L'invention concerne un système à structure modulaire qui comprend plusieurs modules (1) autoportants configurés essentiellement en forme de briques qui peuvent être assemblés pour réaliser les structures d'espaces fonctionnels, lesdits modules (1) étant reliés dynamiquement les uns aux autres par des moyens hydrauliques à l'aide d'un réseau (16) de conduits qui permet de distribuer un liquide ou un fluide gazeux sous pression contenu ou mis en circulation de manière forcée dans un réseau principal de distribution. Lesdits modules (1) permettent la production et/ou la collecte et/ou le transport et/ou l'échange dynamique de fluide thermique et/ou d'énergie lumineuse et/ou d'énergie électromagnétique grâce à la mise en circulation dudit fluide au moyen desdits modules (1).
