背景技术

长期以来人们致力于磨齿形状的研究以提高磨浆效果, 却忽略了一个重要的问题, 那就是: 整个磨盘齿面上挂浆量不均匀。 因为进桨半径较小, 出桨半径较大, 浆料在小 半径进入齿缝后向大半径方向运动, 周长不断增加, 这就必然会造成浆料不断变薄, 出 口周长比进口周长有的可达 3倍以上, 就是说, 出口处的浆料厚度只有进口处的 1/3左 右。但是浆料不是清水,不可能会均匀分布在所有齿槽内,特别是浓度较高时更是如此。 另外未完全磨好的浆料的大部分是浆团和 块, 这就造成了很多齿面挂不上桨的现象。 由此可想象, 磨盘半径越大, 其齿面无挂浆现象就越严重, 但操作工人为了提高浆料的 叩解度只有加大两磨盘之间的压力, 这样就容易使少量挂上浆料的磨齿的压强增大, 造 成把纤维剪断, 大量长纤维变成了短纤维, 使成纸的拉力强度下降, 且 于整个盘齿上 挂浆不均, 有很多齿面没有挂上浆料, 这些没有挂上浆料的齿面造成了金属面之间的直 接摩擦, 噪音震耳, 磨机出口浆温升高, 因而大量的能量转变为热能和声能, 导致了耗 电严重。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单、 既能减少能量消耗又能提高磨桨质量和产量的用于磨浆机的磨盘。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提出的解决方案为: 一种用于磨浆机的磨盘, 该磨 盘包括安装于磨浆机主轴上的转动磨盘和安装于磨桨机壳体内的与转动磨盘相配合的 定磨盘, 所述转动磨盘和定磨盘的齿槽内设有同心圆挡坝, 每两个同心圆挡坝之间为一 往返剪切区间, 每块磨盘上设有 4个以上的同心圆往返剪切区间, 转动磨盘与定磨盘的 同心圆挡坝交替错位设置, 两磨盘错位设置后相毗邻的同心圆挡坝之间为单剪切区间, 齿槽深和单剪切区间宽均随半径加大而逐渐变小, 其特征在于: 所述转动磨盘上靠近圆' 心的第一圈磨齿的齿槽底部为陡坡倾斜状, 其进浆口处齿深最大, 倾斜直上到第一圈同 心圆挡坝齿顶以下处, 齿形均为正齿形。

与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于:
1、 本发明的用于磨浆机的磨盘由于磨盘进浆处齿深加大, 随着半径加大齿深逐渐 减小; 两磨盘错位后两相邻同心圆挡坝之间的单剪切区间宽度亦随半径加大而减小。 这 样排列可使浆料在相同直径磨盘内不但浆料通过量增加而且有更多的剪切次数,还会使 整齿盘上的齿面挂浆量趋于均匀。 杜绝了未挂上浆料齿面金属之间的直接摩擦, 从而基 本消除了运行中的噪音, 降低了磨成浆的温度, 增加了磨盘的使用寿命, 大大降低了磨 浆工序的吨浆耗电, 由于能使得齿面挂浆量分布均匀, 在不增加两磨盘之间压力的情况 下, 可基本消除了纤维的切断作用, 从而使纤维分丝帚化, 保持纤维的本来长度, 增强 成纸的拉力强度, 减少了纤维的流失, 这对短纤维桨料的磨浆是非常有利的, 对于长纤 维的磨浆必须加大两磨盘之间的压力, 并且使磨浆浓度不要太高, 这样有利部分长纤维 的切断作用;
2、 本发明的用于磨浆机的磨盘将转动磨盘第一圈齿的齿形制作成正齿, 这样更有 利于加强对浆料的正面剪切作用, 有利于粗浆的破碎, 同时还能简佧磨盘的铸造工艺;
3、本发明的用于磨浆机的磨盘转动磨盘第一圈齿的齿槽加宽和进浆口处齿槽加深, 这样将有利于较粗浆料和含有半生颗粒的浆料更容易进入磨齿槽内; :.

6、本发明的用于磨浆机的磨盘将磨盘所有的磨齿都与直径线成 10°左右夹角而且齿 厚相等, 这样能使同一区间内齿槽随半径加大而加宽, 这样有利于浆料在齿槽内小半径 往大半径的方向运动自如, 消除了浆料堵塞齿缝现象的发生;
7、 本发明的用于磨浆机的磨盘将两同心圆挡坝之间的齿槽底部两端拐角处成 45° 大斜角能使浆料在两磨盘之间的齿槽内交替流动时消除垂直碰撞, 从而减少了浆料由转 盘齿缝进入完盘齿缝后再由空盘齿缝进入转盘的下一级齿缝过程中所消耗的动能, 也就 减少了浆料在进入转盘下一级齿缝中浆料加速度所耗动力。
