Abstract

This invention is a purification system that purifies the air by removing carbon monoxide from the air and the system works in the way that the combustion filter burns and ionizes the hydrogen and oxygen generated out of water by electrolysis, to overcome the nitrogen distribution of 20.9% in the air.

Description

SYSTEM FOR REMOVING CARBON DIOXIDE AND PURIFYING AIR
USING WATER
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention is about the system that removes carbon monoxide and purifies air pollution and the detailed explanation about how the system works is as follows: the hydrogen and oxygen that is produced by electrolyzing of water is burned itself and for the oxygen ionization of the polluted area which can not take place in the air 29% of which is oxygen, the polluted air that has been filtered through the combustion filter is forced through for the first purification, and while increasing the oxygen ionization, the air that has been passed through high temperature combustion film is ionized by plasma discharge (emitting) and then the ionized gas is discharged into the air, causing a large convection hole, and the system, thereby, note only removes smog, fog and yellow dust cloud but also precipitates and purifies harmful materials in the air by hydration that combines the ionized gas and water vapor particles, and this enables the system to expand its purification area.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART As you may well about plasma ionization electrode object cloud, low cloud of the invention is low cloud, as the industry develops, air pollution is getting worse, and the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air increases, so that not only the air loses its freshness but also various natural disasters occurs as carbon monoxide forms a film in the air, consequently increasing global temperature.
And various harmful materials floating in the air combines water particles, incurring smog, and this causes various diseases to humane body, and yellow dust cloud containing heavy metals causes various respiratory and skin diseases. In the mean time, the sunlight directly hit the surface of the earth through damaged ozone layer causing not only various diseases to human body but also huge change to the weather, and this worsens global worming, consequently damaging the ecology, so that the air pollution has become a serious problem today.
Therefore, various systems have been developed to purify the air pollution, even though, their applications have been limited in the way that existing air purifying systems inhales the air and filters it through normal fabric filter, or, using polarity, the air is passed through several electrode plates successively to collect harmful materials by using gas ions in the air or polar conductivity changes or unique value, so that their applications have been limited to comparatively small areas, but there hasn't been any system so far that can remove carbon monoxide, smog, fog and yellow dust cloud as well as purify the air over large areas.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Considering theses factors mentioned afore, the invention has been proposed. It overcomes the critical point of 20.9% of oxygen in the air and electrolyzes the water taken in into hydrogen and oxygen, the electrolyzed hydrogen and oxygen is stored in gas storage tanks located inside bottom of the system-the storage tanks can be installed in a fixed interval. And then the hydrogen and oxygen supplied from the storage tanks is burned by ring shape combustion filter installed in the middle part of the system. The ventilation fan on the bottom fans in and supplies the air to the combustion filter. Then the polluted air is purified through the combustion filter and this is first purification. In the mean time, the atoms in the air that has supplied the high temperature collide among themselves and the electrons that are freed out of their own orbits by the collisions are ionized while passing through the space of plasma discharging before being discharged into the air. Then the discharged ions are hydrated by combining with water particles, causing a convection current over a large area. So thereby it precipitates the harmful materials with water particles, finally removing and thus purifying the air over a large area. In conclusion, the system removes carbon monoxide and purifies the air, using water, and it can be operated remotely by computer through the Internet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The flowing is detailed explanation of the invention with its demonstration and drawing attached. According the structure of the system that removes carbon monoxide and purifies the air, using water, on the inside bottom of the case(l), are gas decomposer (110) that electrolyses water into hydrogen and oxygen to overcome the natural limitation, and gas storage tank (120) that stores the hydrogen and oxygen generated by the electrolysis. In the middle part of the system is ring shape combustion filter (130) that burns the hydrogen and oxygen supplied from the gas storage tank (120) . At the middle of inside bottom of the case (1) , is ventilation fan (140) that sucks in air and sends it to the combustion filter (130) to purify the air through the combustion filter (130) , and this is called the first purification stage and this takes place in the combustion filter part. The other part is plasma discharging part (200) . It ionizes the air purified through the combustion filter (100) , which is the first purification, and discharges the ionized air into the air when high voltage current of different polarity is supplied to the ion generating frame (210) which has case (210) .
Here as in drawing 2, there are gas nozzles (131) along the circumference in the same interval inside the combustion filter, to discharge the hydrogen and oxygen gas supplied from gas storage tank (120) into the inside space of the ring shape combustion filter (1300) , and there is a spark plug (132) on connection to inner space of the combustion filter (130) .
And in between the combustion filter and the case (1) , there is cut-off valve (133) to make sure that the combustion filter (130) is the only passage way for the air. The water pipe (111) is connected to the gas decomposer (110) to supply the sauce water (T^Γ?) . On the corners of the bottom of the case (1) are two wheels to provide mobility to the system, and of course there is transfer pipes between the gas decomposer (110) and gas storage tank for the transfer of the hydrogen and oxygen even though it is not indicated in the drawing.
As in the drawing 3, on the outside of the top of the system, there is ground electrode plate 300) that is electrically connected to the earth (G) , so that it raises by electric repulsion the ionized air that has been ionized through plasma discharging part (200) .
And the symbol 121 that is not explained in the drawing is supply pipe that supplies the hydrogen and oxygen of the gas storage tank (120) to the combustion filter, and 211 indicates ceramic insulator that electrically insulates the ion generating frame (210) .
The works of the purification system of the invention that removes and purifies the air are follows:
First of all, when you installed this air purification system of the invention in a pollution area, the water taken in though the water pipe (111) is forced to gas decomposer (110) and the water is electrolyzed into oxygen (O2) and hydrogen (2H2) , and the gas generated so is stored in the gas storage thank (120) .
And the oxygen and hydrogen stored in the gas storage tank (120) is supplied through the supply pipe to the combustion filter (130) and ejected through the gas nozzle of the combustion filter (130) , and the spark plug (132) ignites the gas and the gas burns within the ring shape combustion filter (130) emitting more than temperature of more than 2,0000C
There is no need for oxygen supply from outside, therefore, generation of nitro-oxides for the combustion and plasma ionization is not needed either.
At the same time, the operation of ventilation fan (140) supplies the polluted air into the Case(l) and the polluted air is forced through ring shape combustion filter (130) , and the combustion filter burns the polluted gas at more than 2,000°C and during the polluted air passes through the combustion filter (130) , the gaseous or solid pollutants in the air is carbonized and precipitates, and while the purified air passes, the atoms of the air collide among themselves freeing a lot of electrons out of their own orbits in the nucleolus structure.
Thus the purified air through the combustion filter of first purification is transferred to plasma discharging part (200) on the top of the combustion filter part (100) . In the plasma discharging part, different high voltage currents are applied to each of ion generating frames (210) , so that the air is ionized into positive ions and small amount of ions by high voltage current while it passes through the unified box structure (collector, emitter, extractor) of each ion generating frame (210) -pentahedron box with open top.
On the other hand, there are a lot of various ions and ions change their positions according to the movement and the composition of the air.
That is, when the ions in the form of space charge is charged positive, they move toward the earth's surface due to the influence of electromagnetic filed of the surface of the earth, while when they are charged negative, they tend to move away from the earth, so thereby forming a vertical flow to the earth's surface. So when ions are floated up, they are hydrated by combining with water particles that are electrically neutral, and the combination of the ions and water particles generates local heating of the air, causing convection current by colliding the heated with the air with lower temperature.

