Description

[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title]
ON-LINE ORDER SERVICE APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF [Technical Field] The present invention relates, in general, to an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method.
More particularly, the present invention relates to an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, in which mileage points are accumulated depending on a payment amount when an orderer accesses an ordering agency operating company, provides information about a mileage card, and places an order, thus inducing the orderer to place an order, in which order details are transmitted to an order target company, and in which the orderer' s satisfaction index are checked with respect to the quality of a corresponding commodity through a Happy call service after the commodity has been delivered in response to the order, thus managing the quality of a corresponding order target company. [Background Art]
The Internet is an enormous communication network provided to connect almost all computers existing in the world to each other. Service providers can provide services therethrough to Internet users all over the world, and Internet users, that is, Internet orderers, can freely use various types of content and service provided by the service providers without temporal or spatial restrictions, by running the web browsers therefor, such as Netscape or Internet Explorer.
Therefore, Internet ordering agency service methods, which mediate between consumers and sellers and add value by enabling services provided over the Internet to be advertised to various and wide targets, that is, customers, and by allowing customers to use the commodity or service of a service provider who meets optimal conditions after comparing a plurality of service providers with each other, have been developed and utilized.
That is, commodity ordering agency service methods, which have been provided over the Internet, are performed in such a way that, in most cases, when a purchaser desires to compare commodities at several shopping mall sites with each other in order to purchase a commodity, comparative shopping is possible without directly accessing a corresponding shopping mall site, and a commodity selected by the purchaser, is ordered on behalf of the purchaser, thereby improving the consumer's convenience. Such a method is very convenient when it is difficult to select a specific one from among various commodities, but is not very suitable in the case of a delivery-friendly commodity, a kind of commodity which is almost always ordered from the same company.
The reason for this is that, in the case of a delivery-friendly commodity, such as spring water, fuel (oil or gas), or food, the commodity is ordered again from the same company each time, and thus there is no great trouble in selecting the commodity to be ordered, or an order target company. Further, since delivery orders that are placed offline are currently made in such a way that, in general, an orderer directly calls an order target company to place an order, the orderer must spend a lot of time to place the order, as well as carry the burden of the telephone charge, must be identified, and must notify the order target company of a delivery place, thus, from the standpoint of the consumer, such a delivery ordering method is very inconvenient. Moreover, such a conventional method has a disadvantage in that, since an orderer alone deals with an order target company, the orderer is inevitably in a weak position when negotiating the price with the order target company, or when requesting the order target company to improve the quality of service.
Further, since an order target company that directly takes orders from orderers must personally deal with each orderer, it is difficult to consistently process orders, and an employee in charge of orders must personally enter respective order details and information about orderers, thus there is a disadvantage in that it takes a lot of time to take orders. [Disclosure] [Technical Problem] Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an online ordering agency service apparatus and method, which promptly perform a procedure of taking an order, thus enabling a desired ordered commodity to be promptly delivered to an orderer. Another object of the present invention is to provide an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, which award mileage points or free gifts to orderers, thus inducing the orderers to use the service.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, which inquire about an orderer' s satisfaction index for an ordered commodity through a Happy call service or an on-line site, and evaluate and manage the quality of an order target company, thus improving customer satisfaction.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, which allow an orderer to order various commodities at one time, thus enabling the orderer to conveniently place an order. Still another object of the present invention is to provide an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, which can eliminate the inconvenience of requiring an employee in charge of orders to manually record order details in an order target company.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an on-line ordering agency service apparatus and method, which automatically switch a mode to a data communication mode or a normal voice call mode, thus performing both an operation of receiving commodity order information and a normal calling operation through a single telephone line without being inconvenient. FIG. 1 is a conceptual view showing an on-line ordering agency service according to the present invention, which includes an orderer 10, an ordering agency operator 20, an order detail transmission device 30, and an order target company 40.
When desiring to order food or fuel, the orderer 10 can access the call center of the ordering agency operator 20 by calling the specific main number of the ordering agency operator 20, or can access a specific website operated by the ordering agency operator 20, thus placing an order. In this case, the orderer 10 notifies the ordering agency operator 20 of information, such as the name of the orderer, the card number of a mileage card, the name of the commodity to be ordered, the quantity of the commodity to be ordered, the address of a desired delivery region, contact information, and a desired delivery time. Of course, when the ordering agency operator 20 supports advance payment, the orderer 10 provides his or her credit card/debit card information when paying an amount using a credit card/debit card, or provides his or her mobile phone number when paying an amount using a mobile phone, or expresses his or her intention when paying an amount to use the points of the mileage card, in order to pay an amount in advance.
