(h) 调度系统判断本次呼叫是否曾指定该终端退出且不允许接入: 如 果是, 则返回呼叫拒绝消息, 终端处理该呼叫拒绝消息, 结束; 否则, 允许 该终端接入, 发送该群组的寻呼消息, 进行步骤 (i ) ;
( i ) 判断该寻呼消息的群组标识地址与该终端起呼的群组标识地址是 否匹配: 如果是, 进行步骤 (j ) ; 否则, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 结束;
( j ) 终端判断该群组标识对应的群组退出符是否为 "不可主动重新接 入": 如果是, 进行步骤 (k) ; 否则, 进行步骤 (1 ) ;
(k)判断保留的消息号和寻呼消息中的消息号是否相同: 如果不相同, 进行步骤 (1 ) ; 如果相同, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 结束;
( 1 ) 终端接收并处理该寻呼消息, 保留该寻呼消息中的消息号, 设置 群组退出符为 "可被动接入" , 接入呼叫, 结束。
进一步地, 上述方法还可具有以下特点: 所述集群系统为 CDMA制式的 集群系统。
进一步地, 上述方法还可具有以下特点: 所述终端接入新的群组呼叫或 重新接入某次群组呼叫对, 将该群组的退出符初始化为 "可被动接入", 在 异常退出时, 该退出符保持不变。
进一步地, 上述方法还可具有以下特点: 所述终端在主动接入时会设置 一个标志, 所述终端在收到寻呼消息后, 通过该标志决定是执行空闲状态时 收到寻呼消息的流程, 还是执行主动发起群组呼叫时收到寻呼消息的处理流 程。
进一步地, 上述方法还可具有以下特点: 所述调度系统收到终端主动发 起的群组呼叫, 判断其为已经存在的群组呼叫且允许该终端接入时, 网络侧 向其返回该群组的寻呼消息, 该寻呼消息是调度系统针对该终端此次呼叫生 成和发送的寻呼消息, 或者是基站周期性发送的寻呼消息。
采用本发明所述的方法, 在采用周期寻呼方式的集群系统中, 保证了终 端在正常退出呼叫后不会被动地重新接入, 同时保证了异常退出后可被动地 重新接入。 进一步地, 本发明还可以实现终端自己正常退出后可主动重新接 入系统, 而在调度系统要求终端退出的情况下, 可以通过设定控制其 "可主 动重新接入"或 "不可主动重新接入"。 完善了对终端退出群组呼叫后的控 制。 附图概述

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明,
本实施例以 CDMA制式集群系统为例, 该系统采用按 GID周期寻呼方式。 如图 1所示, 该系统包括基站(BS) 、 移动终端和通过分组网络连接的调度 系统, 包括集群调度服务器和集群归属寄存器。
调度服务器维护每一个群组的消息号, 且对同一群组不同次的群组呼叫 的消息号进行更新, 保证在一段时间内各次呼叫的消息号不同。 每一次群组 呼叫中,消息号通过前向控制信道消息由基站发送给终端,终端接入呼叫后, 接收并保留该消息号。
本实施例中, 终端维护每一个所属群组的退出符, 包括 "可被动接入" 和 "不可被动接入"两类, 其中, "不可被动接入"的类别下又包括 "可主 动重新接入"和 "不可主动重新接入"两种。 其中, "可被动接入"表示该 终端是异常退出或者组呼被释放, 在收到周期性寻呼消息后可以被动地重新 接入本次呼叫。 "不可被动接入"表示该终端是正常退出, 不应被动地重新 接入本次呼叫。 其中的 "可主动重新接入"表示该终端可以主动重新接入本 次呼叫; 而 "不可主动重新接入"则表示该终端不可以主动重新接入本次呼 叫。
终端接入群组呼叫 (包括重新接入原呼叫和接入新的呼叫)后, 将该群 组的退出符初始化为 "可被动接入", 如果终端在一次群组呼叫过程中异常 退出, 由于没有重新设置退出符, 退出符仍为 "可被动接入", 因此, 该终 端可以在接收到本次呼叫的周期寻呼消息后重新接入。
