Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé qui permet de commander le chauffage d'un bâtiment à un niveau désiré. On établit tout d'abord des caractéristiques spécifiques au bâtiment telles que des caractéristiques de construction technique et des données relatives au mode de fonctionnement du bâtiment et à l'emplacement dudit bâtiment et on prévoit des paramètres météorologiques pour l'emplacement du bâtiment. Sur ces bases, on calcule ensuite une prévision de température équivalente pour le bâtiment à des moments choisis dans le futur de sorte qu'il existe une relation linéaire entre l'alimentation en puissance de chauffage et la différence entre la température désirée à l'intérieur et ladite température équivalente. En dernier lieu, la chaleur est fournie en continu en fonction de cette différence.
