Abstract

Assembly of callote-conic constructions for dehydrating the tumour tissues by directing a natural raying, according to the invention herewith has a novelty in, that refers to an internal tumour (T), frontally and from rear side of a human body and along the axis (AA') that go through central point (C) of the tumour (T), onto the skin are attached cones (K, K') with fixed callotes (KA, KA'), that have apertures (OTV, OTV′). A diagonal (O′,O′) and a diagonal (O,O) are drawn through central point (C ) and intersect mutually under the angle of 90°, and are under the same angle compared to the inside of the envelopes (P, P'), of the cones (K, K') successively, as well. Radii (R1, R1′) of the callotes (KA, KA') focus the densest flux, obtained by directing the natural raying, along the axis (AA') in a centre of the tumour (T), and callotes (KA, KA') focus the densest flux in central point (C) of the tumour (T). In both cases, the flux interspacely declines and outside the tumour (T) has value of environmental natural raying. Herewith, in two ways at the same time, and with no disorder to the state of the healthy tissue outside the tumour (T), a flux is achieved, its increased influence impacts only inside of tumour (T) inducing hereby its accelerated drying.

Description

ASSEMBLY OF CALLOTE-CONIC CONSTRUCTIONS FOR DEHYDRATING THE TUMOUR TISSUES BY DIRECTING A NATURAL RAYING
This invention, according to its construction, belongs to devices with raying having the means for shaping the rays and according to IPC is classified to G 21 K 5/04. In regard of its application in medical treatment, it can be classified into the subsidiary therapeutical means for directing radiation beam onto a particular point, and according to IPC7 is classified to A 61 B 6/08. According to the way of its impact inside the tumorous tissues that warms and stimulates towards the accelerated metabolism, it can be classified as A 61 B 17/36 and A 61 H 39/06, as well. Furthermore, it can be inserted into heating equipment for therapeutical treatment of internal parts of human body A 61 F 7/12. Similarly, and according to the effects of its application, it represents an assembly for protection and neutralization from harmful raying and is signed A 61 N 1/16.
Technical problem solved by this invention is, how to frame an assembly of calotte-conic constructions and how and where these are to be placed onto the body of a patient, so as to redirect the existing ubiquitous natural raying, the energy flux inside the borders of tumorous tissues should be significantly increased, but the flux of natural raying through healthy parts of organisms must not be disordered. Herewith, by the increase of the internal temperature of the tumour and stronger energy stimulation, some faster evaporation would be obtained, i.e. the tumour would be stimulated to internal self- dehydration, and simultaneously the tumour would be moved to fast metabolic processes in itself when being in lack of prerequisite conditions. In this way, internal tumors in organisms would, without any surgery, chemical interventions and radioactive raying, that by the essence of its impact, destroy even the healthy parts of the body, lessening itself by dehydrating. In case of tumors spread over the body in the form of the moles and warts with a neck, that would be dehydrating thereof, and it turns out that surface moles and warts lose layers on the surface.
A precedent to grant a patent in a case of a tool where a principle of invention thereof was incompletely obvious was set in Czechoslovakia in 1959. The Czechoslovakian Patent Office granted a patent right to Karl Drbale, under patent N0 91 304 for a razor blade sharpener of the Cheops' pyramid form. Experiments proved that no matter whether it is made of stone, metal, styrofoam or paper, in a razor blade sharpener, having the same relation of ratio as the relations of Cheops' pyramid, blunt razor blade sharpeners become sharpened. The other experiments proved that food contained inside those pyramidal forms stays fresh and unspoiled much longer than food outside the pyramid that under the identical circumstances gets spoiled rather soon. Furthermore, it has been noticed that fresh meat inside a pyramid, instead of changing for the worse starts to get dry. An application of the experience obtained herefrom has enabled the construction of a milk pack in which, at the room temperature, it is possible to obtain longer duration of milk, joghurt and the like, without being put in a refrigerator and this also makes easy transport at longer distances.