终端在群组呼叫过程中主动退出时, 设置该群组的退出符为 "可主动重 新接入", 使得终端可以通过主动起呼重新接入该次呼叫, 并且在主动起呼 接入该次呼叫前不会被动接入。
调度系统要求终端退出, 在本实施例中考虑两种情况, 一种是调度系统 允许终端主动重新接入该群组呼叫, 另一种是不允许终端主动重新接入该群 组呼叫, 调度系统发送的释放消息中携带该指示信息并保存该设定。 终端在 接收到该释放消息后, 退出本次呼叫, 并根据释放消息中调度系统的指示信 息设置退出符为 "可主动重新接入"或 "不可主动重新接入" 。
图 2示出了本发明实施例终端被动接入的流程:
步骤 10, 终端处于空闲状态时, 接收到 GID寻呼消息;
步骤 11, 终端判断该寻呼消息的 GID地址与该终端所属的某个群组 GID 地址(在终端侧存储) 是否匹配, 如果是, 进行步骤 12, 否则进行步骤 15; 步骤 12, 终端判断该 GID对应的群组退出符是否为 "可被动接入", 如 果是, 进行步骤 14, 否则进行步骤 10;
步骤 13, 终端判断保留的消息号和寻呼消息中的消息号是否相同,如果 不相同, 进行步骤 14, 如果相同, 进行步骤 15; 步骤 14, 终端接收并处理该寻呼消息, 接入呼叫, 保留该寻呼消息中的 消息号, 结束;
步骤 15, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 不做进一步处理, 结束。
由上面的步骤可以看出, 只有当退出符为 "可被动接入"类型时, 终端 才可以被动的再一次接入系统, 解决了因为基站周期地发送寻呼消息使终端 不论是正常还是不正常退出之后, 接收到寻呼消息还会重新接入系统问题。
消息号的设置区分了同一个群组不同次的呼叫, 使得终端在接入该群组 新一次的群组呼叫时, 可以不受退出符设置情况的影响, 顺利接入呼叫。
图 3示出了本实施例终端在退出某个群组的某次呼叫后用户主动发起该 群组呼叫以重新接入的流程, 事实上, 由于再次接入时原群组呼叫可能已经 结束, 该流程也同样适用于发送新的呼叫的处理。
步骤 20, 在终端空闲状态下, 用户按下集群呼叫键, 终端发送群组呼叫 的起呼消息;
步骤 21, 调度系统在收到该起呼消息后, 判断该群组呼叫是否存在, 如 果是, 进行步骤 23, 否则, 进行步骤 22;
步骤 22, 调度系统向该终端返回起呼响应和信道指配消息, 表明此次呼 叫是由该终端发起的新的呼叫,终端接收并处理前向消息,接入呼叫, 结束; 步骤 23, 调度系统判断本次呼叫是否曾指定该终端退出且不允许接入, 如果是, 进行步骤 24, 否则进行步骤 25;
步骤 24, 调度系统向该终端返回呼叫拒绝消息, 终端处理该呼叫拒绝消 息, 结束;
步骤 25, 调度系统允许该终端接入, 向该终端发送 GID寻呼消息; 步骤 26, 终端接收到 GID寻呼消息, 判断该寻呼消息的 GID地址与该终 端起呼的群组 GID地址是否匹配, 如果是, 进行步骤 27, 否则进行步骤 30; 这里终端接收到的 GID消息可以是调度系统收到该终端起呼后特地向该 终端发送的 GID寻呼消息, 也可以是基站周期发送的 GID寻呼消息。 应该注 意, 在该流程中, 终端所处的状态并非空闲状态, 因此, 会执行本流程而非 图 2中的流程, 这两种状态可以通过终端在主动发起群组呼叫时设置的起呼 标识来区别。终端在收到 GID寻呼消息后,根据该标志来决定执行哪个流程。
步骤 27,终端判断该 GID对应的群组退出符是否为"不可主动重新接入", 如果不是, 进行步骤 29, 否则, 进行步骤 28;
步骤 28, 终端判断保留的消息号和寻呼消息中的消息号是否相同,如果 不相同, 进行步骤 29, 如果相同, 进行步骤 30;
步骤 29, 终端接收并处理该寻呼消息, 接入呼叫, 保留该寻呼消息中的 消息号, 并将对应群组退出符初始化为 "可被动接入", 结束;
步骤 30, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 不做进一步处理, 结束。