Further, if there is a plurality of commodities that are desired to be ordered, the orderer 10 can order all of the commodities at one time (called a "one time order"). Further, although a telephone network or the Internet is described as an example of the access network used by the orderer 10 to access the ordering agency operator 20, the ordering agency operator 20 can alternatively be accessed through a digital television, a home network, a mobile phone, a Digital Multimedia Broadcast (DMB) phone, etc. In the case of the Internet, the ordering agency service can be provided in association with an online portal site, etc.
Meanwhile, in the ordering agency operator 20, when the orderer 10 accesses the call center thereof, a customer service representative takes information about the orderer' s name, the card number of a mileage card, the name of the commodity to be ordered, the quantity of the commodity to be ordered, the address of the desired delivery region, contact information, the desired delivery time, etc., through a telephone conversation with the orderer 10. Here, if the address or contact information of the orderer varies with information stored in a database, the customer service representative of the ordering agency operator 20 verifies the change, and then updates the orderer information stored in the database.
Further, when the orderer 10 accesses the ordering agency operator 20 through a constructed website, the ordering agency operator 20 provides a login screen, and prompts the orderer 10 to log in to the website (there is no need to first provide a login screen to prompt the consumer to log in to the website, and the orderer can be allowed to log in to the website during the process, or to log in to the website simply by entering mileage card information). Thereafter, the ordering agency operator 20 provides a region selection screen, allowing the desired delivery region to be selected, and causes the orderer to select a desired delivery region. Thereafter, the ordering agency operator 20 provides information about available order target companies, causes the orderer to select a desired order target company, provides an order screen, and thus receives the name of a commodity to be ordered, the quantity of the commodity to be ordered, the address of the desired delivery region, contact information, the desired delivery time, etc., from the orderer (at this time, it is possible to first provide information about order target companies, and then prompt for selection of a desired delivery region, but it is more preferable to first prompt for selection of a desired delivery region and then prompt for selection of an order target company. Further, if the orderer accesses and logs in to the website, a screen displaying a list of order target companies placed in a corresponding region can be provided using pre-stored address information).
In this way, when the ordering agency operator 20 takes an order from the orderer 10, the ordering agency operator 20 accumulates mileage points corresponding to the order, stores details about the accumulated points in a database, and notifies the orderer 10 of the details about the accumulated points immediately (it is possible to immediately notify the orderer 10 of the details about the accumulated points by telephone, or through a webpage to allow the orderer 10 to immediately monitor the accumulated mileage points in the case of the website), or later (in the case of the later notification, when the order target company 40 delivers a corresponding commodity, notification of the details about the accumulated points can be provided to the orderer, with the mileage points printed on an order sheet for a client). In this case, the ordering agency operator 20 can provide a free gift by providing a unique number to the orderer 10 or via lottery. Of course, the ordering agency operator 20 can later accumulate mileage points for the orderer 10, rather than immediately accumulating mileage points.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 can store information about the order details of the orderer 10 in a database, and total the sales profits thereof, or total the sales profits with respect to each order target company 40.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 can store information about the order details of the orderer 10 in a database and construct an ordering client management system, thus realizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 transmits order details to the order detail transmission device 30. At this time, the details about the accumulated points are transmitted together with the order details, thus enabling the terminal of the order target company 40 to print the details on an order sheet and to transmit the order sheet to the orderer 10.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 transmits information about a coupon barcode, including point information, fee information, coupon information, information about the term of validity, etc., to the order detail transmission device 30, thus enabling the terminal of the order target company 40 to print the coupon barcode, including point information, fee information, coupon information, information about the term of validity, etc., on the end of the order sheet. In this case, the coupon barcode is printed on the end of an order sheet in the form of a barcode, and is used in such a way thaζ when the orderer 10 attaches the coupon barcode to a coupon for an ordering agency service, printed in a guide book for the ordering agency service, and submits the coupon to the ordering agency operator 20, the ordering agency operator 20 can read information stored in the coupon barcode and award points or a free gift. Such point information stored in the coupon barcode can be marked with, for example, "0", and fee information can also be marked with "0". Coupon information includes information indicating a coupon barcode for the ordering agency service, and information about the term of validity includes information indicating the period during which such a coupon is valid.