Under the name of "Energy of Keops1 pyramid" this energy, where neither its qualitative nature is solved, nor it is possible to be measured but the way of its impacts is discovered in a part, besides the above mentioned examples, it is applied even for the construction of new forms of cylindrical and cubic silos, in which the storage of cereals is improved, with higher health fitness and longer reproductive ability. In all these examples, though it has been noticed yet not enough pointed out is the fact that in meat, milk, cereals, fruit and vegetables the process of dehydrating is faster than outside the construction. According to its implication of a new approach for the use of allpervasive natural energy, this time called cosmic energy, European Patent Grant N0050718 was given for the application number EP 0 507 180 B1 named as "A Device for Activation of the Human Spine System". In this patent, it was proved that ubiquitous cosmic energy could be directed, i.e. vertically brought into focus along the spine. Thus, energy activation is obtained by elimination of energy blockade in a spinal region. Though it was renamed, an evident conclusion comes out that by vertical focusing of cosmic energy; a flowing of vital energy Qi along one of its main meridians along the spine is deblocaded. Directing with axial focusing is obtained by wide ellipse semi-circling the spine vertebras from the backside. Whether and what relation exists between the energies of pyramids, cosmic energy and vital energy Qi has been unestablished, yet and was not the subject-matter of the mentioned invention.
Further acknowledged contribution to the problem of directing of the ubiquitous energy for bioenergetical activation, is in patent grant of the Russian Federation, N0 2074748, application PCT/RU96/00014, international filing number WO 97/02800. Here, two new qualities are patent granted in solving the problem of activation of living organisms by exterior energy. The first one is that it can be redirected by diffraction by means of an opened three-dimensional helicoidal curve in the form of spiral or ellipse spiral and this way the organism can be treated in its entirety, even on the cellular level. The second one is that for the spirals and the base, different materials have been used; these materials activated by the exterior energy have bioenergetical effect to the organism, that was proved by measuring of conductivity, in biologically active points, i.e. in acupunctural points. Indirectly, there has been indicated one more crucial fact, that ubiquitous energy being liable to diffraction acts like wave radiating in one of its aspects of manifestation.
On account of an insight into the world known state-of-art and protection of other aspects of intellectual property, an undoubtedly implied conclusion is that besides the above mentioned three granted patents, some other researchers and inventors solved successfully part of a mistery of ubiquitous, allpervasive, and beneficial energy, and offered different suggestions for the most appropriate implementation thereof.
Thus, for example in a granted Yugoslav design application number U-7/93, having the title "Decorative Protective Calendar", only by its name "protective calendar" implies that the point is in something more than the protection of a simple ornament for reproduction on different materials. Actually, the question is in twelvearmed repeated cross with semiround arms having exactly estimated dimensions put in a circle, which is squarelly arranged. Only by its form, it brings to restructuring of negative raying because of the occurrence of diffraction, refraction, interference and polarization. There are 16 vertical, 16 horizontal and 12 semicircular differently directed edges and 20 sectional points of diffractional knobs, thus it represents a diffractional grating of a complex form. Furthermore, it comprises all the arms repeated in a circle both to the left and to the right, and such a form comprises two Archimedes' spirals in it, where both are of left-directed and right-directed orientation.
