在图 1中, 其核心是终端通过 DHCP服务器获得网管 /自动配置服务器 URL (指定信息 位置)这一关键参数, 然后, 终端可以自动的与网管 /自动配置服务器交互, 获得开展 业务服务所必须的所有参数, 所述参数具体可以包括终端软件和终端配置文件等。
在图 1所示的处理过程中,要求使用 DHCP服务器给终端分配 IP地址,因此,要求 DHCP 服务器需要能够验证终端的合法性。
而且, 目前宽带部署情况通常如图 2所示, 包括被管理 CPE (分为作为 B- NT (宽带网 络终端) 的 CPE和作为 LAN (局域网)设备的 CPE) , 以及网络设备, 如 DSLAM (宽带接入 复用器) 、 BRAS (宽带接入服务器) 、 RADIUS (认证)服务器等, 可以看出, 运营商通 常并没有部署专门的 DHCP服务器以给终端分配 IP地址, 这就使得 PPP接入终端无法通过 DHCP服务器获得网管 /自动配置服务器, 也就无法实现相应的业务自动分发过程。
因此, 目前, 对于网络中未部署可以为终端分配 IP地址的 DHCP服务器, 或者, 部署 的相应 DHCP服务器不具有对终端进行合法性验证的功能,则在网络中便无法实现业务自 动发放的处理过程。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种 PPP接入终端实现自动业务发放的方法及系统, 从而使得 在使用 PPP组网中, PPP接入终端能够在不依赖 DHCP服务器的情况下自动实现业务的发 放, 有效避免了运营商对网络的重大改造。

业务处理单元, 用于利用所述的配置信息开展业务。 由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明中, PPP接入终端可以通过 PPP服务 器获取自动配置服务器的地址信息,以进行开展业务需要的配置信息的获取操作,另外, 也可以通过在 PPP接入终端中配置的自动配置服务器地址信息进行所述配置信息的获 取; 因此, 本发明的实现使得采用 PPP组网情况下自动业务发放流程摆脱对 DHCP服务器 的依赖, 从而可以避免运营商对网络的重大改造, 保护运营商的已经发生的投资。 附图简要说明

图 6为本发明所述的系统的具体实现结构示意图。 实施本发明的方式 本发明的核心是解决 PPP接入方式下,终端可动态或静态获取网管 /自动配置服务器 地址, 并基于所述的网管 /自动配置服务器地址自动获取开展业务需要的终端软件和终 端配置文件, 从而使得可以实现业务的自动发放处理。
在 PPP接入方式中, 包括 LCP (链路控制协议) 和 NCP (网络控制协议)两个阶段, 其中:
( 1 )在 LCP阶段, CPE和服务器协商链路层参数, 建立通讯链路;
(2)在 NCP阶段, CPE和服务器协商网络层参数,对于基于 IP的应用,作为 NCP的 IPCP ( IP协议控制协议)可以用来给终端配置 IP协议的相关参数, 因此, 通过对 IPCP协议的 扩展, 可以实现 ACS (接入控制服务器)地址 (如网管 /自动配置服务器地址) 的传递。
本发明中,具体的扩展内容为基于 IPCP协议增加 IPCP configuration options ( IPCP 协议配置选项) ; 通过该扩展内容携带增加的参数包括: 网管 /自动配置服务器 URL (统 一资源定位地址) , 即网管 /自动配置服务器地址。
本发明中, 通过使用标准的 PPP IPCP流程在对用户验证通过后, 负责 PPP服务器认 证处理的 RADIUS (远程拨号用户认证服务) 服务器向终端返回终端 IP地址, DNS (域名 系统)地址, 网管 /自动配置服务器 URL。 网管 /自动配置服务器 URL的地址可以配置在 PPP服务器上, 如, BRAS和 ER (边缘路 由器)等, 也可以配置在其他的服务器中, 由 PPP服务器通过某些协议获取。 本发明中, 自动从 PPP服务器获取网管 /自动配置服务器地址的业务流程如图 3所示, 具体包括:
步骤 31 : 终端上电, 发起 PPP接入请求, 建立 PPP连接;
步骤 32: 用户终端和 PPP服务器 (ER/BRAS ) 之间通过 LCP协议, 协商链路层参数, 建立通讯链路;
