Abstract

L'invention concerne un écran facial (10) comprenant un panneau (20) dimensionné pour couvrir au moins une partie du visage ; une structure de support (40) montée sur le panneau (20) et faisant saillie vers l'arrière de façon à rejoindre l'écran facial (10) et maintenir celui-ci sur la tête de l'utilisateur ; et une structure en pont (60) pour le nez faisant saillie vers l'arrière depuis le panneau (5) de façon à reposer sur le nez de l'utilisateur et à supporter ainsi le panneau (20) tout en écartant celui-ci du visage de l'utilisateur. Le panneau (20) de l'écran facial est de préférence configuré pour épouser sensiblement les contours du visage et est formé d'un matériau transparent. La structure en pont (60) comprend de préférence un pont (70) ayant une forme en U s'étendant vers l'arrière et pourvue d'un segment arrière (72) courbé vers le haut et relié à un segment avant sensiblement horizontal (74) et est dimensionnée pour s'ajuster de façon serrée sur le nez de l'utilisateur. Le panneau (20) de l'écran facial comprend de préférence un évent (192) pourvu d'au moins un orifice de respiration.