No less attractive is a model granted, under N09550 of model application 33/94 - M 33/94. In this application there is a platform, having the base with a repeated twelvearmed cross on both sides, on the upper side of the platform there is a globe with a cylindrical hole, and on the globe there is a six-armed three-dimensional cross. A three- dimensional cross involves 60 diffractional edges in all its level surfaces with 32 sectional points. In addition of 32 more diffractional edges in all the level surfaces, with 24 more semicircular edges, and 40 diffractional knobs out of the two repeated crosses. For all that, a globe within the whole assembly cannot be neglected, that contributes to it by its effects. Only according to its description it is evident that very successful energy activator which simultaneously uses ubiquitous energy through the effects of diffraction and circular front expanding, which provides intensified flux in all the directions around the model of energy beneficial to all the living organisms, human beings, animals and plants. The analysis of a described model and a pattern as well, implies that the way of their operaton can be explained even from a standpoint of raying of forms which means that forms by the effects of diffractional breaking up edge and wave emanation of redirecting the allpervasive energy. Thus, a simultaneously given answer is in what the essence of meaning of disharmony of raying of forms is, i.e. the reason that people being in vicinity of old-time furniture of round edges that is mixed with parts of contemporary furniture of sharp edges feel unconfortably.
A problem of gentle enrichment of rooms by beneficial energy is also successfully solved in a Yugoslav patent application P - 905/89. There are three globes mutually attached one to another, so that those are tangents lined at the edges of the virtual cone having an isosceles triangle in its vertical section. For all that, the smallest globe has a cone attached to it, and the side edges of the cone correspond to the edges of a virtual cone. Here, initially brought effects of concentrically beneficial energy emanation are in the surrounding space, and the moving in that space due to the globes and a cone, provides an energetic massage and an acupressure of particular essential points.
An axially oriented flux of the allpervasive energy, where a person being influenced by is placed along the axe of the device as well, is realized in patent application number EP O 4422 291 A2, titled as "A Device for accumulating, Amplifying and Directing of Cosmical Energy". Here, by combination of directing by means of the sides of twelve-sided pyramid, and by the lover part of the cone envelope, two different types of flux focussing on .the above compared to the lower part of the body are achieved. Displacement of that border is achieved by moving the device itself. Herewith, the organism is simultaneously treated as two independent units.
An attempt to create a device with central focusing of energy is done in an Austrian application by patent grant no. AT 397 618 B. There is a device in which caps of wider diameters put onto the caps of narrower ones is made, and all these ends with a semiglobe. On the base of the drawings, an analysis of focus of a globe and the most of the sections of the globe imply that energy flux under device is actually decreased herewith.
Another successful solution of the flux directed locally to any part of the body is explained in patent application number EP O 460 670 A2, titled as "Device for Accumulation, Reinforcement and Local Directing of Positive Cosmic Energy". There are two plates coupled having full cylindrical elongations joined under fixable changeable angles. The device is leaned and fastened onto a body above the organ that needs intensified energy flux. The intensified flux is obtained by intersection of the flux of one and the other plates surfaces of the same device. However, in that way, all the organs can be treated, but it is simultaneously influenced at their healthy environment, that is unrecommendable. For the purpose of treatment of each individual organ, a change of dimensions of the very device and, in some cases, even the change of form is required.
In granted patent RU 2132205, titled as "Device for Accumulation of Biological, Spacial (Cosmic) Energy" a method of taking energy coming from a larger outside space so as to redirect the reinforced energy flux towards a smaller inner space, is explained. Moreover, it is important to point out here that in the whole application it is not at a single moment taken into doubt that the nature of that energy is biological-cosmic, i.e. vital, Qi energy, and life-giving energy respectively. It denotes that a dilemma of the type of connection between energy of pyramids, cosmic energy, Qi vital energy and bioenergy, and that all these are actually different manifestations and aspects of one identical allsurrounding, ubiquitous, allpervasive, allmoving-life-giving energy.
Complete axial directing of externally gathered allpervasive energy, is achieved by the construction according to the granted patent FR 2572289. However, so a large density of energy obtained through each beam, equally breaks into and through the tumour tissue, and through a healthy tissue, before and after it. Hence, duration of its use is limited, as the more it destroys tumour, it destroys even the tissue where it goes through.
With different construction, totally axial orientation is achieved even with embodiments of the solution from patent application EP O 331 637 Al This solution avoided uncompletely weak points and shortcomings of energetically strong axial orientation through healthy and ill tissue in human body.
