的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心思想是提供一种发言权控制方法及系统, 引入主持人终端, 通过主持人终端派发发言权给 PoC服务器, PoC服务器再通知 PoC用户发言, 使发言权的控制操作更加灵活, 更好的满足了调度系统的需求。
本发明提供一种发言权控制系统, 本实施例所述系统架构如图 1所示, 包 括主持人终端、 PoC服务器及多个 PoC用户终端。
其中, 所述主持人终端包括多个功能模块, 用于实现发言权的控制, 即, 包括: 发言权队列配置模块、 发言权队列维护模块、 及发言权请求存储模块。
所述发言权队列配置模块, 用于根据发言权请求存储模块保存的用户发 言权请求, 安排发言次序, 并按某种策略自动配置发言权队列, 及发送发言 权派发消息至 PoC服务器;
所述发言权队列维护模块, 用于更新发言权队列, 下发发言权派发维护 消息给 PoC服务器, 实现与 PoC服务器中发言权队列消息的同步;
所述发言权请求存储模块, 用于保存用户发言权请求, 并为发言权配置 模块提供数据源。
本发明提供一种发言权控制方法, 其一种实施例的操作流程如图 2所示, 具体包括如下步骤:
步骤 1 : PoC用户终端 A发送一个标识建立以主持人方式控制发言权的会 话请求至 PoC服务器;
PoC用户终端 A可通过扩展 OMA (开放移动联盟) 的 PoC标准中的呼叫流 程中的 invite/refer请求,在所述会话请求中的 Request-UR 请求统一资源标识) 域中指定会话采用主持人控制发言权的方式, 并在所述会话请求中承载可以 担任主持人的人员 URI列表, PoC服务器保存此列表;
如: 可以设置会话请求中 Request-URI域的值为 sip ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话发起 t¾、议) : OMA-Golfbuddies@networkX.net; session=chat; floor-control=moderate;其中, floor-control=moderate表示会话的发言权控制将 采用主持人控制的方式;或者将主持的 PoC会话作为一种群组会话类型,此时, 对应 Request-URI域 的 值为 sip : OMA-Golfbuddies@networkX.net ; session=moderate;
步骤 2: PoC服务器确定此次会话的主持人及会话参与者;
首先,判定所述发送会话请求的 PoC用户终端是否为主持人, 该判定方法 包括: 从 XDM服务器中获取群组定义的支持人信息, 或者从临时群组会话的 请求中获得主持人列表,然后检査该 PoC用户终端是否在主持人列表中; 若所 述 PoC用户终端是主持人, 则邀请所有的待邀请者参加会话; 若所述 PoC用户 终端不是主持人, 则首先邀请所有的主持人, 将第一个发送应答的主持人作 为本次会话的主持人, 再邀请其他非主持人的待邀请者参与会话 (对于获取 待邀请者的过程本发明不作限定);本实施例示图 2以所述发送会话请求的 PoC 用户终端 A不是主持人为例;
在主持人发言权控制过程中可能发生主持人切换操作, 其具体切换过程 将在后面结合图 4加以说明;
步骤 3 : 主持人终端配置发言权队列, 并向 PoC服务器提交发言权派发或 发言权派发维护消息;
主持人终端的发言权队列配置模块按某种策略自动配置发言权队列, 或 主持人手动配置发言权队列, 所述发言权队列用来存放主持人发言权派发的 结果。 所述的自动配置策略可根据需要选择, 如可以按照先申请先获得发言 权策略配置发言权队列, 存储于主持人终端;
主持人终端向 PoC服务器提交的发言权派发消息中承载有一个发言人列 表, 该列表中包括一个或多个发言人信息;
当主持人终端需要修改发言权派发时, 由发言权队列维护模块下发发言 权派发维护消息; 所述维护包括: 删除原队列中的一个或多个发言人、 修改 原队列中一个人或多个人在队列中的位置, 或者在原队列中添加一个或多个 发言人。 若需要删除原队列中的一个或多个发言人, 则在该维护消息中承载一个 删除列表, 该删除列表中包括一个或多个需要删除的发言人消息;
若需要修改发言人消息, 则在维护消息中承载某人的发言权在队列中的 位置;
若需要添加一个或多个发言人, 则在维护消息中承载一添加列表, 表明 添加人的发言权在队列中的位置;
所述位置可以是相对位置, 即相对于另一人的发言权的位置, 也可以是 绝对位置, 即该人在队列中的排位;