步骤 33: 用户终端和 PPP服务器(ER/BRAS )之间通过 IPCP协议, 协商 IP层参数, 包 括 IP地址和网管 /自动配置服务器地址; - 为便于对本发明的理解, 下面将结合附图对本发明提供的具体实施例进行说明。 基于 PPP上行方式获取网管 /自动配置服务器的地址的自动业务发放流程的具体实 施例一的实现过程如图 4所示, 具体可以包括以下步骤. - 步骤 41至步骤 43: 用户购买终端设备并到营业厅申请业务, 此时需要向营业厅提供 终端标识、用户信息和用户申请业务信息,营业厅根据用户提供的信息进行用户的登记; 步骤 44至步骤 46: 营业厅完成用户的登记后, 分别向 BRAS (宽带接入服务器)发放 用户信息和用户申请业务信息, 向网管系统和业务系统发放终端信息、 用户信息、 用户 申请业务信息;
步骤 47: 用户给终端设备上电;
步骤 48: 上电后的终端设备向 BRAS发起 PPP连接请求, 请求与 BRAS建立 PPP连接; 步骤 49: BRAS将网管 /自动配置服务器地址下发给终端设备;
步骤 410 : 终端设备根据获取的网管地址向网管系统的网管服务器请求终端软件和 终端配置文件;
步骤 411 : 网管服务器向终端设备下发相应的终端软件和终端配置文件; 步骤 412: 终端向业务系统的业务服务器请求业务;
步骤 413: 业务服务器响应终端业务请求, 这样, 终端便可以与业务系统进行通信, 开展相应的业务。 图 4所示的本发明提供的技术方案是一个完全的自动化的过程, 考虑到现实的组网 情况上述方案可以采取一些折中, 即在终端上人工配置网管 /自动配置服务器地址, 之 后根据配置的网管 /自动配置服务器地址信息进行业务的自动发放处理。
在该方案中,对于拥有显示界面的终端,或者有终端部署场所有 PC机等设备的情况, 可以通过终端提供的用户界面或者将终端连接到 PC上人工配置网管 /自动配置服务器地 址, 而且只需要配置网管 /自动配置服务器地址和网络接入认证参数如, PPPoE (基于以 太网的点到点协议)用户名和口令, 之后, 便可以实现业务的自动发放处理。
在这一实现方案中, 不需要扩展 PPP协议, 同时, 对现网中的 BRAS等设备也没有任 何改动。
这一具体实施例提供的完整的业务自动发放处理流程的具体实现过程如图 5所示, 具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 51至步骤 53 : 用户购买终端设备并到营业厅申请业务, 此时需要向营业厅提供 终端标识、用户信息和用户申请业务信息,营业厅根据用户提供的信息进行用户的登记; 步骤 54至步骤 56: 营业厅完成用户的登记后, 分别向 BRAS (宽带接入服务器)发放 用户信息和用户申请业务信息, 向网管系统 /自动配置服务器和业务系统发放终端信息、 用户信息、 用户申请业务信息;
步骤 57: 用户人工配置网管 /自动配置服务器地址信息;
步骤 58: 用户给终端设备上电;
步骤 59 : 上电后的终端设备向 BRAS发起 PPP连接请求, 请求与 BRAS建立 PPP连接, 以 便于后续的处理可以基于该 PPP连接实现;
步骤 510: 建立 PPP连接后, 终端设备根据获取的网管地址向网管系统的网管服务器 请求终端软件和终端配置文件;
步骤 511 : 网管服务器向终端设备下发相应的终端软件和终端配置文件;
步骤 512 : 终端向业务系统的业务服务器请求业务;
步骤 513: 业务服务器响应终端业务请求, 这样, 终端便可以与业务系统进行通信, 开展相应的业务。 本发明还提供了一种 PPP接入终端实现自动业务发放的系统,包括 PPP接入终端、 PPP 服务器及网管 /自动配置服务器(图中未示出) , 其具体实现结构如图 6所示, 具体可以 包括以下两种实现方案:
实现方案一:
如图 6所示, 所述系统包括地址信息发下单元和地址信息接收单元, 以及配置信息 获取单元和业务处理单元, 其中:
( 1 ) 地址信息下发单元
设置于 PPP服务器中, 用于在 PPP接入终端接入网络后, 将网管 /自动配置服务器的 地址信息随网络层参数一起发送给 PPP接入终端, 具体为: 在 LCP阶段, CPE和服务器 协商链路层参数, 建立通讯链路, 之后, 在 NCP阶段, CPE和服务器协商网络层参数, 在协商网络层参数过程中, PPP服务器将所述的网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息下发给 PPP接入终端;
所述的地址信息下发单元具体可以由 PPP接入终端发起的 PPP接入请求触发, 即 PPP 服务器接收到 PPP接入终端发来的 PPP接入请求消息后, 则触发所述的地址信息一下单元 将所述的网管 /自动配置服务器地址信息下发给 PPP接入终端;