Next, if order details are received from the ordering agency operator 20, the order detail transmission device 30 transmits the order details to the order target company 40. In this case, the methods of the order detail transmission device 30 transmitting order details to the order target company 40 include i) a method of transmitting order details by voice through a telephone, ii) a method of transmitting order details via fax, iii) a method of transmitting order details to the computer of the order target company 40 over the Internet, thus enabling the order details to be checked, and iv) a method of transmitting order details to the computer of the order target company 40 over the Internet, and then enabling the order details to be automatically printed using a printer.
In this case, the method of transmitting order details via fax can be performed in such a way that, if the fax and telephone of the order target company 40 use the same phone number, switching between the fax mode and the voice calling mode can be automatically performed, thus enabling order details to be transmitted via fax. As an example, a method of automatically switching to a fax mode or a voice call mode using a calling number is described below.
In detail, if the order detail transmission device 30 receives order details from the ordering agency operator 20, and receives the phone number of a corresponding order target company 40, the order detail transmission device 30 verifies the calling number of the ordering agency operator 20, stored in the database, transmits the verified calling number to the order target company 40, and then transmits the order details to the order target company 40.
If the terminal of the order target company 40 receives the calling number of the ordering agency operator 20 from the order detail transmission device 30, the terminal automatically switches to a data communication mode, receives the order details from the order detail transmission device 30, prints the order details on an order sheet, and outputs the order sheet. Of course, the terminal of the order target company 40 switches to a normal voice call mode and receives a normal voice call when the reception of the order details from the order detail transmission device 30 is completed.
An example of the output order sheet is shown in FIG. 2. An order sheet is divided into order sheets for a merchant and for a client. The order sheet for a merchant includes the orderer name, the commodity name, the quantity, the price, the order time, contact information, the mobile phone number, the desired delivery time, the delivery region address, etc., and the order sheet for a client includes the orderer name, the commodity name, the quantity, the price, the order time, contact information, the mobile phone number, the desired delivery time, the delivery region address, point information, a coupon barcode, etc.
In this way, when the terminal of the order target company 40 prints and outputs the order sheet, the owner of the order target company manufactures or prepares a commodity as specified by the order sheet, and delivers the commodity to the orderer 10, and then the orderer 10 pays for the commodity after receiving the commodity. Of course, as an example of the method of transmitting order details via fax, a method of automatically switching between a fax mode and a voice call mode using a calling number and transmitting order details via fax when the order target company 40 uses a single phone number for the fax and telephone, is described here, but the terminal of the order target company 40 can be implemented to switch to a fax mode when a fax signal is received, unlike the above example.
Meanwhile, the owner of the order target company 40 can notify the ordering agency operator 20 that business hours are over or that the owner is temporarily absent, using an absence notification function provided in the terminal, thus preventing the ordering agency operator 20 from taking orders on behalf of the corresponding order target company 40. In this case, the methods of preventing the ordering agency operator 20 from taking orders include 1) a method of notifying the orderer 10 of the unavailability of the service at the time of taking an order for the corresponding order target company 40 when the orderer 10 uses a call center, and 2) a method of indicating unavailability below the name of the order target company 40 shown on a webpage when the orderer 10 uses a website, thus preventing orders from being taken.
Meanwhile, the ordering agency operator 20 totals the sales profits of each order target company 40 on the basis of the order detail information for each order target company 40 stored in the database, checks an agent fee corresponding to the order details according to the contract with the order target company 40, notifies the order target company 40 of the agent fee online or offline through the exchange 30, etc., and thereafter receives the agent fee online or offline.
Further, when notification must be simultaneously provided to all order target companies, the ordering agency operator 20 provides notification to all of the order target companies 40, thus realizing the simultaneous provision of notification to all of the order target companies. Further, the ordering agency operator 20 inquires about the orderer' s satisfaction index for a delivered commodity using a Happy call service or website, thereby managing the quality of each order target company 40 according to the satisfaction index.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the construction of an on-line ordering agency service apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a flowchart of an on-line ordering agency service method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to the drawings, a plurality of telephones 1 Ia to 1 In and a plurality of client terminals 12a to 12n are provided on the side of a plurality of orderers 10a to 1On of the on-line ordering agency service apparatus.