当主持人终端维护的内容比较多, 则可用新生成的发言权队列以发言权 派发维护消息的方式提交给 PoC服务器, 并指示 PoC服务器替换掉以前的对应 的列表;
步骤 4: PoC服务器更新发言权队列;
PoC服务器接收到上述主持人终端的发言权派发或发言权派发维护消息 后, 若接收到的发言权派发不存在, 则建立一发言权队列; 若所述发言权队 列已存在, 则维护发言权队列, 保持当前发言权队列与主持人终端的发言权 队列同步;
步骤 5 : PoC服务器根据上述派发消息告知相应的 PoC用户终端 A开始发 言, 并更新发言权队列;
PoC服务器从发言权队列中取出第一项, 即优先级最高的一项, 告知该项 对应的 PoC用户终端开始发言, 如图 2中的 PoC用户终端 A, 同时, 可以通知其 他 PoC用户终端, 如 PoC用户终端 B及主持人终端发言权被占用, 准备接听发 言; PoC服务器在告知相应 PoC用户终端开始发言后,更新当前的发言权队列, 即从原队列中删除该 PoC用户;
步骤 6: 主持人终端删除当前发言的 PoC用户;
主持人终端接收到所述发言权被占用消息后, 由发言权队列维护模块根 据发言权被占用消息中的用户标识确定当前发言的 PoC用户与当前发言权队 列中的一项是否相同, 贝 I」, 若相同, 则删除该项;
步骤 7: PoC用户终端 A发言后, 释放发言权;
PoC用户终端 A接收到发言权后, 开始发言, 发言结束后发送释放发言权 消息给 PoC服务器, 释放发言权; 步骤 8: PoC服务器从发言人队列中选择另一项, 并派发该项对应的 PoC 用户终端开始发言;
该派发操作同步骤 3。
上述操作过程为 PoC用户终端没有发送发言权请求的情况下,主持人终端 派发发言权的过程。 当有 PoC用户终端发出发言权请求时, PoC用户终端首先 向 PoC服务器发出所述请求, 由 PoC服务器将所述请求告知主持人终端, 所述 用户发送的发言权请求消息中承载有用户标识, 和 /或请求描述, 如紧急情况 汇报等; 主持人终端接收到所述请求后, 由发言权请求存储模块保存该请求, 并由发言权队列配置模块根据用户的请求派发发言权。
PoC用户终端在发送发言权请求消息后, 可以根据需要取消发言权的申 请, 其过程为: 首先, PoC用户终端发送取消发言权请求给 PoC服务器, PoC 服务器收到所述取消请求后, 如果 PoC服务器采用了发言权队列且该 PoC用户 的发言权已在所述队列中, 贝 ijPoC服务器在发言权队列中删除该用户请求, 并 向所述发出请求的 PoC用户终端发送取消确认消息; 否则, PoC服务器将请求 发给主持人终端, 同时记录该取消请求的处理状态, 在收到主持人终端发送 的该取消请求的最终处理状态前, 如新的派发中包含该用户, 则过滤掉该用 户; 主持人终端收到所述取消请求后, 从已安排好的发言权队列或用户发言 权请求中删除该用户请求并向原请求的 PoC用户终端回复取消请求确认消息, 用户的取消发言权请求的操作完成。
上述操作过程为主持人终端及 PoC服务器都存在一个预先配置的发言权 队列的情况, 当 PoC服务器端不存在所述队列时, 其操作过程如图 3所示, 与 前述操作过程区别在于, 由于 PoC服务器端不存在发言权队列,在派发发言权 时, 由于主持人终端存在队列,则 PoC服务器首先向主持人终端请求派发一个 发言权; 此时, 若主持人终端的发言权队列为空, 则主持人终端回复发言权 空闲消息给 PoC服务器; 若主持人终端发言权队列非空, 则主持人终端从所述 队列中取出第一项 (即优先级最高的)并传送给 PoC服务器; 接着, 再由 PoC 服务器将所述派发消息告知相应的 PoC用户终端, PoC用户终端发言接收后, 释放发言权, 再重复上述派发操作。
上述发言权派发操作的各步骤可以并发执行。
如图 4所示为主持人切换过程, 具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 21 : 主持人终端向 PoC服务器提交主持人协商请求,所述请求中承载 有待切换到的主持人终端标识, 若当前主持人终端上存在安排好的发言权队 列, 和 /或发言权请求队列, 则同时携带在该请求中;
步骤 22: PoC服务器确定所述待切换的主持人终端是否在可以担任主持人 的列表中; 如果是, 则执行步骤 23 ; 否则, 执行步骤 24; ;
步骤 23: PoC服务器将协商请求发送至待切换到的主持人终端; 步骤 24, PoC服务器发送错误回复至当前主持人终端, 结束;