In patent application WO 9523628 based on applications of the granted patents RU 2066211 and RU 2071363 by strongest focusation of different constructions energy falong the axis in the centre, is achieved. It is unclear however, how these extremely wise designed units are supposed to be applied in a human body.
Opportunity to achieve controlled central focusation of energy in a point along with flux decline at a distance from that point, is achieved in granted patent RU 2 093 203. Oriented energy emerges out of a human arm that from outside encircles the construction.
In granted patents RU 2 104 059 and RU 2 141 363 with the purpose of healing the existing disorders and building up the immune system and defense mechanisms in human beings, construction that quite convincingly simulates turtles shell, particularly dorsal part, comprised from the parts of spherical shape, that focus energy from the surrounding space into a live tissue wherein it is absorbed. As for the number, shape and arrangement of parts of spheres in the shell, this energy is evenly arranged through the whole turtles body. During application on a human body, constructions like these are adapted to impact onto a whole human body, torso or particular extremities.
The use of allpervasive energy, in the tradition and culture of far-east countries known as life-giving energy Qi, in the folk and traditional medicine of the ancient China, is brought to the perfection. Acupuncture as a diagnostically therapeutical method is, nowadays, also acknowledged in the formal conservative medicine of the west. For that, purpose in the International Patent Classification (IPC) a whole class A 61 H 39/00 with subclasses 39/02, 39/04, 39/06 and 39/08 and the devices in the field of acupuncture. The learning of the traditional ayurveda medicine based on the bases of the ancient Chinese knowledge that human body is imbued with two main energy meridians both frontally and in back and 12 secondary. The Qi vital life energy runs through them. If its flow is interfered or interrupted, that means if the organs get too much or too little Qi, a body acts for an illness. The purpose is to remove all the blockades and restore an energey balance of an organism. In order to succeed in that, medical experts use 361 acupunctural points on meridians that represent specific "gates" for additional pouring of energy. Acupuncture needles, having narrow tip and cylindrical or many-sided prismatic body, are pricked into those points. Obviously, the frame due to its form is used for taking energy and redirecting it through the top of the needle into the acupunctural point, i.e. into the corresponding meridian. Although, on the base of the above explained example it is obvious that the characteristics of the life energy, medicine that exists all around us but is not obvious, in the culture of the people with unceased continuity of application of traditional medicine, are long time hence and to a large degree used, it is important to point out that acupuncture enables that allpervasive energy from a specific space is collected, focally concentrated and channeled into desired direction. However, acupuncture helps to attain reestablishment of a disturbed energy balance of an organism in its entirety, a group of organs, or a single organ, but it cannot be treated only towards an ill taken part of an organ, for example, to one already taken by tumour.
In medicine, tumours are newly formed excrescencies in or on a human body. For all those, it is specific that a cell or a group of cells suddenly gets a characteristic that is not pertinent to normal cells i.e. irrepressible ability of reproduction. According to its characteristics all the tumours are divided into malignancy and benign tumours. Malignancy illnesses are mostly healed by combined approach - surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. In clinical oncology "X", rays or some other sort of ionized raying are applied, with protons, neutrons or α particles. The aim of this type of raying is to define the field of raying with the least possible intervention onto the healthy tissue. However, these rays when passing through a healthy matter or tissue, bring to ionization and result in certain consequences on tissues. The activity of ionization is thus unselective. Though malignity cells are more influenced by raying, in a large degree, it influences healthy cells, as well. Surgical removing of tumours breaks, besides the enfeebled tissue, even a healthy tissue in its vicinity, to provide access to the tumour. As a surgical intervention additionally enfeebles the immunity hence malignancy cells spread through the neighbouring tissues. Being unsteadily grouped these are rapidly grouped into groups, that through the agency of lymphatic and blood vessels are disseminated in an organism making new tumours.
