Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnalisation d'un allotrope de carbone consistant à faire réagir un allotrope de carbone avec un métal alcalin et une espèce organohalogénure pour produire un premier produit de réaction. Le premier produit de réaction réagit avec une espèce réactive pour produire un conjugué polyéthylène glycol-allotrope de carbone. Des nanotubes de carbone hydrosolubles et du graphite sont obtenus par ces procédés. Un conjugué utilisé dans l'administration de médicaments comprend un médicament et/ou un anticorps et/ou un indicateur fluorescent. Le conjugué comprend également un conjugué polyéthylène glycol-nanotube de carbone et/ou un conjugué polyéthylène glycol-graphite.
