Description
DEVICE FOR INHIBIT ENERGY DIVERSION IN CIRCUITS/NETWORKS
The present invention describes a device to inhibit undesirable energy diversion in electrical circuits, divided in two parts, thus becoming the energy of electrical circuits/nelworks improper for consumption. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Undesirable diversion in circuits/networks of electrical feed are common, mainly due to robbery and/or undue energy use, but also in precarious installations in confined places of industrial areas. Such circuits/nelworks are adequate for diversion, especially because they conduct an electrical energy ready for consumption.
Taking this into account, alternatively, the owners of such circuits/networks, such as the electrical energy suppliers and industries, try to make difficult the access to such circuits/nelworks, what besides being expensive make difficult the other activities such as maintenance. The Pl 0402746-9 discloses the rising of the BT network to a position close to the MT network, besides other changes, with the objective of becoming difficult tie access to the BT network.
The Pl 0203491, Deccahe, E. et al, discloses a method to inhibit the energy robbery through the introductbn of a noise that makes the available energy in the network/derivation improper for consumption, becoming tie energy proper for consumption next to the point of consumption.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to present a device divided in 1wo parts, capable of becoming improper for consumption the electrical energy available in circuits/networks and become the energy ready for consumption next to a point of consumption, in the area of electrical energy distribution and electrical installations.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
In Figure 1 we have a more general proposal of DC tension generator construction. In this scheme the DC noise tension can be of any value. In Føure 2 we have a simplified proposal to the DC tension generator. In this case we only have one available tension, which is the network peak tension. In compensation we have the advantage of being a simpler arrangement to be mounted.
In Figure 3 we have a description of the filter to remove the noise of the line.
In Figure 4 we have a description of a system to avoid the change of filters in undue places.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS The device to inhibit the energy diversion is constituted of two parts, a DC tension generator for each distribution circuit/network and a filter for each point of consumption/delivery. The generator must be installed in tie source of alternate tension, in such a manner to compose Ihe AC tension and the DC tension. The filter is installed in the point of consumption/delivery of the client A manner to generate the DC tension is presented in Fgure 1.
From the source of AC tension (11), which can be a distribution transformer, we have linked a source of DC tension (16). This DC tension source can be composed by a transformer (12), a rectifier (13), and a capacitive filter (14). The connection effectuated between tie source of DC tension (16) and the source of AC tension (11) makes that the exit tension (16) is the sum of tie two tensions (AC and DC). The DC source (16) can generate accordingly any
tension value (bigger and smaller tension values). In this manner we can choose the noise tension that we will put in the distribution network.
Aiming to a simplified and cheap mounting we can utilize the simplified mounting presented in Figure 2. From the source of AC tension (21) we can make the rectification through a diode (22) and a capacitor (24) allowing the sum of tensions. A protection system (23) can be put to preserve the diode. The tension in the generator exit is the AC tension added of a DC tension with amplitude equal to the peak of the AC tension.
In the point of consumption/delivery it is installed a filter to remove the DC noise. This filter, as shown in Figure 3, can be a capacitive filter (32). Receiving the sum of the DC and AC tensions it can remove the DC tension of the same. To a bigger client safety it is installed an over-tension protection (33), which in case of filter failure the client does not have the damage of the electrical devices. Therefore, the exit tension of the filter (34) is a reconstitution of the prevbus tension in relation to the generator.
A problem that arises is the use of filters and generators projected to different operational conditions. This problem can be solved "with association" of the generator (41) and filter (43) showed in Figure 4. In the presented arrangement, the generator contains an identifier (42) which communicates with a verifier (44). The identifier (42) and verifier (44) communicate with each other via a communication media, which can be a radio, via the electrical network itself, or another manner that is considered interesting. The identifier (42) sends a message in which it identifies itself. Therefore, the verifiers (44) receive the identification of the generator (41). Being a generator with a compatible identification, the verifier allows the normal operation of the filter (43) with the closing of the key. On the contrary, the verifier opens the key and avoids the energy supply by the filter.
The generator (41) can be constituted of a source of DC tension independent of the source of AC tension, as an alternative source of DC tension. The generator (41) as well as the filter (43) can be equipped with protection devices.
