Abstract

Se describe un nuevo sistema, dispositivo y métodos que posibilitan el uso compartido e intercambio de plazas de aparcamiento, con acceso controlado, entre entidades oferentes y demandantes de las mismas, y en concreto entre particulares. El sistema de intercambio de aparcamiento comprende: i) una plataforma central para gestionar las operaciones derivadas del uso de las plazas de aparcamiento asociadas en función de la oferta y demanda registrada, ii) medios para controlar el acceso a las plazas disponibles a través del dispositivo propuesto y de un sistema de codificación propio, y iii) métodos y procedimientos para la detección, notificación y resolución de incidencias derivadas de un uso irregular de las plazas de aparcamiento gestionadas.