所述的地址信息下发单元具体可以将网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息承载于基于
IPCP消息发送给 PPP接入终端。
(2) 地址信息接收单元
设置于 PPP接入终端中,用于接收 PPP服务器通过地址信息下发单元发来的网络层参 数, 所述的网络层参数包括网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息, 这样, PPP接入终端便可 以顺利获得相应的网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息;
( 3) 配置信息获取单元
设置于 PPP接入终端中,用于根据地址信息接收单元接收的地址信息自动从网管 /自 动配置服务器获取开展业务需要的配置信息; 即, 当 PPP接入终端获取所述网管 /自动配 置服务器的地址信息后, 便可以自动向所述网管 /自动配置服务器发起获取所述配置信 息的处理过程, 从而使得 PPP接入终端可以顺利获取其开展业务需要的配置信息;
(4) 业务处理单元
设置于 PPP接入终端中, 用于利用所述的配置信息开展业务。
在实现方案一中, 由于 PPP服务器需要向 PPP接入终端发送所述的网管 /自动配置服 务器的地址信息, 因此, PPP服务器中需要首先具有相应的网管 /自动配置服务器的地址 信息, 为此, 所述的 PPP服务器中还包括:
地址信息管理单元, 用于在 PPP服务器本地管理网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息, 例如, 直接将相应的网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息配置并保存于 PPP服务器中, 并由 该地址信息管理单元管理;
或者, 地址信息获取单元, 用于从配置有网管 /自动配置服务器地址信息的实体上获取所 述的网管 /自动配置服务器地址, 具体可以为: 在需要向 PPP接入终端发送所述的网管 / 自动配置服务器地址信息时进行地址信息的获取操作, 或者, 也可以在其他时间段进行 网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息的获取操作。
基于上述实现方案一, 相应的 PPP接入终端的具体实现结构可以包括:
地址信息接收单元, 用于接收 PPP服务器发来的网络层参数, 所述的网络层参数包 括网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息;
配置信息获取单元, 用于根据接地址信息接收单元接收的地址信息自动从网管 /自 动配置服务器获取幵展业务需要的配置信息;
业务处理单元, 用于利用所述的配置信息开展业务。
实现方案二
如图 6所示, 所述系统包括地址信息配置单元; 还包括配置信息获取单元和业务处 理单元, 其中:
地址信息配置单元, 设置于 PPP接入终端中, 用于获取配置输入的网管 /自动配置服 务器的地址信息, 例如, 可以通过提供的配置接口人工输入配置信息;
配置信息获取单元, 设置于 PPP接入终端中, 用于根据地址信息配置单元配置的地 址信息自动从网管 /自动配置服务器获取开展业务需要的配置信息; gP, 若 PPP接入终端 知道所述网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息,则可以自动向所述网管 /自动配置服务器发 起获取所述配置信息的处理过程, 从而使得 PPP接入终端可以顺利获取其开展业务需要 的配置信息;
业务处理单元, 设置于 PPP接入终端中, 用于利用所述的配置信息开展业务。
本发明中, 所述的 PPP服务器可以为: BRAS或 ER。
基于上述实现方案二, 相应的 PPP接入终端的结构在具体实现过程中包括: 地址信息配置单元, 用于获取配置输入的网管 /自动配置服务器的地址信息; 配置信息获取单元, 用于根据地址信息配置单元配置的地址信息自动从网管 /自动 配置服务器获取开展业务需要的配置信息;
业务处理单元, 用于利用所述的配置信息开展业务。 综上所述,本发明使用 PPP组网情况下自动业务发放流程摆脱对 DHCP服务器的依赖, 避免运营商对网络的重大改造, 保护投资。