Further, provided on the side of the ordering agency operator 20 of the on-line ordering agency service apparatus are a call center 21, an ordering agency server 22, an order detail management database 23 connected both to the call center 21 and to the ordering agency server 22, a mileage card server 23, and a mileage point management database 24 connected to the mileage card server 23. In this case, the apparatus is constructed such that the mileage card server 23, the call center 21 and the ordering agency server 22 are operated by the same ordering agency operator 20, but can be constructed to be operated by separate service providers.
Further, an exchange 30 (as an example of the order detail transmission device) is interposed between the ordering agency operator 20 of the ordering agency service apparatus and the order target companies 40a to 4On, and telephones 42a to 42n and terminals 50a to 50n are provided on the sides of the order target companies 40a to 4On.
In this case, the orderers 10a to 1On can order desired commodities by calling the call center 21, operated by the ordering agency operator 20, using the telephones 1 Ia to 1 In, or by accessing websites provided by the ordering agency server 22, which is operated by the ordering agency operator 20, using the client terminals 12a to 12n. That is, when calling the call center 21, each of the orderers 10a to 1On can order a desired commodity by providing information, such as the orderer's name, the card number of a mileage card, the name of the commodity desired to be ordered, the quantity of the commodity to be ordered, the address of the desired delivery region, contact information, the desired delivery time, etc., while communicating with a customer service representative in the call center 21.
Further, when accessing a website provided by the ordering agency server 22 using each of the client terminals 12a to 12n, each of the orderers 10a to 1On selects a desired delivery region from a region selection screen provided on the website (of course, if the orderer has logged in to the website, the ordering agency server 22 can immediately display a screen having a list of order target companies existing in the region corresponding to the address information of the orderer 10a to 1On). When the website provides the screen of the list of order target companies existing in the selected region, the orderer selects a desired order target company, and enters order information in an order screen provided by the website, thus placing an order at step SIlO. In this case, the orderer 1 Oa to 1 On can order a plurality of commodities at one time (called a "one-time order"). Further, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 of the ordering agency operator 20 compares the personal information of the order details taken by the orderer 1 Oa to 1 On with the personal information stored in the order detail management database 23 or the mileage point management database 25, and verifies and updates changed items if personal information is found to have changed as the result of the comparison. Further, when the orderer 10a to 1On calls the call center 21, the ordering agency server 22 verifies the calling number of the orderer 10a to 1On, and provides personal information and the order history of the corresponding orderer 10a to 1On to a customer service representative through a monitor if the orderer is identified as an orderer 10a to 1On who has already used the on-line ordering agency service, thus enabling the provided information to be used for communication with the orderer. Through this operation, the time required for the communication between the customer service representative and the orderer can be greatly reduced.
As described above, when the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 of the ordering agency operator 20 takes an order from the orderer 10a to 1On, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 requests the mileage card server 24 to accumulate mileage points corresponding to the order, receives the details about the accumulated mileage points from the mileage card server 24, and, immediately or later, notifies the orderer 10a to 1On of the accumulation of the mileage points.
At this time, if the mileage card server 24 receives a point accumulation request signal, including a mileage card number and payment amount information, from the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22, the mileage card server 24 checks the mileage card number, and accumulates points for the corresponding orderer 10a to 1On, stores the accumulated points in the mileage point management database 24, and provides notification of the accumulation of the points to the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 at step Sl 12. Of course, the ordering agency operator 20 can accumulate the mileage points of the orderer 10a to 1On later, rather than immediately. Further, the ordering agency operator 20 can award a free gift to the orderer 10a to 1On by providing a unique number to the orderer 10a to 1On, or via lottery.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 stores order details in the order detail management database 23, and constructs a client management system, thus realizing CRM marketing.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the case where the orderer 10a to 1On accesses the ordering agency operator 20 through a phone or website is described here, but, in other cases, the present invention can be implemented so that the orderer 10a to 1On accesses the ordering agency operator 20 through a mobile phone, a digital television, a home network, a DMB phone, etc.
Meanwhile, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 operated by the ordering agency operator 20 transmits the order details to the exchange 30 at step Sl 14. The exchange 30 configures the order details, transmitted by the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22, in the form of data, and transmits the data to a corresponding order target company 40a to 40n at step S 116. At this time, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 operated by the ordering agency operator 20 can transmit the details about the accumulation of mileage points, received from the mileage card server 24, together with the order details. Further, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 operated by the ordering agency operator 20 can also transmit coupon barcode information, including point information, fee information, coupon information, information about the term of validity, etc., together with the order details.