Chemotherapy is mostly based on cytostatics, actually strong toxins, that primarily destroy tumours, but as the by-products, the healthy parts even significantly add to further deficiency of immunity. Actually, all these three procedures in most cases only delay the unavoidable tragic end. Besides the above mentioned, worldwide known are other ways of removing of tumours, of course, before the stage of metastases, that are in long lasting period of times conducted in strictly controlled conditions. That is for example severe famish, when cholesterol is primary consumed from blood vessels, supplies of fats in an organism, and at the end tumour as a high energy consumer with distinctly fast metabolic processes, consumes itself. The similar effect is attained by a complete change of the way of nutrition, that should be only of a plant origin and prepared in a special way.
Special type of benign and malignity tumours are moles and warts on human skin. These are electrocoaguationally, cryotherapy and laser removed. However, the up-to- now experience proves that even after a necessary asked surgery, a well-known rule is that all of them are not to be touched nor harmed, except when there is a real necessity, bring to the tragic end. Nevertheless, in particular cases with moles and warts having a neck it is possible to have those removed without consequences. It is possible to attain by ligation of the base of the neck and by its timely tightening, which in a longer period brings to an ischemy, and afterwards the mole or the wart dries itself and drops off.
Assembly of callote-conic constructions for dehydrating the tumour tissues by directing a natural raying, has a novelty in that, that the envelope of the truncated cone is rectangularly set to the diagonal axis pulled through a selected central point of the tumour. For all that, a mainstay point of the envelope is placed on the tangent straight line pulled through a tangent point on the tumour in parallel with a diagonal axis and its intersection to a patient skin. The width of the envelope is defined by the intersected point of the border side of the virtual cone and tangent through tangent point parallel to diagonal axis, and width and are mutually equal. There, diagonal axes are mutually rectangular and set under angle of 45° between the vertical axis and horisontal axis pulled through the central point of the tumour. In relation to axes the chosen width of the envelope, that is narrower one, so as to keep the stream of radiation only inside the borders of tumour. The width together with an border side of the cut part makes the total border side of the virtual cone, whose apex is 90°, and its inclined angles are 45°. These are at the same time inclined angles of the envelope of the truncated cone, where the diameter of the main virtual cone, circumscribed around the vertical axis, is equal to the diagonal of the square whose sides are equal to the border sides. Thickness of the envelope is notably less than the width of the border side of the cut part and the border side of the virtual cone. A callote with an aperture continues to the truncated cone, and with radius of the callote, the centre of which is at the same time the central point of the tumour.
An assembly of callote-conic constructions for dehydrating tumour tissue by directing a natural raying in comparison to already existing ways of tumour removal it has advantage in that: - it does not use invasive surgery treatments;
- it does not use chemotherapy that destroys even the healthy parts of an organisms;
- it does not use the sources of ionized raying that destroy even the healthy parts of an organism;
- it does not weaken natural immunity;
- raying is done exclusively by natural unionized raying;
- flux density of energetic raying is increased exclusively inside the borders of tumorous tissues;
- flux in healthy tissues that is surrounded by tumorous ones, is surrounded by usual natural raying;
- it achieved internal self dehydration tumorous tissues, first time slowly and then more faster with lessening dimensions of tumorous;
- benign tumorous are equally treated in the same way, as with malignity tumours, in tha case that metastasis doesn't have reached whole body;
- into the tumorous it is realised in the same time on axis and central focusation of flux energetic raying, with decreasing density of flux which depends from the distance of axis or centrum of focusation.