对于起呼不成功, 终端显示相应的提示信息。
综上所述, 本发明通过维护消息号和群组退出符, 实现了集群系统中终 端退出群组呼叫后重新接入的控制, 能保证终端在正常退出呼叫后不会因收 到周期性的寻呼消息而被动地重新接入, 又能在异常退出后重新接入, 进一 步还可以能够满足调度系统对终端退出后是否能够重新接入本次群组呼叫 的控制和终端主动退出该次群组呼叫后的主动重新接入。
本发明在上述实施例的基础上还可以有各种变换。 例如, 上述实施例实 际上公开了 3种控制处理的子方法。其一是图 2中终端在正常或异常退出情 况下收到周期性寻呼消息的处理方法, 终端通过消息号、 退出符的设置, 避 免了终端正常退出时因收到周期性寻呼而被动地重新接入呼叫; 其二是终端 主动退出后主动发起呼叫重新接入的处理方法, 可以在图 2流程的基础上, 实现终端主动退出后可以重新接入; 其三是调度系统通过释放消息要求终端 退出后, 对终端主动发起群组呼叫的处理方法, 在该方法里又区分成调度系 统允许终端主动重新接入或不允许其主动重新接入两种情况。 需要说明的 是, 第一个子方法即可实现本发明的基本技术效果。 而第二个或第三个子方 法, 根据运营商的配置, 可以与第一个子方法单独组合使用, 或者三个子方 法同时采用, 从而构成多个实施例, 上述实施例是三个子方法同时采用的情 况, 但本发明不局限于此。
另外, 对于调度系统通过释放消息要求终端退出的情况, 也可以有其它 的控制策略, 例如, 在另一实施例中, 可以配置为调度系统通过释放消息要 求终端退出时, 终端均不可主动重新接入原群组呼叫, 而不是如上述实施例 可以允许也可以不允许。 此时, 释放消息中不必包括相关的指示消息, 而终 端收到释放消息时, 即把相应的退出符设置为 "不可主动重新接入", 用户 主动发起呼叫时, 终端判断该退出符, 不能再次接入原群组呼叫。
工业实用性
本发明可应用于采用周期寻呼方式的集群系统中, 保证了终端在正常退 出呼叫后不会被动地重新接入, 同时保证了异常退出后可被动地重新接入。 并可进一步实现终端自己正常退出后可主动重新接入系统。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种集群系统中终端退出群组呼叫后重新接入的控制方法, 包括以 下步骤-
( a) 调度系统为每一个群组呼叫维护一个消息号, 且对同一群组不同 次呼叫的消息号进行更新, 在呼叫建立时将该消息号发送到终端;
(b) 终端接入群组呼叫后, 接收并保留所述群组的消息号, 终端正常 退出群组呼叫时设置退出符为 "不可被动接入"类型, 如果异常退出或者组 呼被释放, 退出符设置为 "可被动接入"类型;
( c ) 终端处于空闲状态, '收到基站周期性发送的所述群组的寻呼消息 后, 判断所述群组对应的群组退出符是否为 "可被动接入"类型: 如果是, 进行步骤 (e) ; 如果是 "不可被动接入"类型, 则进行步骤 (d) ;
( d) 终端判断保留该群组的消息号和所述寻呼消息中的消息号是否相 同: 如果是, 丢弃该寻呼消息; 结束, 否则进行步骤 (e ) ;
( e ) 终端接收并处理该寻呼消息, 接入呼叫, 如果消息号为新的则保 留该消息号, 结束。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括以下对终端 主动退出后主动发起群组呼叫的控制步骤: 所述步骤 (b ) 中, 如果因终端 主动退出而使其正常退出呼叫时, 设置退出符为 "可主动重新接入", 之后, 当用户主动发起所述群组呼叫时, 调度系统判断所述群组呼叫是否存在: 如 果不存在, 按一次新的群组呼叫处理, 结束; 如果已经存在, 则网络侧返回 该群组的寻呼消息, 终端收到该寻呼消息后, 重新接入呼叫。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括以下调度系 统要求终端退出群组呼叫后对其主动发起群组呼叫的控制步骤: 所述步骤
