Abstract

Utilization of the frothing matters for safety purposes. Substance for safety purposes in protection against undesirable matter into defined spaces saving persons and things from undesirable effects of environment made of the frothing matter enough stable but easily removable. Utilisation of the frothing matters destined for quick elimination of risks and dangers in ship and car transport, for flood and fire protection, for prevention from danger gasses, low and high temperatures spreading, for filling of spaces instead of water and other undesirable or danger matters, for formation of special solid barrages against penetrating danger matters, for protection against clashes of uncontrolled movement of heavy things in unstable situation, for forming floating unsinkable bodies for ships, safe boats, persons, for filling up airy spaces of cars and airplanes before crash for reduction of destructive effects etc.

Description

The matter for safety purposes and its utilisation
Technical Fields
The invention is concerning in utilization of frothing matters against penetration of undesirable matters into defined spaces, that are to protect persons and things from undesirable effects of environment and from clashes of incontrollable movement.
Background Arts
Up to now, frothing matters were used for filling spaces around frames and jambs during replacement of windows and doors, eventually of other parts of buildings. Always the purposes of it were acceleration of building operations or elimination of heat leaks in building constructions. The utilization was exactly utilization for what these frothing matters were destined.
The aim of the invention is to utilize frothing matters for safety purposes; its consequence would be hundreds saved human lives and prevention of great property damages. This invention puts greatest emphases on life-saving during natural catastrophes when human life is immediately in danger and it was still not possible to preclude this sate by the other ways.
Disclosure of Invention
Essence of this invention is the frothing matter for safety purposes, where spaces endanger human lives by flooding with water, filling up with poison gasses, demolishing houses during earthquake etc. This new utilisation also reduces risk of death from falls from heights, protects against life hazard from low and high temperatures, and prevent heavy things from uncontrollable movement - for example a ship cargo during stormy weather, and protects people and things against other similar effects.
Spaces filled up with these frothing matters prevent from penetration of water undesirable gasses, and also prevent from spreading of fire into other rooms, protect against hard clashes during falls or accidents, stop exposure of the body surface to cold or high temperature and last no least they guarantee movable and immovable things from flooding during floods and from demolishing during earthquake. Owing to this, there are saved human lives due to the ships will not sink, airplanes will not disintegrate, fire will not spread - for example in tunnels in the case of cars accidents or during fires in coal mines, men will not get frozen stiff in polar conditions and a mountaineers can be saved as falling on rocks they will not shatter. Due to filling in with the frothing matters damaged inflatable safety boats can work further and the passengers will not drown. In a car dashing on the grounds without any control there can be save lives of passengers in due to fixation of their bodies the inner room of the car filled by the frothing matters.
Secondary contribution of the frothing matters is elimination of great material damages during deluges. The frothing matters can prevent also from spreading of floods due to foaming of the substance into spaces that are endangered by breaking open like weak separating waterproof bars in the subterranean areas of a subway. Between two blocks of houses there can be formed barrages transversely to a street and the spaces of house windows, where water could penetrate through into houses, can be filled also by the frothing matters. The spaces containing valuable devices with risk of uncontrolled sudden penetration of water could be fully filled up by the substance what prevent them from penetrating of water in and thus from damage the devices.
Due to quick filling of under-deck spaces of with the frothing matters damaged ships can not sink, as all the substances are lighter than water and their presence in the spaces prevents from displacing of air from the rooms and filling up them with water. The similar function of the frothing matters can be used for submarines and drilling derricks in the case of accident danger. The great advantage of the frothing matters used for the above mentioned puiposes is that the substances can be easily removed also by bare hands.
Made for Carring out the Invention
1. The frothing matters expands into under-deck rooms of the ship, that is in endanger of sink, and analogously it will be used in submarines and drilling derricks threatened by an accident.
2. The frothing matter expands into inner airy spaces of airplane, that is endangered of inevitable crash.
3. The frothing matter expands in the way that it closes the space, for example tunnel with danger of fire.
4. The frothing matter expands into inflatable bags of safety boats instead of air filling in the time when the boat is mechanically damaged and the passengers are in danger of sink.
5. The frothing matter expands into cavities in the clothes of mountaineers.
6. The frothing matter expands into cavities in the tents of polar expeditions.
7. The frothing matter expands into spaces between blocks of houses.
8. The frothing matter expands into holes in the house mantles.
9. The frothing matter expands into spaces in front of tires of cars sank in snow or mud terrain.
10. The frothing matter expands as a safety securing pillow under cars jacked up, where is not certainty of keeping the car in the stable lifted position.
11. The frothing matter expands into spaces around transported cargo endangered by low or high temperature of environment through that is transported and by movement of cargo due to uncontrollable shift, for example in the ship during storms.
12. The frothing matter expands as a bed for fixation of position of a patient with an injury that need not to move him.
13. The frothing matter expands to enlarge the area around boots for easier wading through deep snow or swamp terrains.
14. The frothing matter expands into cavities in the ground where is danger of landslide and push down of buildings staying on it.
15. The frothing matter expands in the spaces to stop spreading of cave-ins in mines.
16. The frothing matter expands to form safety bodies for sinking ones.
17. The frothing matter expands into spaces around devices with deposited precious objects in the moment of holding up or during unauthorized manipulation and entrance into guarded areas.