When the system is installed in smoggy or foggy area, the convection hole penetrates fog and smog cloud and expands its hole, and the expansion lets in more sunlight through the hole, accelerating the vanishing of fog and smog. Even though here in the invention the explanation is about only one system set-up, it is evident that the combinations of multiple systems for this type of air pollution purification (object of the ionization is low cloud) can certainly be used to expand the area of air purification.

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS: [Claim l]
The system for removing carbon dioxide and purifying air using water, the system having a casing (1) , which is open at upper and lower ends thereof, and comprising: a combustion filter unit (100) , comprising a gas decomposer (110) provided at a lower position in the casing
(1) to electrolyze drawn water into hydrogen and oxygen, a gas storage tank (120) provided at a lower position in the casing (1) to store the electrolyzed hydrogen and oxygen therein, a ring-shaped combustion filter (130) disposed at an intermediate position in the casing (1) to burn the hydrogen and oxygen supplied from the gas storage tank
(120) , with ignition means provided in the combustion filter (130), and a blower fan 140 provided at a central portion of a lower position in the casing (1) to draw and supply air into the combustion filter (130), the combustion filter unit (100) primarily purifying air through the combustion filter (130) ; and a plasma discharge unit (200) , comprising a plurality of rectangular ion generating frames (210) provided at an upper position in the casing (1) at positions spaced apart from each other by predetermined intervals, the plasma discharge unit (200) ionizing and discharging the primarily purified air outside the casing (1) when high voltage currents having different polarities are applied to the respective ion generating frames (210) .

The system for removing carbon dioxide and purifying air using water according to claim 1, further comprising a ground electrode plate (300) provided on an outer surface of an upper end of the casing (1) and electrically connected to a ground, so that air, ionized through the plasma discharge unit 200, is moved upwards by electric repulsive force of the ground electrode plate (300) .
