  • the main advantage of this solution is the improvement of the utility characteristics of the washer with the external protective coating, preferentially elastic, protecting the relatively hard plastic material of the washer's parts against mechanical damage and abrasion, and also for the purpose of protecting the surface of the beverage glasses, i.e. during any impact by the glass or with the operator's fast work and indelicate treatment of the washer.
  • the protective coating is resistant against pressurised water and the use of detergent in the washing container and has a smooth surface so that dirt and mould do not stick to it.

  • the hollow base 4 can be made as a tub-shaped casing with shaped side walls with an open upper section and with an upper peripheral collar, into which the washing container 2 can be placed at will, and without any seal.
  • the washing container 2 has a cylindrical shape with two side bulges 5 bulging, out from the washing container 2 and having a half-circle shape in cross- section. Both of the opposite-oriented bulges 5, open at the top, have the same height as the body of the washing container 2 and bottoms, connected to the bottom of the washing container 2.
  • One of the bulges 5 is meant for the loose placement of the beer glass handle with room for it being slightly turned.
  • the lower part of one of the bulges 5 can be used for the drainage of the pressurised water.

  • the rinsing unit 3 is made up of a perpendicular centrally situated rinsing spike 8 with the main sprayer Jl and rinsing units 9 with side sprayers 10 .
  • the operator puts the beer glass upside down on the upper end of the washing spike 7 with the central brush so, that one handle is placed into one of the bulges 5.
  • the operator using moderate pressure, pushes on the bottom of the beer glass on the washing spike 7 from above (figs. 1 , 2).
  • Pressurised water thereby starts to be let in the washing spike 7 from the bottom of its channel internal space 14, acting on the inner surface of the glass through the main sprayer ⁇ 7_ of the washing spike 7.
  • the brush on the washing spike 7 helps to wash the inner surface of the glass.
  • the water flows from the washing spike 7 into the area of the washing container 2 ⁇ and this water, along with the other peripherally situated strip brush, mechanically washes the outer surface of the glass.
  • the washed glass is inserted into the rinsing unit 3 so, that the operator inserts the glass upside down onto the centrally situated rinsing spike 8.
  • the operator subsequently acts upon the rinsing spike 8 using moderate pressure on the bottom of the glass, thereby initiating the supply of pressurised water, both to the rinsing spike 8 with the main sprayer ,17 for rinsing the inner surface of the glass, and to both of the side rinsers 9 with the side sprayers 10 for rinsing the outer surface of the glass.

  • the annulated foundation H has a central opening I ⁇ connected to the two oppositely - oriented side flow ducts 16 (figs. 3 and 6). Each of these passes horizontally through the inside of the annulated foundation H, and leads to the connected perpendicular side opening 18 of the annulated foundation H, which is connected to the attached horizontally-oriented jets 9 of the side sprayers 10 through the attached perpendicular internal flow ducts 19 of the side rinsers 9.
  • the mechanism of the aforementioned fixture 13 (figs. 4, 5, 6), embedded to a greater extent in the hollow base 4, supplies pressurised water from one of its vented heads to the internal area ,14 and the washing spike 7, leading to the centrally-situated main sprayer .17, for washing the inner walls of the beer glass.
  • the pressurised water is conveyed from the fixture 13 from its other vented head through the central opening V ⁇ of the annulated foundation U to both of the side ducts .16, and it is conducted by the side openings 18 to the internal ducts 17 of the side rinsers 9,. and from here to the jets of the side sprayers 10 of both side rinsers 9, from where the pressurised water sprays the outer surface of the beer glass with a handle.
  • annulated foundation H with both of the firmly attached side rinsers 9 is loosely placed and loosely turning on the upper part of the hollow base 4 ⁇ to which the central rinsing spike 8 presses.
  • the central rinsing spike 8 thus stays in its place, and both of the side rinsers 9 with the side sprayers 10 are deflected with the annulated foundation H.
  • the operator can carry out this turning of the annulated foundation H with both of the side rinsers 9 by hand. The operator can thus easily reversibly configure and turn both of the side rinsers 9 from the original position, by hand, as needed.
  • the structural solution of the side rinsers 9, each of which is comprised of two parts 20, 21, being the internal part 20 which is turned to the central rinsing spike 8 and equipped with a side sprayer 10 and the opposing external part 21, represents another improvement of the utility characteristics of the washer 1_.
  • the internal part 20 and external part 21 of each side rinser 9 are mutually detachably connected, and are preferably embedded in each other e.g. by an interlocking connection, and are detachably attached to the annulated foundation 11.
  • the side rinsers 9 can be easily and manually dismantled into two parts 20, 21 when necessary, e.g. when cleaning or replacing one or both parts 20, 21
  • the protective coating is elastic and has a smooth surface. It increases the mechanical resilience and resistance against the scratching of these outer surfaces and their resistance against impacts by breakable glass.
  • the protective coating softens the harder outer surface of the rinsing unit 3.
  • the protective coating can be also be applied to other external surfaces of the washer 1 as needed, e.g. to the outer surface of the washing container etc.
  • the solution is suitable for restaurants and gastronomic operations for the hand washing of hollow glass, porcelain and ceramics.

Abstract

La présente invention vise un appareil de lavage (1) qui comporte une unité de rinçage (3) dont la position des rinceurs latéraux (9) peut être modifiée par une rotation réversible et ajustable par rapport à la brosse de rinçage (8). Les rinceurs latéraux (9) sont fixés à la partie supérieure de la fondation en anneau (11) qui est positionnée sur la base sans y être fixée (4). La fondation en anneau (11) a une ouverture centrale (12) qui se connecte à la fois à l’espace interne (14) de la brosse de rinçage (8), menant au vaporisateur principal (17), et aux conduites latérales (16) lesquelles se connectent aux conduites internes menant par l’ouverture latérale (18) aux conduites internes (19) menant aux jets du vaporisateur latéral (10) des rinceurs latéraux (9). Les rinceurs latéraux (9) sont constitués d’une partie externe (21) et d’une partie interne (20) tournée vers la brosse de rinçage (8) et dotée d’un vaporisateur latéral (10). Ces deux parties (20, 21) sont reliées de façon mutuellement amovible. La surface externe du conteneur de lavage (2) et de l’unité de rinçage (3) ou de leurs parties adéquates est dotée d’un enduit protecteur, de préférence élastique.