This invention shall be further described as follows, with reference to drawing where:
- Fig. 1 represents a section of a human body with internal tumour and callote-conic constructions on the front and back side;
- Fig. 2 represents enlarged section of a callote-conic construction from Fig. 1 ;
- Fig. 3 represents view from above on the section of the callote-conic construction from Fig.1;
As it can be seen from Fig.1 to Fig. 3, the assembly of callote-conic constructions for dehydrating tumour tissues by directing a natural raying, has a novelty in that, that the envelope P, P' of the truncated cone K, K' is rectangularly set to the diagonal axis 00, O1O' pulled through a selected central point C of the tumour T. Herein, a mainstay point OT, OT' of the envelope P, P' is placed on the tangent straight line pulled through a tangent point Ti1 T2 on the tumour T in parallel with a diagonal axis O, O' and its intersection to a patient skin. Width U, Li1 of the envelope P, P' is defined by the intersected point PT, PT of the border side R, R' of the virtual cone VK, VK' and tangent through tangent point T2, Ti parallel to diagonal axis O, O', and width L1 and L1' are mutually equal. There diagonal axes OO, OO1 have mutual angle of 90° and are set under angle of 45° between the vertical axis AA' and horisontal axis BB' pulled through the central point C of the tumour T, and that in relation to axes O1O', OO the chosen width Li1 Li' of the envelope P1 P', that is narrower of the two, in order to keep the stream of radiation only inside the borders of tumour T. Width Li, Li' together with a border side Ro, Ro' of the cut part makes the total border side R, R' of the virtual cone VK, VK', whose apex is 90°, and its inclined angles are 45°, that are at the same time inclined angles of the envelope P, P' of the truncated cone K, K1. Herein the diameter Rd, R'd of the main virtual cone VK, VK', circumscribed around the vertical axis A, A', is equal to the diagonal of the square whose sides are equal to the border sides R, R'. Thickness N of the envelope P, P' is notably less than the width Li1 Li', of the border side Ro, Ro' of the cut part and the border side R, R' of the virtual cone VK, VK1. Callotte KA, KA1, with the aperture OTV, OTV, and radius Ri, RV of the callote KA, KA1, the centre of which is at the same time the central point C of tumour T continues from the truncated cone K, K1.
As shown, in Fig. 1, Fig 2, Fig. 3, the assembly of callote-conic constructions for dehydrating the tumour tissues by directing natural raying toward internal dehydrating of tumours in organism by means of multidimensional directing of natural raying, are set in such a way that, firstly, on the side of the body, in the given example the front side, that is closer to the tumour T, through the anatomically chosen point C of the tumour T, axis AA' is drawn on the skin, and in relation to it axis BB ' is horisontal. Between these two axes, under the angle of 45° on both of them, through the point C diagonal axes OO and OO' are drawn, that now have 90° angle between them. In relation to the front side of the body, to which the tumour is closer, it can be visually established whether the stream of raying the tumour which is in parallel to the diagonal axis OO. Then by the parallel chosen axis, OO' through touching tangent points Ti and T2 of the tumour two tangent straight lines are drawn. Tangent line drawn through tangent point Ti, closer to skin, defines the leaning point OT envelope P of the cone envelope K. From the leaning point OT there is a straight line normal to a diagonal axis O'O' drawn towards the sectional point PT with tangent straight line drawn through other tangent point T2 of the tumour T. The length of the straight line between the leaning point OT and sectional point PT defines the width Li of the envelope P. From the points OT and PT on the vertical axis AA' the distances between the points OT and PT are rectangularly transferred and mutually joined, which completes the section of the envelope P of the cone K. When the edges of the envelope P are enlonged to its mutual section, the appearance of the virtual cone K is achieved whose apex amounts to 90°. Herefrom, it can be seen that the width Li of the envelope, with border side Ro of the truncated part of the cone, makes together the border side R of the whole virtual cone VK. Tangent straight line drawn through the sectional point PT and tangent point T2 of the tumour in its intersection with the skin on the backside, defines