(b) 中, 如果因调度系统发送释放消息而使终端正常退出呼叫时, 所述终 端在接收到该释放消息后退出本次呼叫, 并设置退出符为 "不可主动重新接 入", 之后, 当用户主动发起所述群组呼叫时, 调度系统拒绝其重新接入本 次呼叫。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括以下调度系 统要求终端退出群组呼叫后对其主动发起群组呼叫的控制步骤: 所述步骤
(b ) 中, 调度系统发送释放消息而使终端正常退出呼叫, 且在释放消息中 包括是否允许终端重新接入的指示信息, 所述终端接收到该释放消息后退出 本次呼叫, 并根据所述指示信息设置退出符为 "可主'动重新接入"或 "不可 主动重新接入", 之后, 当用户主动发起所述群组呼叫时, 调度系统判断该 群组呼叫还存在时, 根据保存的是否允许该终端重新接入本次呼叫的信息, 由网络侧向其返回允许接入消息或拒绝接入的寻呼消息, 终端在收到寻呼消 息且判断退出符为 "可主动重新接入"时, 接入系统, 如果退出符为 "不可 主动重新接入" , 则丢弃该寻呼消息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(b) 中, 终端正 常退出呼叫包括终端主动退出和调度系统要求其退出的情况: 当终端主动退 出时, 设置退出符为 "可主动重新接入"; 当调度系统要求其退出时, 终端 根据调度系统的指示, 设置退出符为 "可主动重新接入"或 "不可主动重新 接入"; 之后, 该方法还包括以下用户主动发起群组呼叫时的控制步骤- (f ) 终端在空闲状态下, 主动发起呼叫;
( g) 调度系统在收到所述起呼消息后, 判断该群组呼叫是否存在: 如 果存在, 进行步骤 (h) ; 否则按一次新的群组呼叫处理, 结束;
( h) 调度系统判断本次呼叫是否曾指定该终端退出且不允许接入: 如 果是, 则返回呼叫拒绝消息, 终端处理该呼叫拒绝消息, 结束; 否则, 允许 该终端接入, 发送该群组的寻呼消息, 进行步骤 (i ) ;
( i )判断该寻呼消息的群组标识地址与该终端起呼的群组标识地址是 否匹配: 如果是, 进行步骤 (j ) ; 否则, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 结束;
( j ) 终端判断该群组标识对应的群组退出符是否为 "不可主动重新接 入": 如果是, 进行步骤 (k) ; 否则, 进行步骤 (1 ) ;
(k)判断保留的消息号和寻呼消息中的消息号是否相同: 如果不相同, 进行步骤(1 ) ; 如果相同, 终端丢弃该寻呼消息, 结束;
( 1 ) 终端接收并处理该寻呼消息, 保留该寻呼消息中的消息号, 设置 群组退出符为 "可被动接入" , 接入呼叫, 结束。
6、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述集群系统 为 CDMA制式的集群系统。
7、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端接入 新的群组呼叫或重新接入某次群组呼叫时, 将该群组的退出符初始化为 "可 被动接入", 在异常退出时, 该退出符保持不变。
8、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端在主 动接入时会设置一个标志, 所述终端在收到寻呼消息后, 通过该标志决定是 执行空闲状态时收到寻呼消息的流程, 还是执行主动发起群组呼叫时收到寻 呼消息的处理流程。
9、 如权利要求 2或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述调度系统收到终 端主动发起的群组呼叫, 判断其为已经存在的群组呼叫且允许该终端接入 时, 网络侧向其返回该群组的寻呼消息, 该寻呼消息是调度系统针对该终端 此次呼叫生成和发送的寻呼消息, 或者是基站周期性发送的寻呼消息。
