Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic servant à analyser une ou plusieurs substances test, le dispositif comprenant : (a) un moyen d'interaction d'échantillon de silicium, qui lorsqu'il est utilisé, interagit avec au moins une substance test ; (b) un moyen de génération de signal qui permet de générer un signal de test par interrogation du moyen d'interaction d'échantillon de silicium; et (c) un moyen de traitement du signal qui permet de traiter le signal de test. Le moyen d'interaction d'échantillon de signal peut comprendre un réseau de capteurs de silicium poreux.