the leaning point OT' of an envelope P' of other truncated cone K'. Alike, the tangent line drawn through the leaning point OT and tangent point Ti of the tumour T, where sectioned with the straight line drawn from the leaning point OT' on the backside being normal to the axis O'O' define the sectional point PT'. Straight line between the points OT-PT1 defines the width Li' of an envelope P' of other truncated cone K'. As the straight lines OT- PT and OT-PT are mutually parallel and bordered by the same tangent staight lines, it derives that width U and Li' of the envelopes P and P' are mutually equal. Envelopes P and P' are fixed onto the skin on opposite sides, in this case frontal and on the back side, as against to the tumour T. For envelopes P, P' of truncated cones K, K' onto the narrowed part are joined callotes KA, KA' with apertures OTV, OTV. Radii Ri, Ri' of the callotes KA, KA' are centred in central point C of the tumour T. Along the whole surface thereof, envelopes P, P' of truncated cones K, K' and callotes KA, KA' externally gather allpervasive energy. Since the thickness N is much reduced as compared to the widths Li and LT of the envelopes P and P1 and surface of callotes KA, KA', the energy is transferred onto the internal surfaces raying thereby tumour T in parallel to diagonal axes OO and O'O1, exclusively between tangent points Ti and T2 or due to callotes KA and KA' is focused into central point C of tumour T. Thus, due to reorientation of energy along its whole envelope surface of truncated cone K, K' significantly increases flux of allpervasive energy along the vertical axis AA', or around the central point C, within the borders of tumour T. Based on the geometry explained, it is obvious that outside the tumour tissues energy flux moves within a normal range. Increased energy flux inside the tumour borders envokes its increased metabolism, i.e. exchange of stuff-matters with increased loss of liquid, but in an unusual extent compared to the adjusted one. Therefore, it brings up to its gradual drying along with decrease, hence envelopes P, P' of truncated cones K, K' can be used even as auxiliary curative means that reduce aggression and reproductive ability of tumour, and both from in or of itself improve immune system and defensive ability of a patients's body, all along until it is strong enough to endure surgery bringing risk in a lessened degree.

1. Assembly of eallote-conic constructions for dehydrating tumour tissues by directing/ the natural raying, is characterized in that, that an envelope (P, P') of a truncated cone (K, K') is rectangularly set to the diagonal axis (00, OO') pulled through a selected central point (C) of a tumour (T), where a mainstay point (OT, OT') of the envelope (P, P') is placed on a tangent straight line pulled through a tangent point (Ti1 T2) on the tumour (T) and in parallel to a diagonal axis (O, O') and its intersection to a patient skin, and a width (Li, Li') of the envelope (P, P') is defined by the intersected point (PT, PT') of the border side (R, R') of the virtual cone (VK, VK') and tangent through tangent point (T2, Ti) in parallel to diagonal axis (O, O1), and width (L1) and (LV) are mutually equal, where diagonal axes (OO, O1O') have mutual angle of 90° and are set under angle of 45° between the vertical axis (AA') and horisontal axis (BB') pulled through a central point (C) of the tumour (T), and that in relation to the axes (O'O1, OO), the chosen width (U1 U') of the envelope (P, P'), that is narrower of the two, in order to keep the stream of radiation only inside the borders of tumour (T), and that the width (U, Li') together with a border side (Ro, Ro') of the cut part makes up to the total border side (R, R') of the virtual cone (VK, VK'), whose apex is 90°, and its inclined angles are 45°, that are at the same time inclined angles of the envelope (P, P') of the truncated cone (K, K'), where the diameter (Rd, R'd) of the main virtual cone (VK, VK'), circumscribed around the vertical axis (A, A'), is equal to the diagonal of the square whose sides are equal to the border sides (R, R1), and a thickness (N) of the envelope (P, P') is notably less than the width (Li1 Li'), of the border side (Ro, Ro') of the cut part and the border side (R, R') of the virtual cone (VK, VK1), and callote (KA, KA1) with an aperture (OTV, OTV) continues to the truncated cone (K, K'), and radius (R, R1) of the callote (KA, KA1), the centre of which is at the same time the central point (C) of the tumour (T).