Then, the terminal 50a to 5On of the order target company 40a to 4On receives and outputs such information at step Sl 18. That is, the terminal 50a to 50n of the order target company 40a to 4On prints an order sheet, including the order details, the details about the accumulation of mileage points, and the coupon barcode, as shown in FIG. 2, and then outputs the order sheet.
Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 5, the terminal 50a to 5On installed on the telephone line of the order target company 40a to 4On includes an interface unit 52 for interfacing with the telephone line and the telephone 42a to 42n, a modem transmission/reception unit 54 for converting a Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) signal, received through the telephone line, into digital data, a central processing unit 56 for processing the digital data, a memory unit 58 for storing data required to initialize the central processing unit 56 and the phone number of the ordering agency operator 20, and an output unit 59 for outputting the data processed by the central processing unit 56 as core components. As described above, in the present invention, after the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 operated by the ordering agency operator 20 takes order information and stores the order information in the order detail management database 23, the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 transmits the order information to a corresponding order target company 40a to 4On, which delivers the commodity desired by the orderer 10a to 1On, through the exchange 30 and a telephone network. At this time, since the ordering agency operator 20 always transmits data using a specific phone number, the specific phone number desired by the ordering agency operator 20 can always be output by utilizing a caller Identification (ID) service. In this case, according to the characteristic of an ordering agency operator 20, which has a number of members, there may occur the case where data must be transmitted to many places simultaneously, hi order to process such simultaneous transmission, the ordering agency operator 20 requests cooperation from a telephone office, thus causing the main number of the ordering agency operator 20 to be consistently associated with the data to be transmitted from the call center 21 or the ordering agency server 22 of the ordering agency operator 20 through the telephone network. When the ordering agency operator 20 transmits data in this way, such data passes through the exchange 30 of the telephone office. During this procedure, the phone number of the place from where the data was transmitted is verified with reference to the subscriber database of the telephone office, using caller ID service, and the verified phone number is first transmitted to a called party. Because a dedicated terminal 50a to 50n is installed on the telephone line of the order target company 40a to 4On, corresponding to the commodity, to which the data is transmitted by the ordering agency operator 20, that is, the telephone line of a calling party, the terminal 50a to 50n first receives the phone number, transmitted through the telephone line, and compares the received phone number with the main number stored in the database of the memory unit 58. If the received phone number is identical to the main number of the ordering agency operator 20 stored in the database, the terminal automatically switches to a data communication mode, thus automatically storing the data received after the switching has been performed, and processing and outputting the data. If the received phone number is not identical to the main number stored in the database, the terminal automatically switches to a normal voice call mode, thus connecting signals to the normal telephone. That is, during a procedure of passing the data, transmitted by the ordering agency operator 20, through the exchange 30 of the telephone office, the subscriber database of the telephone office itself is searched for the phone number of the ordering agency operator 20, and the found phone number is sent to the order target company 40a to 4On. When such a caller ID service is used, data about the phone number of the calling party is transmitted in the form of being inserted into an interval between first and second ring signals transmitted from the telephone office to a called party, and the terminal 50a to 5On uses such features. If the ring detector 51 of the terminal 50a to 5On, installed on the telephone line of the order target company 40a to 4On, captures a first incoming ringtone signal transmitted through the telephone line, the terminal 50a to 50n detects subsequently received signals immediately after the first ringtone signal has been transmitted. If there is data about a phone number transmitted in the format of FSK data, the terminal 50a to 50n receives this phone number. The terminal immediately compares the received phone number with the phone number of the ordering agency operator 20, stored in the database of the memory unit 58, and analyzes the result of the comparison. After the analysis has been completed, if the received phone number is identical to the stored phone number, the terminal 50a to 50n automatically switches to a data communication mode and becomes ready to receive data. Thereafter, when the data is received, the terminal 50a to 5On converts the received data into digital data, and processes the digital data using the central processing unit 56, and the processed data is automatically output through the output unit 59. If the received phone number is not identical to the stored phone number, or if no data is received after the first incoming ringtone signal has been received, the terminal automatically switches to a normal voice call mode, so that a subsequently incoming ringtone signal is sent to the telephone 42a to 42n, thus the telephone rings.
