Abstract
The invention relates to a method for determining service intervals. According to said method, temperatures in the transmission are measured at regular intervals and are entered in classification tables, whereupon said values are compared according to the aging behavior of the lubricant in accordance with the temperature, and an acoustic or visual signal indicating that the lubricant is to be changed is output when admissible values are exceeded.

Die DE 103 21 529 A1 offenbart ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung von Service-Intervallen in Getrieben, bei welchem von dem Verbrennungsmotor des Fahrzeugs und von weiteren Komponenten des Fahrzeugs über die CAN- Schnittstelle gelieferte Kennwerte im Steuergerät des Getriebes gespeichert werden, um diese auszuwerten. Die Werte für das Eingangsdrehmoment und die Eingangsdrehzahl werden gespeichert und ausgewertet, wobei bei der Auswertung Wirkungsgrad-Kennfelder des Getriebes sowie die Verlustfaktoren der Nebenabtriebe berücksichtigt werden. Die Auswertung erfolgt in Form eines normierten Diagramms, welches Rückschlüsse auf die Einsatzdauer sowie Einsatzhärte des Fahrzeugs ermöglicht. Hierbei wird die Anzahl von Lastspielen gezählt und aufsummiert. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Betätigungszeiten der Lamellenkupplungen bzw. Bremsen und/oder die Schließzeiten zusätzlich zu berücksichtigen. Dies kann vorzugsweise mittels eines Kontaktschalters detektiert werden. Die errmittelten Meßwerte werden kumulativ ausgewertet und daraus Rückschlüsse über den Verschmutzungsgrad des Filters und hieraus über die Verwendbarkeit des Schmiermittels gezogen. Verfahren zur Ermittlung von Service-Intervallen in Getrieben, wobei während des Betriebs Zustandsgrößen, wie Temperatur und Drehzahlen, ermittelt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ermittelten Zustandsgrößen in einer Speichereinrichtung abgelegt werden und ein elektronischer Rechner die abgelegten Zustandsgrößen mit zulässigen Zustandsgrößen vergleicht und bei Überschreiten der zulässigen Zustandsgrößen durch die abgelegten Zustandsgrößen ein visuelles oder akustisches Signal ausgibt.1.