步骤 25 : 待切换的主持人回复是否接受切换请求; 若接受, 则执行步骤 26; 否则, 执行步骤 27;
步骤 26: 待切换的主持人终端发送切换成功消息至当前请求切换的主持 人终端, 切换主持人终端, 结束;
步骤 27: 待切换的主持人终端发送切换失败消息至当前请求切换的主持 人终端, 结束。
在上述主持人切换过程中, 若接收到发言权请求, 则当前主持人回复请 求失败消息给所述请求的 PoC用户终端。
综上所述, 本发明通过主持人终端控制发言权, 在主持人终端预先配 ¾ 发言权队列并保持实时更新, PoC服务器根据所述发言权队列进行发言权派发 操作, 使发言权的派发操作更加简便、 快捷。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种发言权控制系统,包括无线一键通业务 PoC服务器及多个 PoC用户 终端, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括主持人终端, 与 PoC服务器相连, 用于安 排发言次序, 派发发言权。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种发言权控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述主持人 终端包括:
发言权队列配置模块, 用于安排发言次序, 发送发言权派发消息至 PoC 服务器;
发言权队列维护模块, 用于更新发言权队列, 下发发言权派发维护消息 至 PoC服务器。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种发言权控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述主持人 终端还包括:
发言权请求存储模块, 用于保存用户发言权请求, 为发言权队列配置模 块提供数据源。
4、 一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
主持人终端安排发言次序, 并向 PoC服务器派发发言权;
PoC服务器将发言权派发给指定的 PoC用户终端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述主持人 终端向 PoC服务器派发发言权的步骤进一步包括:
主持人终端预先配置发言权队列并实时同步至 PoC服务器。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述主持人 终端预先配置发言权队列并实时同步至 PoC服务器的步骤进一步包括:主持人 终端向 PoC服务器提交发言权派发消息或发言权派发维护消息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述发言权 派发维护消息中承载有: 删除、 修改、 或添加一个或多个发言人的内容; 当需要删除原队列中的一个或多个发言人时, 则在所述维护消息中承载 删除列表, 该删除列表中包括一个或多个需要删除的发言人消息; 或,
当需要修改一个或多个发言人的发言权时, 则在所述维护消息中承载所 要修改的发言人的发言权在发言权队列中的位置信息; 或, 当需要添加一个或多个发言人时, 则在所述维护消息中承载添加列表, 表明添加的发言人的发言权在队列中的位置信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述位置信 息是相对于另一发言人的发言权的相对位置, 或该人在发言权队列中的绝对 位置。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进 一步包括- 主持人终端重新配置一个新的发言权队列以发言权派发维护消息的方式 提交给 PoC服务器, 并指示 PoC服务器替换掉以前的列表。
10、 如权利要求 5所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服 务器将发言权派发给指定的 PoC用户终端的步骤进一步包括:
PoC服务器一次派发发言权后,从发言权队列中删除被派发的发言权对应 的项。
11、 如权利要求 5所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述主持人 终端向 PoC服务器派发发言权的步骤进一步包括:
PoC服务器向主持人终端请求派发发言权,由主持人终端从预先配置的发 言权队列中选择优先级最高的一项, 发送至 PoC服务器。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于进一步包括: 若主持人终端的发言权队列为空, 则回复发言权空闲消息给 PoC服务器。
13、 如权利要求 5或 11所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述主 持人终端向 PoC服务器派发发言权的步骤进一步包括:
PoC服务器接收 PoC用户终端的发言权请求, 并将所述请求上报给主持人 终端, 由主持人终端根据所述 PoC用户终端的请求派发发言权传送至 PoC服务 器。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC 用户终端的发言权请求消息中承载有用户标识和 /或发言权请求描述信息。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC 服务器接收 PoC用户终端的发言权请求, 并将所述请求上报给主持人终端, 由 主持人终端根据所述 PoC用户终端的请求派发发言权传送至 PoC服务器之后, 进一步包括: PoC服务器接收 PoC用户终端的发言权取消请求, 如果 PoC服务器采用了 发言权队列且该 PoC用户终端的发言权已在所述队列中, 贝 ijPoC服务器在发言 权队列中删除该用户请求,并向所述发出请求的 PoC用户终端发送取消确认消 息; 否则,
PoC服务器将取消请求发送至主持人终端,主持人终端从已安排好的发言 权队列或用户发言权请求中删除该用户请求并向原请求的 PoC用户终端回复 取消请求确认消息。
16、如权利要求 15所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于进一步包括: PoC服务器将所述取消请求发送给主持人终端的同时记录该取消请求的 处理状态, 在收到主持人终端发送的该取消请求的最终处理状态前, 如果新 的派发中包含该 PoC用户, 则过滤掉该 PoC用户。
17、 如权利要求 4所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服 务器将发言权派发给指定的 PoC用户终端的步骤进一步包括:
PoC服务器向所述发言权队列中的其他 PoC用户终端和 /或主持人终端发 送携带当前发言的 PoC用户终端的用户标识的发言权被占用消息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于进一步包括: 主持人终端根据发言权被占用消息中的用户标识确定当前发言的 PoC用 户终端与当前发言权队列中的一项相同, 则从所述发言权队列中删除该项。
19、 如权利要求 4所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于还进一步包括 如下步骤:
当前主持人终端向 PoC服务器提交承载有待切换到的主持人标识的主持 人协商请求;
PoC服务器确定所述待切换的主持人终端是否可以担任主持人,如果可以 担任主持人, 则将协商请求发送给待切换到的主持人终端; 如果不可以担任 主持人, 则发送错误回复至当前请求切换的主持人终端;
若可以担任主持人的待切换的主持人终端接受所述切换请求, 则发送切 换成功消息给当前请求切换的主持人;
若可以担任主持人的待切换的主持人不接受切换请求, 则发送切换失败 消息给当前请求切换的主持人终端。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的一种发言权控制方法, 其特征在于, 若当前主 持人终端上存在安排好的发言权队列, 和 /或发言权请求队列, 则将所述队列 承载于所述协商请求中。
21、 一种主持人终端, 用于包括无线一键通业务 PoC服务器及多个 PoC用 户终端的发言权控制系统, 其特征在于包括:
发言权队列配置模块, 用于安排发言次序, 发送发言权派发消息至 PoC 服务器;
发言权队列维护模块, 用于更新发言权队列, 下发发言权派发维护消息 至 PoC服务器。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的终端, 其特征在于还包括:
发言权请求存储模块, 用于保存用户发言权请求, 为发言权队列配置模 块提供数据源。