Meanwhile, as described above, the operation of the terminal 50a to 5On, which receives the phone number of the calling party, compares the received phone number with that stored in the database, and automatically switches to a data communication mode or a normal voice call mode, is completed before a second incoming ringtone signal is received and after the first incoming ringtone signal has been received. Typically, when a caller ID service is used, the first incoming ringtone signal is a mute tone, and thus the telephone 42a to 42n does not actually ring, but starts to ring from the second incoming ringtone signal. Accordingly, the order target company 40a to 4On need only consider an incoming call to be a normal call and indiscriminately answer the incoming call when the telephone rings, because of the terminal 50a to 5On, which automatically selects and outputs only the data received from the ordering agency operator 20. Therefore, there is no inconvenience when a single telephone line is used in common both for receiving commodity order information and for answering normal telephone calls.
Of course, in this case, as an example of the method of transmitting order information via fax, a method of automatically switching to a fax mode or a voice call mode using a calling number and transmitting order details via fax, when the order target company uses a single telephone number for both the fax and the telephone, has been described. However, unlike the above example, the terminal 50a to 50n of the order target company can be implemented to automatically switch to a fax mode when a fax signal is received.
This example is described with reference to FIG. 6. A terminal 60, which detects a fax signal and switches to a fax mode, includes an office line interface unit 61, a fax tone detector 62, a ringback tone generator 63, and a ring generator 64. In this case, the office line interface unit 61 detects a ring signal received through an office line and responds to the ring signal. The fax tone detector 62 is connected to the analog signal of a key system, and determines whether a ring signal input through the office line is a fax tone. The ring generator 64 transmits a ring signal to a telephone, and the ringback tone generator 63 transmits a ringback tone to the office line when the ring generator 64 transmits the ring signal.
If the ring signal is input through the office line, the terminal 60 having the above construction responds to the ring signal, connects the fax tone detector 62 to the office line to determine whether the input ring signal is a fax tone, and transmits the ring signal to the fax. When the fax responds to the ring signal, the terminal 60 connects the office line to the fax, thus conducting fax communication. If the input ring signal is not a fax tone, the terminal transmits the ring signal to the telephone while transmitting a ringback tone to the office line. If the telephone responds to the ring signal, the terminal connects the office line to a general subscriber, thus conducting voice communication. Of course, although not shown in the drawing, in the case of fax data, an output unit for printing and outputting data content is further included in the terminal.
Meanwhile, when the terminal 50a to 5On of the order target company 40a to 4On prints and outputs an order sheet, the owner of the order target company manufactures or prepares a commodity as specified by the order sheet, and delivers the commodity to the orderer 10a to 1On, and the orderer 10a to 1On pays for the commodity after receiving the commodity at step S 120.
Meanwhile, the owner of the order target company 40a to 4On can notify the ordering agency operator 20 that business hours are over or that the owner is temporarily absent using an absence notification function provided in the terminal 50a to 50n, thus preventing the ordering agency operator 20 from taking orders on behalf of the corresponding order target company 40a to 4On.
Further, the ordering agency operator 20 totals the sales profits of each order target company 40a to 4On on the basis of the order detail information for each order target company 40a to 4On stored in the database 23, checks an agent fee corresponding to the order details according to the contract with the order target company 40a to 4On, notifies the order target company 40a to 4On of the agent fee online or offline through the exchange 30, etc. at step S 122, and thereafter receives the agent fee online or offline at step S 124.
Meanwhile, if the simultaneous provision of notification to all of the order target companies 40a to 4On is required, the ordering agency operator 20 simultaneously provides notification to all of the order target companies 40a to 4On, thus realizing the simultaneous provision of notification. Further, the ordering agency operator 20 inquires about the satisfaction index of the orderer 10a to 1On for a delivered commodity through a Happy call service, thus managing the quality of the order target company 40a to 4On according to the satisfaction index.
Meanwhile, in the above embodiment, the method of the ordering agency operator 20 transmitting order details to the order target company 40a to 4On through the telephone line has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 7, the present invention can be constructed so that the ordering agency operator 20 transmits order details to the computer terminal 70 of the order target company 40a to 4On over the Internet, thus allowing the owner of the order target company to personally and immediately check the order details through the monitor of the computer terminal 70, or thus causing the order details to be printed through a printer 71 and allowing the owner of the order target company to thus check the order details.
